A Word:
As always: my englsh knowlge is limited, so this description and also the mod could contain some language mistakes, I'll make some fixes in the next few days, let me know if something is unclear etc.
Due my particular inattitude to the English I'll make a lot of Examples to better explain what I mean, for this examples I could use other mods names, this doesn't mean that there's an actual Plugin/Relation from the SLSF and those Mods and neither is a masked request for that, it's only an example.
Also: this mod is in pre-Final, but tecnically is ok, I just want to wait for some other feedbacks, basic calibrations etc.

Note 25/03/2016:

The mod is actually in Pre-Final state, it means that the betatest is almost over and the framework is ready to be used.
The Pre Final version REQUIRES A CLEAN SAVE or A NEW GAME, use a Save Tool or it won't work well.
The 0.99 is tecnically a Rollback, due the fact that I've abandoned the planned updated (interaction systems, etc.) for various reasons (time and better systems already created from other modders).
The documentation about the mod is on the script SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc.
Note for Modders: This Framework will grant access to a good number of new data such Fame Levels for the Pc, Fame level of Npc, Equip Status (with auto-access without dependancies to datas from SlaveTats & Devious Devices), feel free to ask if you're searching for something in specific that could be done or not with this mod.

1.Mod Description:
This Mod is essentially a 'Framework' used to provide a Sexual Fame management to Skyrim for the Player Character (PC from now on), by itself it's a passive system, It doesn't have effect on game, NOT provide comment line about fame, it doesn't trigger any scene / ineraction / etc.
It's purpose is only to collect and manage data about fame for OTHER MOD to use (With or Without Hard Dependancies).
So it could be used for various things, like a base system for other mods or to support Comment Plugins, Extensions, etc. See the section "Possible Uses" if interested.

2.Features list:
Fame System:

Fame System Management: Basic function of this mod, it's purpose is to collect data about the sexual activity of the PC and of the Npcs. Datas that could be accessed/used by every mods to semplify / increase / add some of their features. The Mod provides all the commands to trigger the fame Changes with simple functions with both Hard and Soft dependancy.
Fame Types: There's 2 group of fame Type, those about the PC fame (more specific) and those for the Npcs (about the general attitude of the Npcs in that area).
Fame Locations: The fame is managed and stored by Locations, there's 2 type of locations, the Standards (Town, Villages, Orc Fort, Dlc Locations, for a total of 24) and the Temporary (that could be added by user/mod request directly in game via MCM, to track specific location like dungeon etc.).
Fame Contage: Possibility of fame contage between different locations when the configurable condition are met. Also configurable level of Morbosity of the single locations and the Minimum morbosity required to contage.
Black widow Check: Possibility for the PC to clean his/her fame by slaying the Boss of the Location where the fame is gained, for obvious reason this could be done only for the Temporary locations, eventual previous contages already happend will be not affected from this.
Slave Tats Compatibility: The system could be configurated to gain cartain Fame Type from certain type of Slavetats Categories, all configurable.
Limits: Now the SLSF is configured for Individual Limit Min and Limit Max for Each Location and Each Fame Type. Allowing more customization and variety for future features (like Permanent fame to be obvious).
Skooma Whore Compatibility: Having stages of physical Decay over the level 3 in SLSW will now trigger the increase of fame 'Skooma User' with max level depending on the Stage of Physical Decadence. If SLSW isn't install you gain that type of fame by drinking Skooma in public.
Estrus Chaurus Compatibility: Using Estrus Chaurus+ could cause the increase of fame "Pregnant" and, at the Oviposition, the gain of fame 'Nasty' and 'Bestiality'.
SoulGem Oven III Compatibility: A pregnant status in the SGO will trigger the Gain of Pregnant Fame and at 'Birth' the gain of Nasty Fame.

Equip System:

Equip System Management: Basic function that keep track of the item weared from the PC (only) to define the equipment status, for example if an equipped Devices is visible under the Clothes, if a Clothes is to considered "Slutty", if a Slave Tats is visible, etc.
Body Locations: The system will track separately 4 different Body location, The Head, The Body, the Hands and the Foots.
Excluded List: Easy in-Game configuration for clothing that should be considered "Slutty/Skimpy/Revealing" from the Equip Status.
Slave Tats Compatibility: The equip status will also track the Slave Tats on the PC, with also the possibility of exclusion like the clothing by SlaveTats category.
Shame Effect: Possibility to activate the Zaz Animations about self-cover when the Equip Status detect the PC as Naked, except if the PC is considered Exhibitionist by SL Aroused or incapable to cover self (es. Hands bound). [Note: little bug about Footstep sound when playing the anim].
Devious Devices Compatibility: The system will recognize the presence of the Devious Devices in the equipment, like the Zaz devices, without need of dependancy.

NPC Extras:

Npc RoleTypes: They're general attitude assigned to every Npc based on Overrides (es. Mod destination to a Role), Status of the Npc (es. Npc equipped with a Devious/Zaz Device), configurable probabilities. Used to specific the Role of a certain Npc in the world, For example if is Dominant or Submissive, Kind or a Bastard, etc. Used to avoid strange behavior from different mod.
Npc Reactions: Shortcut to define the actual predisposition of an Npc to the Player depending on his/her RoleType and the Relationship Rank with the PC.
Auto Equip Npc: A simple system that assign a really basic equipment to the Npc (for now only to Slaves) if they're Naked, depending on their roletype, with configurable probability.
Child Remover: Configurable option for removing the Child Npc from the cell where the PC is, could be disabled if need to interact with them (For example: Dark Brotherood Quest)
Slave Girls by hydragorgon Compatibility: The Npc provided from Hydragogon are correctly processed and selected to their RoleTypes.

Other:

Easy to create Comment Plugin: Just needed a really basic knowlege of the Creation Kit, look at the Tutorial section in the second replay of the Support Topic.
Highly Configurable: Almost every aspect of this mod are configurable from the users directly In-game via Mcm.
Easy Dependancy: All the Data collected with this System could be shared even without an Hard dependancy and also, various command, with examples, are provided to interact with the SLSF without an hard dependancy, so every mod could use that datas for thier purpose.
Auto Pause: This mod will also auto pause self during combat and in other condition, to avoid resource wasting and problems.
Configurable Resources Impact: The mod could be configured to act slowly of faster depending on the 'Update Interval' (MCM) to allow a minor / major resource impact, useful on the Old machines, but also for the general reactivity of the Mod.
Debug Spell: Easy access (and remove) of the Debug Spell provided in the mod with a Config Menu that could be called with a configurable Key and provides other function of this mod (for example the access to the Excluded List, etc.).
Compatibility Script: There's now TWO script that provides the Interaction with the SLSF, The first is the SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc that will provide all the commands needed to interact in SOFT dependancy with the SLSF, AND the SLSF_FunctionAccess.psc that does the same things but with the HARD Dependancy. Both script will work good, but I suggest the Soft Compatibility for many reasons. DO NOT ACCESS DIRECTLY OTHER SCRIPTS, they're suitable of changes and modification, so you could have serious problem in future versions. USE THE TWO SCRIPT PROVIDED.

3.Possible Uses:
The possible uses of this mod is various and variable, it's nature is about Collecting Datas to share between mods to better/easily achieve what those mods want to do.
Some Example:

Comment Plugin: Based on the RoleType / the Reaction / the Fame / the Equip Status an Npc could have something to say to the PC, in a general context or in a specific mod Context (For example: Comment about the Nakedness of the PC or the Tats; Or Specific comment about the Sisterhood of Dibella etc.)
Equip Status: Instead to do a series of check about the Equipment status you could directly use those from the SLSF, for example to identify the 'Vulnerability' of the PC.
Interactions: Based on the datas an Npc could approch to the PC for various purposes (For example: the PC in that location is known as whore, an Npc could approach him/her and ask for the services; Or the Npc in that Location are famous about a large diffusion of the Slavery and they could try to Enslave the PC; Or a Slave Npc could approach the PC to ask for freedom/help; A Kind Npc could help the PC Deviced; Or any other Positive/negative/neutral action you may think).
Expansion Patch: Extend the mod functionality with the datas provided from the SLSF with a specific patch, to a more easily access to the Data.
Triggers for specific Event / Quest: Use the Data provided to trigger specific event / quest / Sub-function of the Mod (For example: a Location with an High level of Fame "Slavery" could trigger the start of a quest / scene, like Simple Slavery, Deviously Cursed Loot, etc.)

Note: All the datas collected have names, but those names aren't meant to be Descriptive or a Limitation. For Example the "Slut" fame could be seen as 'Negative Fame' but it simply the name of the data that Tracks the Public Sex Act, So for example could be used to trigger Better prices from the vendor.

5.Mods Using This:

6.HOW IT WORKS:
First of all, If you're interested to use this LET ME KNOW. Obviously I have a better knowlege of the SLSF and I could suggest the best way to do things with it. Use the support topic or the PM.
Fame System:

The Fame system is a passive system, as said, does nothing by itself, except for his Maintenence functions (Decrease, contage, etc.)

It recieve request of increment/decrement from various basic action (For example: The Equip Status could request an Increment of the Exhibition Fame, or the Sex Lab act could request an increase at the end of an Animation, or variation by an external request send via ModEvent)

The amount of the increase triggered Via SLSF depends about How many Npc are near to the PC and (only for the PC fame) their Relationship Rank with the PC, there's different probability of increase for various Level.

The storage of the fame is managed via Papyrus Util Int Lists so All the Data are at disposal from all mod that uses SexLab or PapyrusUtil, organized by Type.

So, for Example, the List "PC.Oral" is a Global Int List of 34 elements that stres the Fame for The Various Location.
The Index 0 of the List is the Fame Oral in Dawnstar, the 6 In Whiterun, the 12 Riverwood Etc.

To see which Index matches what location see the reference table. Also various function in the SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc could provide the sufficient assistance.

Obviously to respect the Papyrus Util general rules of use the Values are stored with specific key that makes they unique (I hope).

Here some example lines to recover a Fame Value [From SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc]:

Obviously "Location Num" is the Index of the Specific location, as said, take a Look in the Reference Chart or use the specific commands.

To help the search is also provided another PapyrusUtil Form List:

The usage of the fame Level are Obviously focused on interaction/comment purpose:
The Npc fame is to intend as general Fame of the Npcs in the Locations, they're Libertine? Raper? Slaver? etc.
The PC fame are intended as knowlege of the Npc popoluation about specific topics related to the PC, is more 'accurate' than the NPC Fame, because contains more type of fame (20 to the 6 of Npc).

The SLSF could provide the base increment of most of it, but some need an external input from other mod:
For example The SLSF couldn't know when the PC trigger an act of prostitution, neither if an NPC does such things, here comes the Compatibility Script, that provides Easy dependency Command/Function that allow to send request Of Data storage.

As said before this is only a brief view of what this system does, to see how to trigger inc/dec/event, their differences etc, look at the Tutorial Part.

Last: To semplify the life of the Comment plugin (and the general interaction with the CK) the SLSF offer 26 (one for each fame type) Global Varable that could be used for various purposes. Those Global Variable will mirror the stored value for the location where the PC is currently In (if any), and they will update by itself when the location change.

Fame Contage:

The Fame contage tecnically is a Sub-System of the Fame System, but I prefer to talk about here.

The Contage System emulate 'Any possible way where the Fame infos could be shared', There's various configurable option that allow to customize the system in general (Base Chance, Probability Modifier If in the Same Hold) and the specific Locations (morbosity and Morbosity Required), all those element could be seen in the Mcm, so there's no need to talk about here.

I'll just explain the "Morbosity":
It's a variable (configurable) that increase the possibility of contage from this Location, high the value high the possibility, Note that 100% of morbosity -doesn't- mean that the success chance is 100%.

The Morbosity Required instead is the Resistence from contage: How much the Npcs of this location doesn't care about external gossips.

Every X time (configurable) the System does a check, pre-select some Contager Locations, a suitable Lcation To Contage and try to execute.

The Success or the failure will (if enabled the option) modify the Morbosity Chances of the Contager.

The use of the contage system are various: Immersive purpose, Blackmailing mods (share of fake/real news), trigger quest or event.

They could also be triggered via ModEvent without dependancies.

Equip Status:

The Equip status is a system that track the PC equipment Status.
What is the PC wearing, if it has Slave Tats On, Dirt (SlaveTats or Bathing In Skyrim), Cum or if it wear devices (DD or Zaz).

it contain also an exclusion system, that allow the PC to exclude some Clothing/Armor (That will be considered 'Not covering'/Skimpy/Slutty) and some categories of SlaveTats (some of the default categories excluded are the 'Scars' and the 'Stockings').
The exclusion will be done In-Game via Config Menu (accessed by the specific Key setted in the MCM).

At every Check (for example: Equip/Unequip Clothing/Armor) the system update the Equip Faction (SLSF_EquipSurface*BodyLocation*_*SurfaceNum*) setting the appropriate to 1 if occupied or 0 if empty (or with an excluded item).

The Pc get an output info via the Active Magic Effect screen (Magic Inventory) based on the factions data, for example if a worn Device is visible or masked under a Clothing/Armor.

The Equip Faction Structure:

Locations are:

And SurfaceNum are:

0 Empty (Future Use),
1 SlaveTats Surface (Skin)
2 Dirt (SlaveTats or Bathing In Skyrim)
3 Cum (Over Skin)

So For Example: SLSF_EquipSurfaceBody_1, SLSF_EquipSurfaceHead_7, Etc.

If the PC wear an Helm the Faction SLSF_EquipSurfaceHead_7 will become 1 (unless that Head Gear has been flagged excluded by the User) and will cover eventual Cum Decal Oral, SlaveTats Head, Devices Head (Blindfold/Gag). And the Active MagicEffect will be, for example: 'Device Hidden'.

If you need to use the Equip Status in Conditions you could use the Faction (that gives you the raw data of the Equip) or the final MagicEffect.

For Example: If the PC wears a Clothing 'Excluded', a SlaveTats Body and a Cum Decal Oral with a Helm it will be:
SLSF_EquipSurfaceBody_7 = 0 -> Clothing Body Empty (output MagicEffect 'Naked')
SLSF_EquipSurfaceBody_1 = 1 -> Slavetats Body Found (And no clothing can cover it, the MagicEffect output will be 'Body Tats In Sight')
SLSF_EquipSurfaceHead_7 = 1 -> Clothing Head Found (Because is not excluded, MagicEffect Output 'Anonymus' [see note above])
SLSF_EquipSurfaceHead_3 = 1 -> Cum Head Found (MagicEffect Output 'Head Cum Hidden', because the PC wear a not excluded Helm)

Note: Having a Clothing Head (NOT excluded) will add the Status 'Anonymous' that prevent the Fame Gain (because 'the Npc can't be sure of the identity of the PC')

Other than the 8 factions there's the Faction SLSF_EquipSurfaceOther_9 that is Unique (not by Location, it's one for all). It is about the 'Other Devices' (Big devices that takes more than a Location or force the PC pose, something like 'This thing can't be hidden in any way -> Yoke, Armbinder, etc)

There's also some other generic Magic Effect, like SLSF_EquipStatus_Sum_Sur_5_Sight that get used in specific situation (this for example when there's at least one device on sight) and others, but I'll no explain in here, in case you need an help about simply use the support topic or the PM.

The SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc provides the needed function to obtain those values without hard dependancies, see the Tutorial Section to know how.

The usage for the SLSF is only about a send request for the fame gain, but this system could be useful in many type of mod, and also, having one mod that manage that, leave free the others to only access the data needed, instead to do the checks again.

It also allow easy Equip Status comment Plugin, Could be use to trigger scenes, interactions etc.

Note: The Slavetats take some extra time to be be shown in the Active Magic Effect, it isn't slow, simply there's not a send event for they, so I had to make some timed checks, to speed up the process you could use the Button "Update Equip Status" in the Config Menu or the modder could use the Equip status Command provided in the SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc.

Npc RoleTypes:

The RoleType is a Faction (And a Papyrus Util Int set on the Npc) where the rank matches a specific Stereotypes for the Npc allowing the Mods to know what is the designed role for that particular Npc, avoiding strange behavior, For Example allowing to know the modders if the selected Npc could actually play the part of the Mercyfull Npc or not.

The definition of the Roletypes is automatized and based on Overrides (Modder definition), Npc Specifics (For example a Jarl couldn't be a Submissive but an Npc Deviced will be), and configurable Probability (residual, but the most used), also there's the possibility to change In-Game (or via Script) the RoleType assigned to an Npc.

So you could choose freely what are the tendency of the Skyrims people.
Also this feature is already compatible with mods like Hydragogon SlaveGirls (without dependancies), selecting the correct Roletypes for the various Npcs.

The roletypes are idealistically divided in 3 Group:
Dominant (Kind, Normal, Bastard)
Neutral (Kind, Normal, Bastard)
Submissive (those are the bigger, because they have 3 SubTypes for each group, see the Reference chart)

The Roletype Num could be accessed in Various way (easy and hard dependancies), See the Tutorial section or the SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc.
This way it easier for every modder to select the Correct Npc, instead to grab the 'casual one'.

It could be used for various activity, like interactions, immersive behavior, especially it's a base where create a specific personality for various Npcs etc.

Note: some Sub-Function uses the Roletypes for their purposes, for example the Define Equip to choose what put on a Submissive Naked Npc, or to define the Npc Reaction.

Npc Reactions:

This is also a Faction used to semplify the works of the Modder about the Calc of the possible attitude on an Npc about the PC, it's a simple Calc based on the RoleType and the relationship Rank toward the PC. See the relative chart in the references to see how they're assigned.

The usage is generally adequate to semplify the Condition Function in Comment / Dialog / Scripts allowing an easy access on a final data based on the Roletype, instead to evaluate every times the variables.

Comment Systems:

The original function of the SLSF was to provide a common platform to allowing an easy way to create plugins from users even with almost zero experience on the Creation Kit. The goal was to allowing the creation of various type of comments among which an user could choose freely, from rough comment, to fine comment, Jokes, adulation, offensive, appreciative and so on.

Here some Useful information about How create a Comment System:

General Advices / Tips for a Comment Systems:

1. Work with a Team:
If you want to make a little plug-in about a few comment line you can do that alone,
But if you want to develop a extended/half comment system a team of 2-3 people is better for variety,
Ideas, fix, amount of work, etc. Just a Suggestion.
I also suggest you to let me know about, so eventually I could give you some other info, like other people
that are developing something similar or else.

2. If you're a modder and want to use the SLSF to add lines of dialogue related to your mod without having
an hard dependancy you could simply use a Compatibility Patch with dependancies from both our mods.
Also Take a look to SLSF_CompatibilityScript.psc about mod interactions with easy dependancies

3. Formulation of sentences:
The system will track a general fame about some circumstances but is not created to be precise at the 100%,
For example the Anal fame doesn't track if the PC is anal active or passive, because being so finicky make
the develop of a the comment sentences endless. So I preferred to semplify things and let the circumstances
do their work.
So, keep in mind that write "Generic" lines it's easier and they will adapt better in the various situation
instead to write precise sentences that could sound wrong in some situations.
For example: "Got laid last night?" is general but do its work well.

4. More complex Sentences:
Anyway some of you could be interested to write specific Plugin with more precise sentences, even for only
specific type of fame/situations, the typical example are about Gay/Lesbian fame.
That could be achived mixing the fame type:
Like Woman Fame + PC sex Female as Condition -> Could identify a Lesbian Fame
Like Man Fame + Oral Fame + PC Male -> Could identify a Gay with attitude to blowjobs fame

5. Fame Level:
The fame types have a counter that increase and decrease depending on various event but basically it's a
Num range from 0 to 100, where 0 is no fame about, and 100 is Very Famous.
You could freely make how many sublevel you want (for example a comment type that become more 'intense'
as the fame increase, for Example the DD-mdq contain 3 level).

6. Conditions:
The tutorial offer you a basic grid with the basic conditions for a comment system, anyway you could
evenually add mode to suit your needs (for example Comment reserved to specific Npc, factions, etc.), anyway
it is better to not to have many conditions (5-7 max) for every sentence.
Put the "bigger Condition" (those who exclude the bigger number of npc) on top of the lines to optimize
the work of your plugin (For example: Exclude a specific gender is a bigger exclusion than exclude a specific faction)

The basic conditions are expressed via Global Varable that mirrors the Fame level of the Current location loaded (if any), they're:

SLSF_CurrentFameNPCLocation_Libertine -> About The Npc Fame Liberine
SLSF_CurrentFameNPCLocation_Misandry -> About The Npc Fame Misandry
SLSF_CurrentFameNPCLocation_Misogyny -> About The Npc Fame Misogyny
Etc.
SLSF_CurrentFamePCLocation_Anal -> About The PC Fame Anal
SLSF_CurrentFamePCLocation_Argonian -> About The PC Fame Argonian
SLSF_CurrentFamePCLocation_Group -> About The PC Fame Group
Etc.

Some other conditins that you could find useful (they're All Faction on the Specific Npc):

SLSF_RoleType -> The Roletype of an Npc (like Submissive Bimbo for example)
SLSF_RoleGroup -> A shortcut to get the general Roletype Group of an npc (Dominant, Neutral, Submissive)
SLSF_Sexuality -> A ReadyToUse Variable to get the Npc Sex Lab Sexuality for the condition of dialogue
SLSF_EquipSurfaceBody_X -> This are 9 slot used to get the equip status, rank is 1 is Occupied, 0 Free, see the Chart to the Num references.
SLSF_EquipSurfaceHead_X -> This are 9 slot used to get the equip status, rank is 1 is Occupied, 0 Free, see the Chart to the Num references.
SLSF_EquipSurfaceFeet_X -> This are 9 slot used to get the equip status, rank is 1 is Occupied, 0 Free, see the Chart to the Num references.
SLSF_EquipSurfaceHand_X -> This are 9 slot used to get the equip status, rank is 1 is Occupied, 0 Free, see the Chart to the Num references.
SLSF_EquipSurfaceOther_9 -> Is a "Override surfaces", look at the Chart to more info about
SLSF_ExcludedNpc -> Faction used to ignore specific Npc (NOTE: you don't actually need to use this for comment exclusion, the excluded Npc doesn't have the 'Already initialized' faction, and they have the reaction set to 0)
SLSF_AlreadyInitialized -> Rank 1, initialization in progress, Rank 2 Initialization Done and NpcReady, Incompatible with Excluded

7. Reactions:
To achive the goal of point 4 the SLSF also contain a "Reaction system", it's a simple calc about the RoleType
of the NPC (a Character / Behavior, like "Dominant - Kind", "Submissive - Shy", etc.) and the Relationship with the PC.
It's all to semplify the Npc Reactions, It work according to this scheme:
-              Kind              Normal             Bastard
Enemy    Neutral(1)    Offensive(5)    Offensive+(6)
Neutral   Friendly(2)     Neutral(1) Offensive(5)
Friend    Affective(3)    Friendly(2) Neutral(1)
Lover     Affective+(4) Affective(3)    Friendly(2)

Note:
The Reaction are expressed in a Faction rank (the number inside the parenthesis).
Obviously they can be used or not (For example 'Absolute Reactions').

8. The Name are just names:
The fame type names are only meant to describe the interaction that make that kind of fame increase, but it's
true nature is only a Data. So it could be used in any way.
So a "Slut Fame" isn't by its nature negative, but only a knowlege about a fact (look to the fame Chart to see
what trigger the fame increase).
For example a Farmer 'Neutral' will make a vulgar comments, but a Courtesan 'Friendly' at the Blue Palace
(using the same data) will say something different (positive, negative, offensive, a warning, whatever).
So: don't feel the Names as a limitation.

This is also applicable to the Reactions Name, all depends about what kind of comment mod you want to develop.
Theoretically you can create a system of comments 'Like A Sir' or 'Hick like' using the same variables.

9. Order:
Probably, if you want to have a good variety of comment line, you'll add something like 10 lines of dialogue
for every situation of your choice, for example 10 sentences about rumor on Slut Fame, 10 about Knowlege and
10 about Famous. This for every reaction Type (6).
So your Sentences list could become quite verbose (and hard to Re-edit in case of need).
The suggestion about is: Divide the list of sentences by group (for example Fame Type or Reactions) and
create some 'Dialog-Null Lines' (Line of dialogue that have impossible condition, like a variable both True
and False at the same time) with the title of the SubGroup.
So your list will become more clear, like:
---Fame Anal: Reaction Friendly, FameLevel Rumors. [Dialog-Null Lines]

Etc. Etc.

Note: if you use the 'New' option to add comment lines in the list, they got created at the end of the list,
so to Add more Lines on a specific "category", you could simply use the Copy option.

10. Remember to save often, especially in the CK.

11. In case you need a little help, an ispration, some ready lines to add variety in the Third repley of the Support Topic I've published the old list of the Comment Lines from the DD-MDQ, feel free to use it.

12. Keep the lines of Dialogue also in a Txt file (or generic Text file), it come handy if you need to quickly search/fix something, instead to search around the CK

Simple Comment Plugin (Hard Dependancy):

No Script Needed.
Requiment: the Creation Kit and a -Basic- knowlege of it ( Look at http://www.creationkit.com/ )
Tes5Edit (to auto-generate the SEQ files, instead to make it manually, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/? )

1. Open the Ck -> Load Master / Plugin File (First on Left icon), Double click on 'SexLab - Sexual Fame' (an X appear on the Checkbox) -> Ok

2. You get a warning "You have not set a file as the active file. Do you wish to Continue?" -> Yes

3. You may get some errore during the load, is the standard shitty quality of the CK, Ignore it and wait the load to finish (It takes some times, and may seems that the application is not responding)

4. In 'Object Windows' Go to 'Character' -> 'Quest' Right Mouse button, New

5. ID Field: ModNickName_Comment_FameType (For Example: SLSF_FameComment_Anal), Priority 80.0 -> Ok, then re-open the quest tab (This will finalize the Quest Creation, I know is strange)

6. Select the 'Misc' Tab (Second to right), Right mouse button on the central empty list ('Topic') New topic -> Hello -> Give it a name, like the IdField of the quest + '_Lines', (for example: SLSF_FameComment_Anal_Lines)

7. Select the Created Topic (The list at right become white), Corner Top Right 'Priority' 80.0

8. Now in the list of Right, Right Mouse Button 'New';

Response Text: Things that the Npc will say
IdleAnimation: the idle will be used by the Npcs (could be None)
Emotion Type: Facial animation (angry etc)
Emotion Value: Strenght of the emotion type -> Ok
(you could eventually add more lines in the next window, but I suggest you mono Lines comment)

9. Check the following boxes:

Force Subtitle
Can Move while Greeting (If you want)
Random

About 'Hours Until Reset' it's a delay for repeating this specific line, you could set it or ignore as you prefer
It should be about Game Hours

10. Conditions: (note, this must be done only one time, then you could just copy and re-edit the conditions when needed)

Right Mouse Button -> New
GetGlobalValue -> Click on "Invalid" search for SLSF_CurrentFamePCLocation_Anal -> Ok, Comparison '>' Value -> your chosen MinValue (Example 0) -> Ok
Right Mouse Button on the last Condition created -> Duplicate, double click on the Duplicated
Change Comparison to '<' and Value to your chosen Max Value (example 30) -> Ok
Right Mouse Button -> New
GetFactionRank -> Click on "Invalid" search for SLSF_CommentStat -> Ok , Comparison '==' Value depends on the reaction (Look at the Reaction Chart [Point 7 on 'General Advice'], now let's say 2) -> Ok
Right Mouse Button -> New
GetGlobalValue -> Click on "Invalid" search for SLSF_AllowComment -> Ok, Comparison '==' Value = 1.0 -> Ok

This for example is a Line of dialogue conditions about The Fame Anal, spoken in a Friendly way
You could eventually add more conditions here (or less, depending on what you want to do), like a comment reserved for certain Npc, or RoleGroup
Look at 'General Advice' Point 6 to see some relevant element provided by SLSF.
As Remember: Don't use too many condition for your work (Max 5-7) -> Too much work, more work for the game engine, and also you achive the same result simply making more general lines and let the context do his work.

Once created the First line, Click on Ok

11. Now Click on the line just created, Right Mouse Button "Copy", Open the Copy, Edit as you like, repeat until Happy, And at the end click Ok

12. SAVE (second icon on Top-Left), Select the Name of your .Esp file (The PlugIn Name, Example 'SexLab SL - Comment Fame By LesboMan')
NOTE: From Now on, when you want to edit your Plugin: open the Ck -> Load Master / Plugin File -> Doubleclick on your Plugin (the checkbox will be checked) -> Set as Active Files -> Ok

13. Close The CK and open the Tes5Edit, Right click on the list showed -> "Select None" then search for your PlugIn and doubleclick on it, wait until it finish to load (shouldn't take long)

14. Right Click on your mod name on the Left window -> Other -> Create SEQ File
Wait until you read something like:
"[Create SEQ file done] Processed Plugins: 1, Sequence Files Created: 1" In the Left window
Then Close Tes5Edit.

15.Almost Finish: Now you should create a Zip/Rar file that contains your Pluging and the SEQ files
You should Zip your file respecting the Data Folder structure SO:
Your Plugin Esp on the base folder, and the SEQ files in a subfolder (\SEQ\)

So, for example you'll have a Zip File with 2 files inside and a folder:
'SexLab SL - Comment Fame By LesboMan.Esp'
'SEQ\SexLab SL - Comment Fame By LesboMan.Seq'
NOTE: MOVE your file away from the DATA directory, and reinstall it with a mod manager
Is the best way to see if you have done right and also keep clean your Skyrim Folder

Done, you can now distribute your Plugin File or keep it for yourself, Enjoy

Here some lines of dialogue from the DD-MDQ and others, They're free for use in case you need some help/Suggestion.

The Lines have a title used as -general- indication, just to help to search

If the line have a "()" In front it means that it's grammar isn't checked and could be wrong.

There aren't much lines about specific situation (like courtesans for example), because as said Much of this come from the DD-MDQ, I hope that the situation will change with some help.

well anyhow I tried the mod out

a couple of things worth mentioning though

what it does it does well ..VERY well :shy:

really like the stuff it does and the way it does it (not just the fame part)

by it being a framework it should be easy for other mod authors to plug in to it easily.

the following was learned mainly through trial and error (some small part from reading pre-revert posts and some from the in game MCM)

now the bad news part that I do not know if you realized .. it is heavy on the script engine

(dialed all the way down it is like MNC at default roughly)......which of course means if you have a weak system this might be too much

for your system to handle if you are already running heavy mods.

if your system cannot handle this one you might use the old mod DDMDQ mentioned above (it seems stable and lighter on script engine).

anyway it does a great job for what it does ....really love the work but cannot use on my current machine (mine is too weak )

and have to say thanks for making a great mod :heart: (even if I cant use it regularly)

About the resources: Obviously it increase the mass of work on the machine, like more or less every mod, but it sound strange that assertion for which the DDMDQ is lighter, tecnically the SLSF is much better scripted and with modding solution optimized.

For example: Other than the various script tricks learned, the DDMDQ use Token (Coins) stored in chests to determinate the Fame Amount (so complete items with all their properties) [And this is a very rough thing to do in modding], The SLSF use Factions (that are much 'lighter'), etc.

Also, my test with Skyrim Performance Tool didn't give any significant relief about...

Other thing: The DDmdq requires the DD engine (asset and integration), so is quite difficult that the SLSF alone weight more than DDa + DDi + DDmdq all togheter... so I think that there's an error of some sort on this evaluation... for example: external program running in that moment or a check done when the DDmdq was in pause by script conditions etc.

Anyway: to help with the weak systems there's the MCM option "Update Interval" (Base Setting) try to increase it and let me know if it helped.

Can I ask you what's your machine configuration?

So far I've tried this framework with Slaverun Reloaded and Soulgem Oven. Slaverun seems to hang every so often with no obvious reason as to why. I decided to see if the optional comments mod would work on its own without main Slaverun - it does. A grand total of one freeze in about an hour and a half of playtime, which could be just Skyrim being Skyrim.

I can say I haven't noticed any kind of performance issue because of SLSF. My computer is decent, if older, with a lightly to medium modded Skyrim.

Some things came to mind while trying this out. First, would it be possible to flag NPCs who have done or seen a specific act with the PC? It's unlikely J'zargo is going to forget having assfucked the PC. It's unlikely the people who actually saw that are going to forget, either. It's weird how J'zargo comments on the PC's Khajiit fuckings, being that he did the fucking and is a cat himself. That could probably be sorted out by setting conditions in the comments plugin.

Did you ever upload the MDQ comments plugin to be used as a template? I think that was discussed at some point.

Also consider that the LL version of Skyrim is a magical land where all men/women are super-hot and start fucking 'randomly' and in public, so it could quite easy to find 'Other News' to talk about, and fucking the 'Dragonborn' will be likely not so rare.

About The comment:

Yes, it's a matter of comment plugin condition to evaluate the various comment lines disponible with the various Npc. So, in your example: exclude the Khajiit from the basic comment about Khajiit fame and add specific.

About the MDQ Comment:

I've posted the MDQ lines as 'modder resources' in the second replay of this post, so, at least for now, no Fame Comment Plugin (not by me)

when in the outer world (ie not by or in a city) I didn't see ANY impact at all

in a city non walled performance hit was minor, walled city from least to greatest hit was windhelm, markarth, whiterun, soltitude, riften.

when in soltitudem whiterun, and riften it would lag out badly for me. I normally get a bit of lag when entering those cities without it installed.

my report was with it turned all the way down to increase performance. ( I have to turn MNC down a fair bit for it to run correctly).

I know "weak machine "

I think the reason I get more lag with this over DDMDQ is DDMDQ has settings that can be adjusted better for a real weak machine (like mine)

I also did try removing mods (got rid of like 5-6 that I no longer need/want due to other mods covering what I had them for)

the main places I suffered too much to keep it in were inside the walled citys (ie areas with a LOT of npcs)

I think I could probably run this if I could change the rate of how often it checks the npcs a bit further apart than what is the current max,

but that is a change that probably would NOT be necessary for most people, only for those who are running either a weak machine or

a very heavy script load.

am attaching current mod list, only diference from current play setting to test setting is switching DDMDQ for the fame framework.

forgot to include info on performance tweaks done thru mcm

any timed setting is tripled and any range setting is cut by 1/3rd

only weak mode switch not used is in cursed loot.

Anyway, no problem, I'm working on something about that.

Obviously this mod is thinked to operate in the populated locations, so the cities are the first places of interactions.

I've remaded some calc and I might have found a better way to optimize all the system, but I need some time to develop that.

So for now I suggest you to uninstall the SLSF (with also a Save Tool to clean the Save at all) and wait for the next version.

I should have more info in a few days...

The whole mod doesn't update every 5 second.. it will be a weapon of mass resources destruction.

The 'Update interval' is about the internal clock of the SLSF, to semplify: is like to tell the mod that "1 Sec for you is like 5 sec for me"

So If one function get called at the 10th Clock-Call

if the Update interval is 2 is like -> "call this after 20 sec" (10*2)
if the Update interval is 5 is like -> "Call this after 50 Sec"(10*5)

Put this over the 5 it simply make this mod too slow.

Anyway: Fear Not! for now remove the mod (and use a Save Tool), the next version should be more efficient.

Would it be difficult to add a switch/flag/variable for NPCs with first-hand knowledge? Maybe with MCM checkbox so people who want to be able to wipe clean their depravity have that option? So when I go back to Winterhold, J'zargo would be like "Hey babe, wanna take some skooma and jump on my schlong again?" Onmund will be all "By the Eight and a Half! You sure like cat wang, lady!" and Mirabelle will say "I heard you like banging cats. Cats fo lyfe, yo."

Good point about DB, fame and other news, though not everyone plays like that. The only random fucking that happens in my Skyrim is evil bandits and monsters forcing themselves upon some (un)lucky adventuress who gets caught off guard or overpowered while adventuring. Dragonborn is just a myth.

Hmm. Maybe I'll pry open the Slaverun comments plugin and twist it to my own purposes, since Kenjoka already did the heavy lifting by making stuff work in the CK.

PS: I have had no problems with SLSF and Defeat.

Tecnically is the interval of the Timers.

Depending on the timer you have the checks.

For saving resource I've made a common timer that manage all the aspect of the mod instead that one timer for every element

It's for other plugins, this is a framework. The "location fame of Npc" could be useful for various thing.

Don't worry, simply if you don't use that part you will not have any effect of the mod.

So far to 'Fix/change/cheat' your fame you can use the DebugSpell provided by the Config Menu (not the MCM)

About the Variable, yes, it could be done, but I don't think that someone will ever made a plugin THAT precise.

For now I'm focused on the actual upgrades so I couldn't give you an answer right now.

About the Dragonborn obviously is a semplification, I'm also playing 'without the dragonborn', but this logic will also fit with a 'Famous Adventurer' / 'Random errand girl' in a land that is actually in a state of Civil war (so Prisoners, raping, bandits, outlaws, deserters, etc.) even if the vanilla Civil War is quite undertone (is more like a cold/sleeping/maybe war).

There's various news, so people doesn't still talking about the same things.

About the Edit of the Kenjoka Plugin's: as said in the mod description I suggest you to wait to the next version, There will be changes in the base management of the fame.

Actually the fame is stored in the faction applied on the single npcs, but I suggest you to wait until the next release.

The basic infrastructure of the fame management will be changed with a more efficent one.

Anyway you could 'fix' the problem with Zaz disabling the Animation Override (I don't remember the exact name of the option in the Mcm) and it will work seamless with the SL 1.60+

All right, here we are with the News.

As said in the Main page of the mod I put on discussion one of the fundamentals of all the system. The Core of the fame system.

First of all it is important for me to clarify a point: I don't like change things 'midair' and I always tried in all my mod to NOT make drastic changes to the systems that could break the retro-compatibility, but sometimes that sort of things must be done, personally I'm glad that it's happend now instead after the 1.0 version, because the 'Problems' are much lesser (Compatibility, upgrades, etc), so as always I'll try to mantain the Retro-compatibility when possible in the future.

Said so: The core Fame System has changed and this will cause an Incompatibility with all the plugin developped for the 0.9.

So I must make my apologize with Kenjoka, Sorry man. I wouldn't have done if it wasn't necessary. If you want help to upgrade the Comment pluging let me know, we could split the work.

Ok now: What is changed

There's no big changes for the USERS, the major impact are for the MODDERS.

Time ago in the Discussion topic about the possibility to develop a Fame system I was between the supporter of the 'Individual' fame Types.

The Individual fame is about made SPECIFIC fame level for the INDIVIDUAL npc. It has a LOT of Pro, and create a very complex system that allow the modders to use the Framwork with high precision.

Anyway as said time ago, all the 'fame system' was a fragment of a major mod concept that I have not the time to develop (so here the idea about the framework).

The original Mod required THAT kind of precision, but a framework doesn't because much of the infos are got from others mod (the plugings or from the mod that will choose to use this with easy/hard dependancies).

So, instead to use the medium-large amount of resources needed for the sustaining of an INDIVIDUAL fame system I choose to rollback to the CUMULATIVE fame system.

So yeah, that's right, Locations are back like the DD-mdq, with, obviously, much improvement.

The new system is more efficient about consuming resources, much easier to use for modder (considering that is mostly related to the PapyrusUtil, that is a subsystem of the SexLab).

The fame are not stored on the single Npc but with the Papyrus Util, and get loaded on specific Globals when the PC enter the Locations tracked.

So: The comment pluging could use the Globals as condition for the comment and other mod could access the Stored values for anything they need.

The reason why Is better for a framework to consume the lesser resources possible is Obvious, so please don't ask.

As said Efficency Vs Precision.

The Mod now will contain a NPC Fame (location fame of the Npcs of the Area) AND the PC fame (the fame of the PC in the area)

Obviously the PC fames are much more than the npc's.

The Locations are now 34 Divided by:

-Skyrim Locations (towns, Villages, Orc Fort)

-DawnGuard Location (Volkiar and Dayspring Canyon)

-DragonBorn Location (Raven Rock and Skaal Village)

-Temporary location (10).

The Temporary location are 'Free slot' configurable in-game/by the modders to track the fame of PC/NPC.

The difference with the Standards and the temporary, is that they could decay (configurable) when not used for some time (configurable too).

So for example you could Track The dungeon where the PC has been enslaved, then forgot about and it get cleared by itself.

The contage between Location are possible, with bonus/malus if they're (or not) in the same Hold

The Blackwidow (Clear the fame by killing everyone that know) is still possible, with some variation.

The current State of the Upgrade is: Alpha Test and IS NOT RELEASED YET.

I should adapt all the systems and features to the change, check bug, glich, problems, etc. before release

For everything that was mention regarding the convenient of having a location or average based fame the original per NPC base fame is still very ambitious and is very unique, in many aspect it is the most dynamic system if we can utilize it properly.

Now I am really torn about if we can only have one and not the other or is it possible to leave the original download available still if people want to mess around with it.

Regardless I am sure whatever you cook up will be fun.

Uhm.. No.

It will be a pointless add of a feature more restrictive from the one that is already here, I prefer to let freedom to the users about.

The actual Check for the Shame anim will check a few things, some are about "compatibility" (for example if she/he wear an armbinder playing the shame anim will cause glitch or if the PC is in combat mode it will be pointless)

Some other are about free choose from the user:

First of all: the possibility to disable the Shame Anim by MCM

Secondly: The set (or unset) of the trait "Is Exhibitionist" in the SL Aroused

So it's up to the User decide when the PC doesn't care anymore about his/her nakedness.

Making another check based on "how many partner" is possible, but is, as said, a pointless add -> You decided that she/he has enough parnter? Disable the Shame Anim or set her/he as Exhibitionist.

A check about "how much time has he/she spend naked" also could be done, but is restrictive.

You could be embarassed/shamed to be naked in a city independently how much time you spend naked in your house / in a forest.

Or another example: the Pc may have been the slut of an orc camp for two month, but it doesn't mean that she will actually be treated like that in Windhelm, maybe she prefer to play the part of the Shy maiden.

So I decided for a simpler method that let the user more freedom about.

At least consider that it will be an inefficient use of resources (too checks for few benefit)

Anyway I've fixed the MCM description specifing that thing about SL Aroused, actually it was a thing that only how played the DD-mdq could know, my fault.

Being serious now: No, it isn't all your 'fault'

About the Npc fame, as said, I founded it a good ideas, but it isn't the reason because I made that change.

As said an upgrade that breaks retro-compatibility it isn't a thing that a modder actually do if it hasn't very concrete reasons to do.

There's some other reasons, for example I get surprised about the resources consume and the problem with the tests on the old machines, so I made some checks and I've actually discovered that my previous calculation about Resources Vs Benefits was calculated about the 'whole mod' project, that, as said, it requires a certain amount of precision, but this 'framework' doesn't.

So having a 'Fragment' of that project consuming -that- much it was unnecessary, a thing that is best fix soon as possible.

In different circumstances with the 'whole' mod that have all the sub-systems, the Core fame would remain so.

Luckly I had some performances feedback now instead that after the 1.0, there's a reason becuase I consider this a Beta

Also the 0.9 was suffering of a certain "complexity" about the massive usage of same types of Form for various task, that put in confusion some modders:

In the 0.9 fame and Equip status was both on Factions.

Now, in 0.95:

Factions and MagicEffects, are about Equip Status.

Globals are about the Actual location FameLevel.

PapyrusUtil stores all the fame values.

Much simpler.

About maintening both the systems, as you could probably imagine after reading all the previous reason on this replay, the asnwer is No.

This isn't a stylistic choice, is an optimization.

Having both will create confusion and incompatibility (as said is Retro-incompatibile, so The plugin for 0.9 willnot work on other versions).

But I want also to known the opinions about some features that I'm thinking to add:

SL Acts Counter -> A simple numeric recods, stored by Factions on the NPC that keep track about the sexual act with the PC (and only with the PC), to me it seems unnecessary, no one will develop a comment plugin THAT precise, and for other mods, I don't think that is a real useful data to track, anyway someone could have an ideas about how it could be used this, so, in case let me know.
Fame Increase Calc -> Actually the cumulative system use the DD-Mdq system, about calculating the increases on the num of Npc under a certain distance, I was thinking to add different evaluation based on the relationship rank of the Npc, for example the possibility to set an enemy to add more fame than a Lover, so far I think to add this, anyone thinksthat is unnecessary?
Morbosity Variation -> The Morbosity is a new 'location stat' that give a bonus for that location in the check about Contaging other Locations, I was thinking to add a variable that inc/dec the morbosity depending on something (for example a successful contage will lower the morbosity), but, it that necessary? or is better to let that to modders/user set? Which could be the eventsthat Increasethe morbosity?
Morbosity Requiments -> Actually the contages from differents hold it has only a malus to the probability, adding a "min morbosity request" could be interesting, but it's all related to the previous evaluation... if the PC has various way to Inc/dec the Morbosity it have sense, otherwise it has not.

Don't worry about me, Versh, i am glad to help you develop and improve your mod.

When you have some beta that i can migrate to, i have time now to use this for slaverun reloaded again and will happily do this.

As i understand your changes, i wouldn't have to changes the texts , but only the conditions they use, so no real problem, i hope

Tecnically it will be only a matter of changing from "GetFactionRank FameFaction Tot" to "Get GlobalValue"

But mostly it depends on how much users ask for extension/patch/compatibility to other modders for their works. We will see how it goes
