Well... I compiled this PK3, might get you somewhere ;). It replaces most of the enemies and such in single player with nude re-skins.   Disclaimer: the meshes aren't mine. This was originally an excuse to try out MD3 mesh tools with Blender, but when that experiment failed I just lulz'd around with skins instead ;). Original meshes almost certainly came from JK3Files mirror , but I might be wrong.   As such, don't ask for updates/etc -- the mod might not even work for you, Y
