You need to install seperate mod for that.  I use this: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/20211-sos-schlong-for-females-unp but it wont make women to transgenger it only add Penis for her. I dont know is there mod for change gender to transgender

You mean the black & white body armor in the first pics? It's Karlstein Armor converted to UUNP. I zapped the lower part of the armor and a huge portion of the sleeves to avoid clipping on the gauntlets.

 

Quick Edit: Might as well tell ya the other ones.

Pants, fur collar & belt are from Luxurious Seduction.

Gauntlets are from BLESS MD3001. (Deleted the right shoulder & elbow from NIFSkope)

Boots are from BDO Dark Knight.
