You can blend the moles over the vanilla skin mod via the texture blender. Pretty sure its Real Girls (very high red-value, plus the areola is very different from leyeanda skin IMHO). But that discussion does not belong here, I'm afraid.

Actually put it together myself with parts from other stuff. The wings from the vanilla Ebony helmet, mask from Tribunal Robes and Masks, and two more parts from The Amazing World of Bikini Armor. Cut apart and put together in Outfit Studio, then edited their textures and shader stuff to all match up with the Dwemer settings. It was inspired by his look in ESO
