Pixelated

So, I just downloaded everything but its somehow pixelated, BUT only if the Sim actually does something in the create a Sim thing its not pixelated. What should i do?.

BTW its not the normal pixels its some weird ones!

Reads like you grabbed streamer mode ( https://turbodriver.itch.io/ww-streamer-mode ).  If so, removing the StreamerMode package file should also remove the in-game mosaic.
