The Tongue Bones are Part of the extended skeleton , I am working on .

 

The Tongue can be equipped for animations.Animators need to Animate tongue bones for their animations.

IIRC Skryim had a tongue but it was solely controlled by the user.

I'm giving full control to animators so they can animate the movement how they want when animating.
