ZaZ Extended Skeleton [ZeX] Official Release

Recommended Posts

Very happy to see this effort, I haven't tried it yet since I'd like to see it a bit farther along but very pleased and appreciative of the work!

My dream is to someday see something like FNIS/SexLab/SLAL for FO4 and this could be the first step in that direction (which is full of rads I'm sure but we got Radaway!)

Anyone know where I would look to correct an issue with the breast/butt physics dragging? I have AAF, the proper skeleton, BodySlide, and Fusion girl and it seems to be tied one of those, maybe? I had it working previously and reinstalling mods hasn't been working. Now, any time I move around or remove clothes the breast and butt stretch and get displaced.

I've reinstalled seemingly everything potentially relevant.

Thanks, if anyone knows.

Install the Extended Skeleton last.

It should work

I appreciate that suggestion. It actually ended up being that I had the skeleton.nif from both this and zazout. I dropped the latter and things came together.

Legendary history of modding, by the way, really appreciate the reply.

Hi,

While I'm not sure it's actually skeleton-related, I have a question pertaining to my hanging mod here

Obviously, the purpose of my mod is to hang NPCs. My (cosmetic, really) problem is that once the NPC is hanged dead, their feet are perfectly horizontal (there are some screenshots on the mod page), whilst gravity would dictate that they should point slighly (let's say 30degrees or so) down. My method with dealing with this is to create replacement clone outfits with feet pointing down for each outfit and script-replace the outfits upon death, but that approach is very inefficient (I need to manually edit / clone each outfit...).

To the point: is there a way to articulate the feet / ankles to follow basic physics (gravity) when the NPC is in ragdoll state (ie dead)? I think this would also add some more realism to dead bodies lying around, not necessarily hanged.

Ty!

I haven't really looked into this

Because , I only edited the xml manually

Creating ragdolls was easy in Skryim, but with Fallout 4, I think there are some limitations with engine being 64bit

Cheers

Understood. If you ever get the chance to have a look into this, it would be great. Thank you! :)

Sorry for the late response. Which slider do you mean? If you meant the erection slider, I had it set to 0 at first. This time I set it to 100. The penis isn't static, it still animates, it's just not in the right position during animations.

there is a similar bug i am having but everything is a little different when it does that animation for whatever reason the dick will stretch itself 5 times its own size and as it goes to loop it decreases in size so when he strokes it, it just goes nuts, so the fix you had made before does not work for me, and it is only the male body everything for the female body works fine

Question to a relative skeleton expert: how did you keep the new bones from destroying the game physics? I was messing around with adding bones to creature skeletons, and whenever I tried it, it resulted in all sorts of crazy physics bugs (I think due to the bones becoming "disconnected" from the skeletons during ragdolling or something, then causing all sorts of unexpected collisions as they bounce across the scenery untethered).

Teach me your secrets, skeleton master.

I tried this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37380

Thx to Bumex for a short and helpful tutorial. This mod helps to convert outfits made for the CBBE body to use with the new Fusion Girl body.

I converted some outfits and captured a short part to show you the result.

I use Vortex with this mods installed for Fusion Girl:
* ZeX - Fusion Girl https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37268

* ZaZ-Extended-Skeleton (ZeX) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/36702

* ZEX-TestPlugin https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/36702

Many thx to: ZaZ - Leito86 - Vioxsis - Motherofdeathclaws - Trophihunter - TyperTM
