[XCL] [0.23] Read A Book! - Update

This is a bug fix and version updated version. This is still Katalin's hard work and effort. Thank you to those contributing to its continuation.

What are all those files?

• KTX Read a Book 0.1.3.xcl  -  This is the main file containing all the code and media for the framework (REQUIRED).
• KTX Book Strategy Guide.xcl  -  An add-on containing a single book which is not entirely serious and a little fourth-wall-breaking (OPTIONAL).
• Resources for MOD CREATORS.zip   -  An archive for modders containing a template, documentation and a book stat calculator (FOR MODDERS).

I am willing to act as an updater for this if others work on coding pieces, but its not on my agenda to pick this up for full developement.

All credit goes to Katalin, who did all the work. This is just a little service mod in her honor.

Maybe add a link to the original or a short description so people who never played the old one can see what this does.

i am getting a error at the beginning screen right where it says start the day a error with the read the books i removed it and i do not see the error no more here is the  the how gut the current mods loaded ( had to do a complete game download and reinstall of mods so i have not reinstalled the other apps i want to yet but here is the ones i removed the Read a book from the list cause i do not know if i have to install another mod or modes before this .  the first download  of the game and mods  i didnt have this issue but i do not remember if i installed the read of the book last or after what app in the first download of the game . so is there mods i should add before adding read a book the error had something to do with the x-change strategy guide.
