PRIDE Nightclub is the place to go in the Newcrest Gay Village if your Sims want to let their hair down and dance until the wee small hours.  The dance floor occupies most of the ground floor whilst the bar is upstairs, with plenty of seating for Sims to catch up with old friends or chat with new ones (or bend a relative stranger over the couch and give them a good hard pounding).

 

This is a nightclub lot type and fits onto a 30x20 lot  and costs around $87k.  After downloading transfer the PRIDE Tray files into your games Tray folder and the CC files into your Mods folder then grab your danciong shoes and enjoy.  As always I make no claim of ownership over the CC used, a huge thanks to those more talented people who make it available to the rest of us.

I can't remember all the packs I used off the top of my head but Get Together would be one needed for the DJ booth.
