Like skyrim and fallout4's most famous costume transplant authors, it comes from the transplantation and modification of DAZ resources.

Many similar devices have been provided for Commonwealth captives before, but the author has left. Maybe I'll just upload something here to see which mod authors can take advantage of, and I'm sure this will be at least before the DD update of fallout 4.

May I ask for the enb you are using ?

I use no Enb, Only visual changes should be Vivid fallout for textures and then NAC X Weather and effects, <- Its probably this that gives of the illusion of enb, I prefer this its makes it a bit more random and sets different lightning effects and stuff for different scenarios (that is when my custom timescale doesnt mess it up =b)
