So I had an urge to play some normal, boring, everyday sims, and their normal everyday lewdness. So I got Sioban Fyres a cute barista for a boyfriend and played out the cheating husband (well, he wasn't set up as cheating, but I kinda made it happen...) in the new world that came with the new expansion. I kinda had to. Aside from the mild rivalry between Knox the Eco guy and Bess or whatever her name is this pack features the first instance of actual cross-household lore/stories in this damned game...

Alright... So I have a problem. Too many sims, not enough housing to put them in or time to play with them all. Recently downloaded a whole batch of further sims from mrrakkon. So I mulled over the problem. I needed some kind of "temporary storage". And also I wanted to make another slumlord sim, as I saw that Sims Rebuilding Revolution had a couple of slummy buildings I hadn't put in my world yet, including an motel than I wanted to use. So why not kill two birds with one stone? Have a motel to house all the hot sims I wanted to see in action, and set up a scummy slumlord sim to get the honours...

 

And then I did something I never do... I actually created my own sim... in CAS... from scratch...

 

Doesn't sound to impressive, but for perspective I've played my save for 1000+ hours, it has 300 played sims, and this is the first one I've done myself. I've been bothering mrrakkon to do more male sims, but this time I just rolled up my sleaves and did the work myself.

Also I put speakers in every room that is constantly blasting the METAL station on highest volume since it struck me that I haven't created a metalhead sim after that station was added. So that is basically the concept, a lazy slob of a slumlord who loves metal.

 

So, introducing, Dave...

So, the way Littlemisssams rentable lots work is that you pick your "guest", and then you get money, and they hang around the lot, you assign them a bed. Pretty simple. Dave's deal is that he only accepts female guest...

 

I just called the household "The Dude", since this sim has no ambitions in life. He will never hold a job, just collect rent from room-mates and the motel and makes a bit from his on-site bar as well. Skills? Who needs 'em? His one purpose for existing is giving me an excuse to do sex-scenes with any misc. female sims I don't have involved in any other storylines. He'll also serve as "temporary housing" for some of these sims later as I'll have homeless sims I want to play but don't have a suitable house for them to live in, so his apartments will serve that purpose. He can just do airguitar practice and play videogames while I focus on the other sim.

They'll pay with grass or ass. Money also accepted. I mean, shit, this apartment complex is valued at 300 000 and his property taxes will drive him to the poorhouse if he doesn't have someone come in and actually have a job and help out with the bills...

 

 

Let me just quote myself in my own in-game job-description I gave him: "Some may call him a slumlord, but there are always girls out slumming, so business is good"

 

Yeah, we all know where this is going...

 

 

So, first to check off "the list" is Becca... He got her into the managers office to discuss her bill, and the alternative ways she could pay it. 

 

 

Hey, I did explicitly name his custom job "Slumlord", and not for nothing. This is a story about sexual exploitation, not some dude who just goes around banging hotties, alright?

So anyway. Next up was Odette. At this point I realised that I was basically "interviewing" for which sim would get the dubious pleasure of moving into the actual apartment complex. It has two feature-ready flats ready to go, so I could add multiple, although I do hate playing large households, so I'll probably just accept one and give the other space to NPC roommates.

 

 

"So if you are chosen this will be your room."

 

 

On with the... "audition"...

 

 

I have a feeling Odette isn't too interested in the position of live-in cumdump and cleaning crew...

 

 

I mean she did finish the job but...

 

 

Yeah, it got kinda awkward...

 

 

No clear winner in round one, although I'm partial to Becca... Might just have to check out the rest, there are still 4 other possibilities in the motel... And you know, better do a thorough job here, it's a big decision, and have another round of interviews.

In fact, THE ONLY issue there was in my latest video (Which is up on my Pornhub page) was one ONLY I could fix (A framerate my PC can't handle - 60 fps @ 1080p)
