The blank space isn't it. I have that at the top also. Not sure what that is. The submissive trait has an actual icon which I would imagine should still show up for you even if the name wasn't translated: Did you clear your cache files when you updated to the new version? If that doesn't work then it's possible you might have to start a new game for the new trait to become available.
