Just finished my first hack/mod. Made a topless version of Rouge for Sonic 1 (2013 version). This mod specifically replaces Knuckles' sprites, so be sure to select Knuckles if you want to play as Rouge. Credit to AsuharaMoon for creating the original sprites.
