For some reason bandits and hostile NPCs refuse to attack me. Even when I attack them I get the aggro for a second then they go back to a friendly status.   I tried removefromfaction commands but they only work for a few seconds.   Note : This issues is present in only one of my saves.   Thanks for your help.
