[WIP]Bound Coincidence

Hey Guys!

I'm creating a player bondage based "Story" mod. in which the player gets strapped in bondage.. in various scenarios and ways and whilst there the NPCS interact around them performing actions and furthering the story.

The Premise -
Whilst bondage "Play time" is an option in several mods the majority of them are like "You get bound to the floor.. and now have nothing to do for 3hours" Which whilst entertaining for a few seconds quickly in my opinion gets boring. and i always wish the npcs would interact more with the player while they are helpless.

And so in the mod I'm creating there will be lots of misc npc "Scenes" playing out while the player is bound.. These will be random events (maybe every hour?) that can be anything that adds more substance or acknowledgement to the situation that the player is in. My goal in doing this is to give the player a chance to watch the "Full" duration of the event without time skipping to the end.

For example.. Let's say the player gets bound to a post in the middle of solitude.

- Someone could come up and tighten their bonds
- people could come and have a conversation about the players situation "How did they get here?" "Who are they" "What are they wearing?"
- A guard could come and bind someone else next to them
- People could throw things at them
- People could be convinced to go buy items from a store the player is advertising
- If at night: - Someone could steal something from them - Set them free
- The player could witness someone being robbed / kidnapped / assassinated
- Seeing patrons leaving the tavern and them shouting / mocking the player
- Animals passing by / interacting near the player


Something you might notice is that none of these examples include the player getting raped. This is partly because I'm just not that into mods where the player has sex almost every other conversation (It gets to the point where I just want to finish the "Story" and start skipping sex scenes because they take too long) And mostly because i'm terrible at modding and don't have time / the will to script any. (There might be some scenes. whipping / masturbation etc but very rarely)

The Goal:-
As it stand at the moment,
-a long story quest Based around player bondage and loss of control. (Not sex but sexual scenes)
-lots of dialogue and story to make up for the lack of combat / movement. (detailed scene description popups. hidden notes, and lots of player and npc dialogue.)
-It may contain a player home. and a follower. (they'll be fleshed out during the story so why not!)
-Several new/changed locations around skyrim (may conflict with some city changing mods but i'll try to avoid it)
-It will put the player into a host of different bondage situations (outside exhibition / heavy bondage/latex / furniture / pony-play etc)
-many different npc events that take place while these scenes are playing out. (To keep you all entertained!)
-Time manipulation scripting and 2 teleport spells to reduce wait times and *Tediousness* (Hopefully you could play the mod fully without ever using wait / skip time (though time might be skipped by the quests occasionally so the dialogue and scenes flow better.)

What I've done so far:-

Set up creation kit:- DONE: harder than it sounds!
Draft the story:- DONE: Divided into 4 parts with 16 fleshed out bondage scenes And a host of ideas for different scenarios / scenes that can play out during them
Researching how to actually script:- DONE() (My goal is to make up for my lack of scripting knowledge with story telling / dialogue / npc and player acting.)
Creating a "Test" Area/NPC:- DONE: NPCS have been added and areas for testing scripts also added. I wanted this to be a thing so I dont have to deal with skipping through the whole story later down the line I wanted just one area i can keep going back to and messing with without breaking anything i already created.
Creating the first environment:- DONE: Needs cleaning up a bit still but this is something that you could do forever.
Research prompt messages for more descriptions - DONE - Got two methods a script way (not ideal for long messages but good for short ones) and a message way.
Figure out how to bind the player  - DONE - Fixed the script so it now works 100% using devious device functions! took a while due to LL downtime.
Bind player and move to idle marker - DONE
Create Device library in script lib - DONE - I can now copy/paste the scripts rather than having to retype them all the time makes life so much easier!
merge equip scripts into bindevent - DONE - the Bindtest now has all the DD functionality it needs just need to finish off with basic skyrim stuff for style.


 

Completion: 80%: Create Test quest for undressing / redressing character / using furniture / timeskipping - INPROGRESS  - Fully got the binding scripts working and the unbinding scripts. just adding some final touches to this first / major test scene, fixing spelling mistakes etc. then shall be creating the first main "Framework" quest for the misc events that will be triggered. My idea is having them all in one place, calling them from whatever quest the player is currently on.. allowing it to run. then calling the quest to advance and reset the framework so it can trigger again if needed.

NOTE to self: think about adding skip to specific time dialogue options on npcs that want to meet the player at certain times of day.. encase the player gets side tracked or does something else.. ideally an npc that says *meet me here at midnight* should have the option of "You can wait here with me" which will time skip to midnight. (theres probably a quest that does this already in skyrim I could borrow from)

Begin scripting first quest. - NOTDONE (A simple quest will introduce all the npcs which you'll come to know and love and will make use of everything i've scripted so far)
Setup first scene environment - NOTDONE (the first scene will take place in a location all of you are familiar with! another reason to worry about compatibility with location mods but gotta start somewhere! *Future scenes i have planned should all be fine as i will create the locations myself in usually un-used areas*)

Setup Dungeon for misc events - IN PROGRESS - add npcs - furniture - clean the area up a bit - get rid of the massive hole in the wall leading to an endless abyss etc etc..

Setup Misc events for bindscene - IN PROGRESS - the goal of this mod is to add acknowledgement to the players situation from the npcs around her. and give the player more stuff to see during it so even though this is a test-event it is a perfect time to do this to get to know AI packages better.

 

Timeskipping - RESEARCHING - might be complicated probably a super easy way im missing though.. #googleit
 

update outside – furniture / cages / sign - INPROGRESS (This is gonna be here for awhile #dealwithit)
Re-fix the fletchers package - NOT DONE - Not a high priority but still something that needs doing.



Overall status:- Pre-production - I have 2 more main features to work on and figure out being time skipping and teleporting the player around. after which we can move into the main production stage! but before then I need to set up the main misc event framework quest which will be the core "Quest" responsible for bringing life to the mod. and test it using the test event. (This should be straight forward though since it will be 90% default skyrim actions. moving to idles, talking, etc and I've already used this setup for the equipitem test which can reset its status)

What i need:-

 

Ideas!:-
- What are some Bondage scenes you guys would like to see? Situations she could be in. what could the people around her be doing? what could they be talking about? etc (No full sex scenes but can include nearby npc masturbation) Remember the player is totally helpless! - I've planned most the major story scenes just need filler content!

- What misc NPC Scenarios could be done? - situations or events that could happen whilst the player is bound. outside in the wilds  / in cities / in taverns / manor houses etc

- Any other events that could take place during player bondage? stuff you'd like to see more of? masters doing their jobs.. taking the player outside.. visiting friends.. etc etc

Keep in mind when coming up with ideas the player is a "Professional bondage slave" Not a sex slave.. They are in these situations because they WANT to be.. not because they are forced to be... so they wont really be an situation where they would be forced to have sex / raped etc.. (though it wont stop people from doing other actions e.g. masturbating to the bound slave.)

And just to mix it up, maybe a vamp feeds on successive nights, only to be surprise staked  the Dawnguard in mid feed on the third night.
There's also the option to infect the player with sanguinare vampiris unless the player could talk some passerby into feeding them a cure disease potion. And assuming that a cure disease potion was what the passerby chose to feed them. As opposed to some interesting new skooma derivative.

- The jarl might already know your master and tell the guards not to disturb you.
- the jarl might tell the guards to remove you but the guards will be unable to do so cause they can't remove your bindings
- the jarl might use you as an example to others claiming its a new punishment they thought of for criminals.
- the jarl might arrest and bind someone next to you for wasting their time.

Final Note:

Whilst this is a mod I'm actively working on and may release a preview of once part 1(the smallest part!) is finished (I might also release something when the shop and some minor scenes are done just so i can move the discussion to an actual topic) I don't have much time to actually mod, maybe 1-2 days a week. so don't expect anything anytime soon other than discussions and random ideas. though I'll keep my progress updated!

[06/04] - Copy/paste scripts finished and working, Test scene now has all the DD functionality i needed. now some simple skyrim scripting to make it pretty before moving onto the next big tasks. (I know setup is taking a while but if i get everything working now I will be able to breeze through making this massive story without needing to worry about some part of it not being possible)
[24/03] - Updated progress: Okay so it wasn't 100% apparently. I realized i had done it wrong and devices worked differently to how i thought. But now it IS 100% working. adding everything now to a script lib.
[19/02]
- Updated progress: Got a 100% working scene which unequips and adds new items to the player! just finishing up some small stuff before looking into the next (and last?) difficult part which will be time skipping scripts. (e.g. skip to morning / skip to night / skip to specific hour) These are important for the mod since my goal is for the player to never have to *Wait* during a scene or at all through the whole quest. instead for the mod to intuitively move time on for them.

- Updated progress: Scripting the first test scene is going very well.. struggled lately to find time to do this but slow and steady progress is being made :)
[30/01]
- Updated progress: Researched more scripts for generic misc functions that I'll need.. figured out how to remove player items into chests give them back. begun creating first "Test quest" that will use all of these within the shop.

And this is why I always disable 80% of cursed loot's contents and set escaping devices to the easiest difficulty.

Yea, same here. I find it really annoying when NPCs do nothing to my character when they're helpless. Its just a chore trying to get free from bondage and not real entertaining.

Updated the original post to show what I'm working on at the moment. Mostly moving around npcs and potentially breaking a bunch of stuff that I don't realize is a thing but shouldn't be too important since literally no-one uses the Fletcher store anyway unless they're robbing it...

I decided to move my store into the solitude Fletcher shop.. this is where my main worry about mod conflicts comes into play but I wanted to have my store in a central location in solitude without heavily editing the outside.. OR just having a random door inside a wall. If this does create conflicts I'll try and fix them later down the lines.
But for now the npcs have been kicked out onto the streets and given new sleep locations. and a mini market store.

And I'm expanding and Drafting out the new store layout and making the personal residence area of it more suitable for its new owners. (I'm picturing a -under new management- sign above it!

Updated my progress a bit. so far everything is going good the stuff I've done so far works which is a major confidence boost! starting to patch together my first npc dialogues and quests so exciting times! Will keep you all posted!

I now have NPCS that are moving and talking and everything! small victories are still victories.. Not encountered any major issues yet so progress is being made! getting closer to my goal of having a test scene which i can use to copy/paste stuff for reference when setting up the *actual* scenes. it seems a long winded way of doing things but i think it will work out better in the long run trying stuff before making it.

For your "post list", you could maybe have a vampire show up and feed off the player, possibly after a bit of conversation first. Feeding this way gives a debuff to max health that lasts for a few days. If the player is left tied for more than one night, subsequent visits will increase the size of the debuff.

 

There's also the option to infect the player with sanguinaris whatsitsname. If the player's goign to be tied up for three days, that would pretty much garuantee that the disease progressed to vampirism, unless the player could talk some passerby into feeding them a cure disease potion. And assuming that a cure disease potion was what the passerby chose to feed them. As opposed to some interesting new skooma derivative, for instance.

 

And just to mix it up, maybe a vamp feeds on successive nights, only to be surprise staked  the Dawnguard in mid feed on the third night.

 

Of course, you probably don't want the player bound for as long as that. Maybe a day release sentence, where they can be out and about during the day but have to come back at night.

This is a interesting Idea! And the kind of stuff I'm after for "Time killing" but yes the longest I plan on having the character tied is about 4-8 in game hours at a time. e.g. over a night.

So Maybe not the disease and transforming part but definitely the idea of a vampire coming up to them. attempting to feed. (or successfully feeding) and being chased by a dawn-guard could be used!

You could still use the skooma part, if you wanted. Maybe check to see if there was a needs mod and/or one that implemented skooma addiction.

 

Actually, needs mods probably want thinking about. As does Frostfall :)

Actual sex would be very rare for reasons I mention in the description. but that doesn't mean the player wont get taken advantage of cause they will be in helpless situations..

I'm mostly ruling out actual sex with the player because they will be bound.. either to furniture.. the ground.. posts.. etc.. also for the most part of the story i've written the people binding the player simply wont have any reason for doing it *with the player*.  (and scripting sex scenes is general a pain in the ass)

There could be some teasing scenes though but this depends if I can figure out how to get sex lab to play SPECIFIC animations.. not just random ones based off tags. The whole mod is based around a story starting with the players *first ever* experience with bondage and progressing deep into it!. So due to this nature if I have a npc be like "Don't worry i'll take it slow" then sexlab is like "HOLD MY BEER! IMMA BANG HER INTO NEXT WEEK!". That would greatly take away from the overall story. So for the player it will be specific animations or nothing.

So Actual "Sex" with the player is unlikely though it could have some teasing scenes. But there will be occasions where NPCS around the player have sex scenes or other stuff. The mod is more based around the act of being bound and placed in situations whilst bound and unable to do anything about it (which totally could and in some cases will be sexual in nature!).. than getting bound and having someone use her as a sex doll.

I'll talk more about the specific ideas and situations I have in mind when im closer to actually making them but I think they will more than make up for it!

This is definitely possible. If you have the name of the animation, you can use the following SexLab function to get the animation:

 

sslBaseAnimation function GetAnimationByName(string FindName)
	return AnimSlots.GetByName(FindName)
endFunction

Then pass it to StartSex inside of an array of only one animation. If the specific animation isn't installed it will still play a default one, but you can just list the required animation packs in mod requirements. You could also set up some logic so that if GetAnimationByName doesn't find anything (I think it returns none) it displays some message box reminding the player things won't look right unless they install the animations you want.

Looks cool! hope you will manage to release it someday. One more thing, just dont overcomplicate it, release first stable version and then work on update, i just feel like there were so many great looking mods with wip threads and 80% of them end abandoned.

 

Also are you planning  to use dd items and zaz furtnitures? or zaz items and zaz furnitures?

Right now I'm planning to use both, If I can get DD items to work which is proving a little bit of a problem right now.

But yes I'm trying to not over complicate things like 90% of the mod is using vanilla stuff just dialogue and scenes.

The most complicated thing I'll be doing is equipping items and moving time..

So Now that loverslab is working again! Lets give an update. 

Unfortunately not a lot of progress has been made in the downtime I realized the way i was equipping DD items was totally wrong And i needed to figure out how to *actually* equip DD items. I did find the answer to this though but encountered a new issue that It simply didn't work.. I had no idea why.. everything was setup perfectly it just wasn't working..

So I took to the DD forums for answer And figured it might have been a corrupt file somewhere causing it to break.. After a few days I decided to nuke my skyrim folders and start totally fresh (not my mod folder!) And it worked! I was able to compile another makers mod with the same script totally fine! Super excited about this I ran back to the LL forums to Announce the good news! And to refind the place where I had got the equip scripts from and.. BOOM! Loverslab had the mental breakdown..

So I've been eagerly waiting LL to be backup.. and now it is I have refound the scripts.. Saved them not on LL and I'm ready to continue modding!

TO sum up.. Despite not much progress being made We now have the ability to continue forwards! and once i've figured out equipping and un-equipping that's 90% of what i'll need to create this mod done!

Made a Breakthrough! Successfully managed to properly equip a device onto the player and remove it again! Good job all! The "Hard" part is done!

Since this process is a pain in the butt I'm going to be working on adding any and all devices i need into the script lib I'm using so I can just copy paste it in without needing to re-write this entire thing multiple times!.. But hey when that's done and everything is sorted we can start making progress again!

I would like to give an insight about a scenario:

 

In Skyrim (vanilla) there is no slavery (or it is uncommon) and no one walks with bondage gear in public in vanilla. If we think about a heavily LL mod included game of Skyrim, then there is bondage, yeah but it is generally apparent if they are slaves of someone (slaverun, maria eden etc.). However a self-bondaged character is unseen. So our NPCs does not know what to do for a bound PC as we do not know too. So they will consult to their Jarl, as he is the most influential person there. This is where our scenario comes in.

 

So people gathered and escorted you to the jarl. Since towns are semi-legal oriented places with guards in it, killing, raping on sight or any other offensive things should not be done before jarl's command. Jarl will be the judge what will happen to you. In that place, your deeds may be a deciding factor. Are you a thane? Then you would be ignored and do what you want with those devices. Or are you a thief or former thief, member of thieves guild or a member of dark brotherhood? Then you may be a public servant of all citizens of that city, which may they use you for several things. This may go from standard sex, pissing, masturbation, to the tasks like carrying some load (with armbinders, where some tripping events may make you drop your load, making the people angry on you) or using your assets (tits, ass etc.) to make an advertisement of a shop (like Belethor). May  a trip from Windhelm to Whiterun is very long, and transportation carts may need your services for small pauses during the trip (using as a toilet, sexdoll or even as a horse to push the cart). A Jarl may use you as a bribe tool too. A bandit leader becoming too problematic? Give the gift of bondage whore to please him (or may be a trojan horse, by her anus and vagina filled with poisons, making her a good weapon to assasinate him). Vampires raiding a settlement? PC may be used as a blood fountain for the vampires. Lots of crops needed to be taken? Use the bondage whore (picking leek and carrots with her ass or pussy, maybe). Lack of mining hands? PC is a gift wrapped in leather and ebonite, use her (both as excavator(drill attached to her vagina, powered by soulgem plugs inside of it) and a good motivation for miners). Mages want to experiment on soul gems? Let them insert a gem inside her vagina and cast some spells on it, experimenting different aspects of Soulgem Oven. Settlement is too dull and need some entertainment? Give PC a blindfold and see if she can walk to a destination(ex. barracks or castle to give some message) in very limited of time. Let the people bet on her. If she hits someone or fails to deliver the message in time, then she may be fucked, locked in a ZaZ furniture for some time. If she wins, then it means less bondage items. Think like a strip poker, but stripping is made on devious items.

The dialogue with Jarl may change from Jarl to Jarl. Female Jarls may sympathize you and let you go, or just clean your bondage items. Balgruuf may think you an assassin or a spy and may send you to the barracks, letting his guards to search PC, in every hole. Ulfric may use you as a moralizing tool for his soldiers. Riften Jarl may get every septim from you and direct you to the Black Briar family to get some political favor. Morthal may think the vampire problem is too much and use your body to dampen the problem a bit. Silver bloods may think you as a nice mining tool. 

After some time, Jarl may think that this is enough (PC is given a good lesson not to tie herself up when she is not enslaved, since this gives a bad example to his subjects), and may free the bondage whore from her duties (stripping the devices too).

@sencer This is a pretty big scenario and well thought out! It could definitely be an idea for the slaverun type mods for sure, Due to the size of the scenario though its like it's own quest / mod. I already have planned what direction I'm taking the story and the "Lore" surrounding the bondage in my quest so unfortunately the majority of your scenario would clash with the *ideals* the characters have surrounding bondage in my mod.

Again this mod is focused around the act of the player being bound and helpless.. but their "Master" has total control of the situation.

I'll give you an example / semi spoiler of one of the scenes to clear this idea up.

The player is sent to the middle of a forest where they find a note and a chest with devices inside. they are told to bind themselves up. Once she has bound herself a man approaches knocks her to the ground and ties her with some ropes on the floor. picking up the key she was holding in her hand to release herself with. Now panicking, helpless, unable to get up, and with the vibrating plugs inside of her.

 

After a while a group of hunters come over and see the player.. Realizing the situation she's in they proceed to masturbate and ejaculate over her.. laughing all the time. the hunters are hungry though and so move on and leave the player still bound.. cold.. covered in cum / dirt and being vibed by the plugs..


Morning comes and the man who knocked her over returns.. stands her up and ties her to a nearby tree and hands her the key to her cuffs she dropped. stating she must wait an hour before untying herself.. He then leaves.. After an hour the player unbinds herself and proceeds to cleanup in the nearby hot-springs before heading back to her master.

Who is pleased with her performance, states the customer was also happy. and gives her the payment she earned.

Note: this is the only scene so far where the player will get taken advantage of in this way and will be a one-off.

In this situation the "Man" is the players customer and guard. he would have paid A LOT! for the player to be in this situation and signed a contract stating he will protect her during it.. Whilst the player knows she is safe and will not be "Used" as was already agreed upon before she went there.

If the hunters had tried to take advantage of her the man would have rushed in and cut them all down. before they could fuck her brains out. I'm trying to get across here that the people the player is serving are very rich and very dangerous.. But they also have morals and reputations to keep... The man would keep the player safe cause her master is even more dangerous so he wouldn't want to be killed.

For Scenarios I'm interested in. Consider this.. The player is already bound.. Either to the floor.. a post.. some furniture whatever.. That is where they are and that is not going to change. The NPCS are unable to remove any of her devices. so she cannot be mindlessly fucked.

What else could happen? people could play with her plugs. Tighten her devices. pour stuff onto her. throw things at her.. attempt to free her and get cut down by her guard.. they could put their partner in the same situation after being *inspired* form a group to laugh and mock her or otherwise "Torment" her.. etc

In your scenario I could see this being a thing that could happen and a usable situation.
"So people gathered and escorted you to the jarl the jarl to you. Since towns are semi-legal oriented places with guards in it, killing, raping on sight or any other offensive things should not be done before jarl's command. Jarl will be the judge what will happen to you."

The jarl might already know your master and tell the guards not to disturb you.
the jarl might tell the guards to remove you but the guards will be unable to do so cause they can't remove your bindings
the jarl might use you as an example to others claiming its a new punishment they thought of for criminals.
the jarl might arrest and bind someone next to you for wasting their time.

This is a good scenario that could happen though so i'll add it to the maybe list ;)

None of these situations involve removing the player from their position. Unbinding her in anyway.. fucking her brains out or otherwise injuring her.

Again I'm having as little "Sex" scenes in this mod as possible cause i cant be bothered to script them and generally dislike mods with a sex scene every other sentence or the really heavy "rape" mods... it's just not my thing.

I don't exactly hate those, imho they have their place but i agree that in a story driven mod they can be hard to add and (might depend a bit on the story) should'nt be used too much. One or two then and there can add a lot, though. :)

And i think there are more options than you're aware of, even if you don't call a specific animation you can also forbid certain tags, for example the aggressive tag which should prevent what you described above.^^ Honestly never did it myself and don't know how exactly, but i'm pretty sure somebody on this forum can answer this question, some maybe even from heart. :)

And even if you call specific scenes it might be neccessary to have some "fall back", in case somebody doesn't have that specific animation. In that case it would be their fault if it doesn't fit the description, though.

I totally agree on the sex thing.  I use these mods for the virtual bondage fantasy, not virtual fucking. So I'd play it in a heartbeat!

 

Also, do you only plan for the player character to be tied down immovably fixed in place?

It might be beneficial to add some scenarios where mobility and interactivity are a thing.

For example:

- wandering trough some castle or nonhostile dungeon wearing a yoke. Maybe doing chores or light questing.

- being left naked wearing bondage mittens and a gag on the street at night. Maybe fullfilling some humiliating task.

- having to navigate some complex location while blindfolded and helpless. With social interactions or with some tasks to do. 

- being forced to hike in the wilderness handcuffed and shackled. With or without having to evade hostile encounters.

. . . et cetera, et cetera.

 

It'll give you more opportunities for a variety of encounters, and will add some agency to the player.

Scenario
 
1. Wig maker comes and shaves your head for your hair, and some time later you see an npc walk past with your hairstyle.

2.  A mix up in identity because your char is now bald so a tattoo is applied probably to the head marking that character as this other criminal. Some dialog as you try to appeal against it, or perhaps your gagged so you cant.

3. Whenever the tattoo is exposed people think your char is that criminal and various events happen to you like ambushed by bandits who think your the criminal who betrayed them, or just guards trying to arrest you for some crime that that criminal has since commited.
