Okay so, I finally found what the issue was in terms of why my male sims couldn't get an erect penis. The KW_SManimation(Kinky World/OKW_SManimations + SMAnimations) mods were interfering. So with that being said, for anyone else dealing with this issue - Simply remove that mod from your mods folder. ☺️
