He's has been here before as he use to use different terms for the site. He probably stated it so that he doesn't look bad because he has come here and downloaded stuff.

There are tons of people that know of the site and it'll keep growing and since the nexus no longer has the site on their black list and people can say loverslab - LL or even link to us over there now without being in trouble the people that know about the site will continue to grow.

I wasn't aware that had changed? Since when? TBH I have heard too many horror stories about completely left field Nexus bans to ever risk it.

Clickbait much

MxR has LL mods from his first year of reviewing, his preset is of a preset released here.

As usual, histrionic screeching and much ado about nothing.

You don't get to decide what venues your mod is put in light of. You release it to the public, it's literally fair game for criticism. Once the cake is baked and put on the shelf you don't get to eat all of it, so your choices are shelf + perusal and use, no shelf and limited distribution and then perusal and whining about who stole what and how you own pictures of your mod and all the other whiney screeching via Ixum and Vector Plexus about imaginary non real ownership of refactored assets wholly belonging to someone else before you ever laid eyes on them, much less committed a single line of code or reference point in 3d space or not putting it on the shelf at all.

Even if your mod is 100% original assets and content, which literally impossible because you're factoring for a released commercial venue and platform, once it's in the public space your "rights" are of authorship and ownership and nothing else. You don't get to decide what someone else's opinion of your content is or how that opinion is expressed even if it's exclusive to a distribution venue you maintain yourself.

Note I said "Polite request", as in a courtesy. I know I'd have no legal right to this. Your reply looks a shitload more like "histrionics" than anything I said.

They've allowed direct links to LoversLab for over a year now at the least. I've pointed modders to this site and they in turn provide links for other users. For example, RefurbMadness has links to the Schlongs of Skyrim page in her mod descriptions and Skyrim Romance links to Sexlab.

If he doesnt fuck up or will try to look LL worse than it is, then why not? Lets break the myth of "the site you shouldnt ever visit" and show that the community here isnt worse than the nexus one, matter of fact, we are better ?

That he's already done by comparing LL with the suspect Dark Web (behind an iron curtain of sorts) and The Nexus as the shiny beacon of the Internet where free expression does not even exist anymore... for ten years already, but who cares ha. Only those gamers that feel that there is something seriously wrong with their wonderful gamer world of make-believe and stfu do. They will find LL, and that is inevitable. Be patient. Such 'promotion' by a hypocritical non-member (guess why) just exposes us and thus might bring us in the crosshairs sooner or later. It is a fatal mistake to believe that they would ever like us again, some day. They can't afford that due to financial dependencies. Grass will grow on our cheeks and that day has not yet come. Instead, we should revise the passive defense mechanisms on LoversLab to avoid any future 'promotion' by folks that don't even share our values for whatever reason...

Well that's good news. I'll be honest I've always had a pretty positive outlook on the nexus, but that weird schism in the community always threw me.

Well, I just LOVE seeing the 'change' aspect in his story :)

I followed the guy over the years (Only his mod videos for F4 and Skyrim, not the other random stuff he shows)

His beginnings weren't so lucky or promising. His tone, his style...everything about him screamed 'Noob', but he improved, worked on his 'Show Biz Persona', got good gear and mic and such. It was admirable really how the difference between his first 20-30 videos and later videos shows gradual change (But not his recent ones. I am talking about post-demonetizing videos). And honestly, his videos were funny as hell, and he knew how to attract attention

But then Youtube changed and the demonetizing happened. His videos started to become less interesting and he started trying other 'kinds' of trends and stuff on Youtube to 'Keep the cash flowing' so to speak. This was the beginning of his fall.

And Bethesda put him on its blacklist and he wasn't given access to their free games sessions and such.....

And now he's grown so bitter and desperate....then turned to the one thing he didn't 'fully' feature before....Loverslab mods!!!!

Kinda makes a good 'Villain' story :D ((Sorry, I just love the drama XD ))

I was kinda surprised when he said he doesn't know about Loverslab or that he's never been here before. He's lying about that, and his followers know this and the comments on that video prove it. I don't even get the point of this hypocrisy. It's more like stupidity than hypocrisy really XD

HELL, I knew Loverslab THROUGH HIM when he reviewed SOS looong time ago.....and I can recall, on more than one occasion, how he showed single mods from here ((SOS, mana tanks, Skyrim Romance WITH SEXLAB ANIMATIONS!!!....even Sexlab ITSELF was featured now that I recall it)) and I remember how he always called Loverslab funny names to mask it like "The Site That Will Not Be NAMED!!", "Roversrab" or "Bloberslab" ((However he said it back then)).

***The reason I am saying all this is that......well, let's say I kinda pity the guy TBH, and I am also giving the full picture on the whole thing
As for Loverslab, I am not worried. It survived and came back, more than once, like a T-800 Terminator XD
And besides, most of his followers already know loverslab. Check the comments and you will see
I think the one that could take a blow in all of this is him, not Loverslab.....This video could actually backfire on him. I am even thinking about unfollowing him TBH XD

Sorry for rambling :)

I used to watch MXR's video for a while, mainly cause he was kinda funny. I unsubscribed a while back mainly because he was becoming like Mr. Matty and the constant oh beth wont give me my review copy im so jelly that others got to go to some shitty bunker in the middle of the US oooooh the humanity. He spent an entire video whining and my friend was like those bastards. I said who gives a flying F%^&!!!! I dont trust or really care for beth as much and started only buying indie devs games as they are the only ones that innovate these days. sorry for the rant but MXR is just click bait channel, one click and you ask your self do I wash my eyes with bleach or sulfuric acid.

@Tentacus

Darkone use to have us blacklisted because our site had no age restriction thing and anyone could come to the site with no problem but once one was added to the site and darkone was told about it they removed us from the blacklist. I believe it was sometime last year when they removed us from their black list.

To show you it's true just go check out Groovtama's XP32 maximum skeleton extended - XPMSE page on the nexus and click on mirror and you'll see a mirror link named loverslab that takes you to their page here on loverslab. There are also many other places as well.

Me too. I asked about it from several Nexus members and the response was more of a brush-off as if to imply that LL modders aren't to be taken seriously. A few were more positive and admitted to using several mods from here. I think they are going to fuck themselves by bowing down to all the sjw's that moan about shit all the time over there and their sporadic enforcement of ever more strict rules. Of course they might be feeling the heat of Beth taking a closer look over their shoulder since the launch of CC.

<Rushes off to pull all my mods>
LOL, never heard of him before seeing it, no big deal I suspect, he could have showed a lot darker stuff but didn't.
It'll bring more people, and only half of them will stay, I doubt much will change.
Wow there's some hateful people here...
He's done better than I would do, and probably most of his critics.

You mean FO4 criticism is "offensive" "disrespectful Matty?

Not saying it's good or bad, just that it doesn't really matter if MXR makes a video about LL or not. LL might experience an influx of new users (doubt it tho) but that would just be a drop in the ocean anyways.

I have a couple of shitty mods on nexus that are slaved to one here and I'm willing to bet it has brought in as many new members as this stupid video will- if not more. Most new members don't stay or become active here, but, some do. I like to think that LL is the "Vegas of Modding"- an adult playground for gamers where we are free to do what the fuck we want- with Ashal's approval of course. So any free exposure is always a good thing- even if it's critical of the content that is shared here. But, I get what you're saying and I'm glad to see this community grow. May we all rejoice in our perversions together!!!!?

A lot of discussion here over nothing, if anything I'd be annoyed by how little effort he seemed to put into the video.

Arguing that his videos could cause an increase in forum-goers, for better or worse, only goes to prove his 'dark web' analogy.

I don't see his videos changing anything here. I also find his coverage naive and bare-minimum, although that's to be expected with the format of a 10 minute video covering several mods.

I have watched his "review" videos of mods.  They are basically, "OMG! internet peoplez, check out this mod I founds!" type of videos.  They aren't anything to be taken seriously as reviews.  I enjoy his other channel only because his gf is a good counter-balance to him.  He is just a young guy who thinks he knows what he it takes to be a successful youtube content developer.  He just needs to find a proper topic to focus on and put a greater effort on the quality of his videos.

As far as him and Bethesda, Beth doesn't like him since he won't cover Fallout 76.  In all fairness he can do what he wants, but he isn't in a position to denounce a game simply from other videos and still have his opinion taken seriously.  I'm sure Beth doesn't like him for other reasons, but hey, he is just another face on the internet.  Easy come; easy go.

I don't see LL being a public target from his videos.  Unless a bunch of 9 year old kids are caught watching his videos.  Those kids are probably too busy coming up with another dumbass detergent eating style challenge.

Actually it just proves that exposure leads to an increased interest.

He won't cover F76 because Bethesda doesn't like him. He wasn't invited to the influencer event that they hosted.

"Thinks he knows"? 2 million subs between his review and plays channels means he knows more about being successful on YouTube than the vast vast majority of people there, and probably everyone on LL.

I'd bet he spends 12+ hrs on each video. There's basically nothing about the quality of his videos to fault.

Lets be honest about LL and the "site that will never be named" paradigm, Anybody male or female weather they are 8, 18 or 80 is gonna find LL 5 minutes after they start trying to troubleshoot any problems with bethy games even if they arent specifically looking for LL content we know peeps will give their first born and exhaust every avenue to get enb working if you follow what i mean.  this is part of what make LL so popular not only can you get your enb working here you can fix your grass and learn to quest mod, some of the best direct advice can be found here however you can also access Beastiality simulator and bdsm slavery rape mods.  aside from the top shelf content this community is damn awesome for the almost on demand mod tech support.  i dig Mxr ? i think he can be hilarious i've watched a tonne of his vids but........

how many of his 2 Million subs are under 18? and LL isn't exactly the most high security, anyone can browse the forums with impunity.

My opinion: LL does not need the exposure, MXR needs LL, LL does not need Mxr  or <18's flocking here by the thousands looking for sloot suits and Boobies and finding out exactly what a Aggressive vore animation looks like. this is a PORN SITE remember.
