Puffy Nipples with default nude skin texture?

Hey guys, just wondering if it's possible to have the puffy nipples mod (like the white lace mod), active as the base nude skin so that mods that have nipples exposed can take advantage of the puffy nipples. I'm sure they would cut through other mods, would it be possible to toggle the puffy nipples on and off? Thanks!

The skin don't create normal or puff nipples, the BODY does, you just have to make it like that:

Normal:

Puff:

both use the same skin

Thanks for the reply! I'm using Mod Manager and currently the only way I can get puffy nipples is by putting on a specific suit. How would I go about making the girls' base body have the puffy style?

you would have to make one using Body with puff nipples
