Sasha asked me why I have few screenshots, there's two reasons for that:

1. I'm not that good at screenshooting, and usually lack of inspiration prevents me to hit the PrintScrn button

2. I actually take more screenshots but I forget to post them:

ENB and OR4.1.x? with everything but water disabled.

 

I have very minor scenery mods tbh. Even the textures are mostly vanilla.

 

I am character-centric-modder so to speak.

You can achieve the same results if you get a decent base race, spend time with head sliders and such things, then edit textures in paint.net, photoshop or the program of your choice.

 

My scenery mods are katkats waterfalls, elbenthiens farcry grass and thats about it? 

 

also: have cpu performance around 3,4ghz since OB is single core game, have gpu (940-1080) that can run modded skyrim (since my game is on that level according to comments.. success?) ..and patience.

Have you ever considered installing a female idle animation replacer? It seems that you have that one vanilla idle going on for one of the characters, the one with the arm on the hip, but honestly if you want to bring the most out of your character's beauty, the idle animations is where you want to strike first. Posture is everything, and the somewhat ape-ish Vanilla Oblivion idle won't get you far in that respect.  It'sdrivingmecrazy!justdoitforgod'ssake!
