[Sims 3] More sexy stuff (NOT UPDATED ANYMORE)

^ Sims alergic to cowtits should look good on these edits regardless the version you use (barbie or cmar's).

 

Both use the same bone asignments and morphs the only difference are the 3d nipples and how the skin bends around the area. In short, sans nipples they're geometrically the same. If don't please send me a pic to see where I screwed up...

 

Now I'd noticed some of the reference mesh have some little defects on the normals around the "slim morph's" breasts (used by the game to give shape to petite tits); in plain english (heh!) that means the color/contrast could look "a little diferent" when you reduce the boobs scale, it's not a fatal defect whatsoever (unless you like to stare at them for hours ).

“SSS” Corset

Defects:

• This project was a nightmare because the vertices from the original chest didn’t match those from the naked torso. That means clipping on the shoulders area half of the time; it’s not very evident if you don’t stare too much on full zoom
• Also the sideboobs has some strange bending in a couple of sections, only happens when using monster honkers
• The corset texture was scaled down and rotated vertically so using patterns is tricky, also the laces look pixelated

Notes:

• Even with the little flaws you won’t have any trouble reducing the breasts size on this corset (or with any of my edits)

• Trivia I only care about: I started this project 1 year and 4 days ago…

• MicroUpdate: Forgot to tell where it came from. Its from “Midnight Hollow” a world available at the store. Someone extracted the corset from there and added a new morph, but I cannot find that blog and is one of the reasons the name is all wrong...

As a longtime lurker in several sims and general modding communities (including this one) I know this subject can generate a lot of ruckus and general drama, so I prefer to keep teen's content to the very minimum (shoes and some accessories).

You know Josh, as a big fan of your stuff I have to say that I tend to use your shoes more often than anything else.

 

I'd love to see you do some suggestive clothing over the totally revealing stuff you do. I think you'd be really good at it.

 

But I also I understand that a modder always mods for themselves first and foremost and the girls in your world apparently have an allergy to clothing. 

 

Anyways the shoes are always great, could I get you to give a set of platform mary janes the impossible heel treatment? Your shoes have spoiled all my other shoes (other than flats) so...yeah, need moar shoes.

The reason I don't do suggestive stuff is because honestly I'm not that good.

 

99.99% of the stuff I do has an open chest because is the easiest way to avoid problems, especially when you take in account that 90% of all the clothes made by Electronic Arts are not compatible with Cmar's chest or even their own nude top/bottom.

 

The vertices, the shape, the bone assignments, in some cases even the textures, nothing coincides... THANKS SIMS 2 MODDERS!!! (I’m joking I don’t really mean it… well, just a little bit)

 

Changing the subject, you’re in luck, for the next month this month or so I will just release shoes and texture lingerie/stockings.

Madlen Capri / Madlen Vercelli, Impossible Heels “v2”

 

This release uses this feet so I had to modify the shape and also took the opportunity to fix some stuff. You can have the originals and these on your game, they won’t interfere with each other.

 

The details are roughly the same. The biggest difference are the Capris, I remade the UV so patterns look “better”, the downside is the shoes look “weird” on CAS, in-game shows no problem. Vercelli’s resemble the originals a little more.

 

I don't know if I will update all prior shoes but more are in the way, don’t worry “new” edits are in the oven too.

This is more a proof of concept than a proper release because it was made on Inkscape, a free design program with nice vector tools albeit the GUI is a mess tricky to get used to. In short, don’t look too close.

• To my surprise on MedBod the buttocks look a little distorted, it doesn’t happen on the default nude bottom

Simple Lingerie n03

 

Update Oct-21:

Don’t know how it happened but the MedBod-Cmar version had all its textures removed, like WTF! This was the base for the others but the rest are fine so I’m calling digital poltergeist on this one

 

Anyway now it’s fixed and please, please, please if you find errors let me know, I don’t bite.

• Color channels: 2 (Use patterns for the first channel, otherwise it will look awful)

Defects:

• Creating a normalmap (also known as bump texture) corrected some of the “dark colors looks crappy” from prior texture clothing; the “don’t look too close” problem remained though.
• The Default Body with Barbie Boobs has a small texture mismatch on the shoulder
• The MedBod version has a texture mismatch on the crotch area (sorry!)
• Glove accessories that go beyond the wrist will appear under the fabric (use the accessory version instead)

Notes:

• This is the first and very probably the last time I include MedBod and Default Body options, just too much work for me
• I also included an accessory version, the difference is this one can be mixed with almost all 3D garments for more sexy looks. The downside: is easier for the texture to lose detail while using dark/saturated colors. It’s located on the “Left Garter” slot so it’s easier to mix with stockings, gloves and whatnot
• This one uses "MedBod 1.1" meaning some gaps around the boobs, visible while using some patterns, were fixed

Initially I wanted to port one of the fishnets from The Sims 4 but it was a PITA, instead I just took a little sample and duplicate it to the desired size. Sadly S3’s UV map is also a PITA to work with so you will notice a texture misalignment on the legs/feet interior.

• Under CAS shoes looks odd, in-game looks OK
• A lot of small defects here and there but almost invisible under normal game conditions

I know requests aren't your thing but a fully opaque two-channel version of the Simple Lingerie No.3 (Accessory Version) would be an absolute godsend to me.....Any chance you might turn your hand to it at some point?

To make the lingerie opaque you need to modify the alpha channel on the multiplier texture. Using the brightness / contrast tool in Photoshop (or any image editor with .dds support) you can increase the err, brightness, and make the texture less transparent or completely "solid" if you make it full white.

Joking aside, for this particular edit the "hardest" part is getting used to the tools: s3pe, tsrworkshop, your selection of image editor, etc. Learning how to modify a texture, IMHO, is the best way to learn the game's "modding structure" before trying more difficult stuff like modifying a 3D mesh.
