Well, it makes all the heroines, and all female NPCs (except for children and old grandmas) of the AWESOME game Island Saga by Kamichichi topless at all times. Because why not. Nude textures of heroines were already included in the game, so 80% of the credits goes to the original artists of the game, and yours truly only did the finishing touches. Also boobs. Huge boobs. Topless huge boobs. Lots of topless huge boobs. Installation instructions: 0. Buy and install the game (really, it is a great game, so please support the creators). 1. Make a backup of the 'img' folder in the game files (...\Island Saga\www\img). In case you want to uninstall the mod, then just copy/paste from this. 2. Download the 7z-folder (should be called 'IslandSagaExtraH'). 3. Extract the files, and copy the 'img' folder to the 'img' folder in the game files. Chose to replace when asked/prompted. 4. Enjoy! Note: no need to do new game plus. Q: Can I upload this mod at another site? A: I have no problem with this, as long as you 1) follow the rules and guidelines of LoversLab, 2) link to this page and give credits to me (and Kamichichi), and 3) DO NOT ask for any payments to be made or hide the mod behind a paywall. I made something similar for Apostle a while ago (see image below), but that is still very much a WIP, and I am not spending more time on it now (and Apostle also got no nude tachies in it by default, so much more difficult to mod unless you do things from scratch, which requires artistic talent, something I do not have). I should note that tachies for all main heroines, and all minor heroines (save one or two) are complete (i.e. topless), but most are not 100% satisfactory (I am a bit of a perfectionist), and no work done on sprites. If there is enough interest from the good people here on LoversLab, I might be persuaded to upload it in its current state, but I am currently too busy to go back and continue working on it. 4 Link to comment

I think there are, but it is still a bit too challenging for my current ability. I did have a try at it, but the file structure is just too complex (to start with, I could not find half the files I was looking for), and I no longer have as much time to mod as I did a year or two ago. In comparison, the modding challenge of the original Apostle is really straightforward, the only problem is the lack of original nude tachies (and sprites), and subsequently my own lack of artistic ability... Modding 2D graphics of Island Saga is a bit more challenging compared to Apostle, as the file structure is a bit more complex, but still manageable for a semi-beginner, and nude tachies are also included in-game (and easy to find). You will need to utilise RPG Maker Decrypter (https://petschko.org/tools/mv_decrypter/) to unpack/repack the files, but that is it. 2 Link to comment

Well, since you asked, here is my opinion on Apostle: Rebellion when compared to the original Apostle (and yes, Island Saga is still my favourite of the three)... Plus: + Plenty of improved gameplay features, graphics and so on when compared to the original Apostle. + A lot of extra settings options that lets you turn on/off things you like/dislike (e.g. pubes), as well as enable extra easy mode (in case you are inclined to, say, play with one hand)... + A lot of really well animated H-scenes for the lover of HUGE boobs... + Story/plot is quite good, not amazing, but with numerous highlights. Don't know if better than original Apostle though... + A really good soundtrack. Minus: - Not a problem with the game itself, but there is still no thorough walkthrough (like this, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2278832309, for the original Apostle), even though it is desperately needed. There is a guide for the side jobs (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2843941052), but it only covers so much, so expect a fair amount of trial-and-error... - Semi-spoiler, but they had to undo the happy (harem/canon) ending of the original Apostle, which IMHO was entirely unnecessary (when considering that the sequel takes place so many years and generations after the original game), and was a bit of a gut-punch if you had invested many hours and emotions into the original game... - Endings (especially the harem ending) felt rushed, and much less satisfactory than those of the original game. - Lack of replayability. You can get 100% completion of all scenes (and, well, everything) in the first playthrough, and the new game plus does not really add anything save the ability to insta-win battles. The original Apostle forced you to replay to get the harem ending (and all the other endings/scenes), and Island Saga gave you the 'nude' filter (and I like to think that my 'Island Topless Saga' mod adds another layer of replayability). If Apostle: Rebellion would also give you a 'nude' filter, or if there would be a topless mod/paid DLC, then I would be more than happy to revoke this point... - Sometimes a lack of reward for effort put into stuff, especially with regard to the card collection side mission. So I spend a lot of time at the gacha ATM and finally gets 100% completion, and nothing happens? No hidden scene, not even a bonus super rare item? Then why collect them all, and not just look at the pics online? Still, definitely worth playing, and worth buying (especially if on a Steam sale), if my opinion counts. If you enjoyed Apostle (or Island Saga, for that matter), you will almost certainly enjoy Apostle: Rebellion. 1 Link to comment
