I finally managed to get an excellent 60fps stabke framerate in Boston. I used to play on full screen and just kept testing with the Nvidia inspector and ini files with drops to 40 fps. I tried everything! I also disabled: Fullscreen optimization, Threaded optimization, Max pre rendered frames (went from 8 to 2.
