Mod idea/Making a small mod/Mod request

The idea: A penis mod that goes on male sims, but thats attached to the body and replaces the original body, but just adds a penis or a skin detail but 3d. 

 

Making a small mod: The exact idea but say i make it but also doesn't need Wicked Whims and will be underneath the clothes adding a bulge at all times and even with clothes off it could be visible. Thats my idea
