You can just use the clean masters function of TES5Edit. It will remove the reference to hdthighheels, it is not required as far as I know.

I have no idea how to use creation kit . Also hairs could do with being in racemenu.

Sorry, have no clue if possible remove hdt from esp. Try request forums Tomcat. 

 

 

Here is the esp. Cleaned from master. You can do it your self tho. it takes like 20 seconds once you know how. There are many guides out there.

Shout if there are any issues.
