Tall female characters

I am having a problem with all of my female being taller than any other female in the game and plus they are really tall in character creation too.

Try a command in console "player.setscale 1" if that doesn't work change 1 to smth less like 0.95.

It is all of my female characters that are like this. Even in character creation. They fill up the screen in their height. Also I am getting a gap between the body and head when I set the character to 100 weight.

Do you use ECE? There also is a height slider, maybe it wis set to a different size than normal.

I do have it but where is the settings in the game files themselves?

Ok, sorry, no idea where they might be. But does this happens even in a new safe game?
