Two quest ideas:

 

The Mule:
Wearing motion limiting bondage you have to travel with a package on a delivery and back with payment.  You fail if waylaid either direction.  Bonus gold for bitchsuit, tail plugs, and gag.  Unlocked after completion only.

 

The Cortage:

Recover two or more slaves from one of the holds.  At least one will tow a cart and two if they're both in the same bondage kit.  Return to the shop to complete the quest without losing any.

i have another quest idea that would only show up after the strange rock quest has been completed a day has passed.

 

the quest would be to retrieve a special restraint laura wants.

 

the quest would be given from the bodyguard.

 

laura would have a line saying that her bodyguard asked for the players help. and would be sent to talk to the bodyguard,

 

the bodyguard could say that she has a lead on an item that she thinks laura would like and wanted to be able to give it to her but needs help getting it

 

who would give the quest to go to a a small bandit camp in the hold to find the item.

 

after returning the item to the bodyguard there could be a scene where the item is given to laura by the bodyguard as a gift.

I want to do more with the movement restrictive items and having to do a delivery is a nice way to use them, but it would have to be a short distance.

I won't dress the player like an animal. I like the petsuit, but I don't like petplay.

 

Towing a cart is not something I'm planning to do. It's not really my thing and it seems nearly impossible to make it work right. But I do have a quest in mind where you rescue slaves.

This is a good one. I wanted to make a restraint with a custom color, this could be the quest for that. Katarina giving a gift to Laura is also really sweet.

Idea for improvement locked away quest:

Add more levels of payment. The underpaid level is currently available, wear only chastity belt. More profitable level require to wear belt and bra. More profitable level also should require to wear visible restraint, so main idea is "If you want more money, you need to wear more restraint". On last level player will wear cursed collar (yeah, like from DCL) with full set of bondage devices and minimum time to wear will be about one week. 

Also add copy of plugs with zero price, because player can start/stop quest and collect many plugs to sale, or make minimum time to wear.

I wanted to do something like this, but I want the 'Locked Away' quest to be compatible with the other quests I'm planning. Currently 'A Strange Rock' also works with the belt and I want the belt to be something you can wear even when doing her other quests. Using something like a yoke as an extra restraint in the 'Locked Away' quests is nice, but that causes issues when another quest wants to add a wrist restraint. I could add the Chastity Bra, that one uses an uncommon slot I think. So that could be possible, I'll take a look at that one.

 

Using the quest to get free plugs should not be possible in the next update. She won't take the belt of that easily anymore. ?

How about an option to become a restraint supplier for the shop? Maybe choosing a dialogue option that get Laura to pay you for bringing in restraining devices to the shop. Like closer to how much the value says the item is worth instead of the merchant speechcraft minigame from buying/selling. 

 

As in, you craft like 10 armbinders, then you bring them to Laura and she pays you more gold than vendoring them to her would usually yield.

I like this idea, but I'd rather see it implemented as fetch quests instead of a crafting thing. She already says she loves the cursed chests, so it makes sense she would know where some are and need you to go get them so she can watch the store.

Laura has the store to watch now so she'd have little time for chest-hunting to replenish her inventory, which is where the player can help out. This could also could work in her wanting to send Katarina along to escort you. Once you get bound with gear she wants, she needs to ensure you make it back to the shop without too much trouble (and of course, with the inventory intact, no cuts, rips, or bloodstains from bandit/animal attacks), or maybe only if you don't already have a follower with you, suggesting you find a friend to help you get back safely ?

This idea is actually the reason I wanted to create a mod. I suggested something like this to Vel, but he said it wouldn't fit his mod and he was right. So I decided to create a mod myself and I'm glad I did, I love doing this.

 

I didn't want to do it right away because a large repeatable quest with random branches is too much for a beginner. I'm getting much better at making quests and I'm now working on making scenes. I've been slowly working towards making something like this.

 

I have it in my notes as this:

 

Seeking the Curse:
Follow up on a lead from Katarina?, talk to a guard/inn keeper.
Find a chest that does(n't) bind you or a person that does(n't) bind you or a trap victim.

 

This is still a very basic concept and I have a lot more in mind, but I would also like to hear what you guys come up with.

Does that mean you plan on possibly involving Kimy's Bound Girls?

As for the "specific chest", perhaps you could borrow Cursed Loot's mechanics to custom-trap a specific chest for the quest with a set of gear?

I don't intend to use Cursed Loot as a dependency for this.

Making these myself is a lot less complicated than using Cursed Loot's stuff.

I just need to make a chest with attached scripts and NPCs with restraints on them.

I don't have the slightest idea how complicated it would be as I'm not a modder and actually can't even figure out something as simple as outfit studio, but based on the ideas you quoted, and what you mentioned in that post.

 

Maybe a random suggestion to make a location appear. Sort of like the vanilla where you walk past a guard and they mention the dawnguard, or some nearby cave. This could kick in a quest to go find a secret lair of some dark wizard they captured or, just send you to the shop saying they are looking for an adventurer to find something for them. Another option could be a courier note from Katarina after your first visit to the store since she already knows you talked to Laura about the devices.

 

As far as the cursed chests or items go, I think you are right on track and it would be better to place your own for the quests. Again, I'm no modder, but seeing as how most of us are already playing with cursed loot or cursed chests, it may have some conflict in the locations. You would also have more control as to what you are writing in the dialog to send them after.

Say Laura want's a rare heirloom hobble straight jacket she located and you get there and DCL decides to gas trap or estrus you instead. Definitely a better idea to have control of your end items by making your own chest, or at least adding a flag or something. (Again, I sort of know the concept, but not how it actually works.)

 

Maybe an idea for a shorter/easier way to start fetch quests would be to pick up things from court wizards or the college similar to what you did with the stone. In my mind at least, you already have that concept down pretty well since the stone fetch worked flawlessly for me, and you could build off of that to add locations as you go. The locations don't need to be random if you are adding your own chest or npc to control the devices or person you are hunting down, you can choose and add where you want. May be easier than trying to write out a fully random location quest.

 

Chests could be added to any dungeon/cave/ruin/plains/whatever, and npcs could be hiding just outside of giant camps, bandit camps, road ambushes, or beast lairs where they could have been separated from whatever traveling party they were in, but not conflict with bandits or vampires or something. Even city halls of the dead where something happened to their master and they are just left like unclaimed property.

 

Maybe an addition to the locked away quest, instead of just wearing the belt around at random, the player could be locked in an entire set and taken to locations by Katarina (or a rescued slave girl) to display the items. Inns, royal courts, court wizards... Might be possible to borrow from the Radiant Raiment quest to achieve part of this? Maybe a few potential customers come to the store inquiring about devices? I know it's similar to CD, but so far Laura seems to be someone that just enjoys being bound. She doesn't appear to be into the master/slave roles of it, just being with someone she trusts to keep her safe. So anything like a customer display would be a get dressed, show off, then decide if you want to be let out or not.

Unless there is a secret room in the basement where her storefront "nice" mask comes off that you haven't told us about yet?

 

Anyway, you are doing a great job and my hat's off to you. I'm enjoying the mod and looking forward to seeing more of it.

Is it possible to make chance to find Laura and Katarina bounded? She said that items in shop found in cursed chests, so in would be logically that they may be bound because they didn't make time to untie them-self.

I want the quest to start when you ask her if you can help like the other quests. Having it appear when you pass a location is a lot more complex. I can be done, but complex things have a lot more ways to go wrong.

Having actual random chests as objectives will be a nightmare to make.

I was thinking of doing something like this, but it would have to be in a quest. I don't want to make the shop useless or force the player to do a quest because Laura is having too much fun.

I like the idea and I'll definitely do something like this somewhere.

What I meant was adding a chest to an existing cave or dungeon. Not sure if that is easily done or not. Like Bleak Falls Barrow for example. I know there are other nice short one room type caves that would be less hassle to find them, but the names are escaping me at the moment.  That way you could use existing locations to avoid conflicts there, but just adding new loot chests with the quest items in them. They would probably need a trigger added so they wouldn't appear until the quest for them started. Sort of like the quest for the Kajiit amulet in the Mrissi follower quest if you've ever played that.

 

Extra quests are good. I like options. ? Sounds like you need a "fitting room" added to the shop somewhere. Maybe replacing the cell or an added basement.

 

I pretty much knew that, and that comment was supposed to have a ? after it. It was more of a poorly written jest than anything else.

 

Looks like you have a lot of good thoughts and a nice direction you are heading.

That sounds fun.  And it wouldn't even have to be Katarina.  Maybe a friend of Laura's who helped her in the past is in trouble or being held for ransom (Laura being a shop owner and presumably wealthy, at least in the eyes of kidnappers).  Any kind of mission like this could be an opportunity for some interesting storytelling, possibly filling in a few details of Laura's past.

I was thinking of placing a few chests in and around the cities. Also in some existing dungeons. I'll tick the box "Initially disabled" on the chest and I'll enable it when the quest needs it.

I want to do something where Laura or Katarina is tied up for some reason and you have to help her. But I'm not sure how I'll implement it yet.

Yeah, I want to use quests to tell more backstory. I have backstory almost fully written down. Having to rescue a slave is something I also want to do.
