For Immersive creatures Special Edition Bad Dog's addon "Bad Dog himself told me he is working on another mod at current time but will work on Immersive creatures again maybe around fall." Just so people know it is planned.

For the life of me this is annoying that it's not ported to Special Edition yet. I am going to try some creation kit porting. For the first time modding as well.

I'll update my progress if I am successful.

 

If anyone is better then me at doing this sort of thing help is appreciated.

 

All credits go to the mod authors of these mods.

 

First progress Edit: I can't access the files without the old .esp's from back in the day. Welp. :| (I found them eventually)

 

Second progress Edit: I got everything running, got the old .esp's, finally for the first time using creation kit. And going to have to use Nif Optimizer to convert all the old meshes. This is going to be fun.

I don't know though how the old .esps are going to be though as they will need renaming and probably some other stuff to which I have absolute no experience in. And this isn't my mod either it's Bad Dogs. So I have no idea what to really do. But I am learning as I go. I reached out to him to see if he was working on it currently. Seems like he was though but not sure. I've talked to him back in the day so he knows me. At least I hope he does remember me. ?

 

Third Progress Edit: Thanks to MadMansGun for the link to the More Nasty Critters Special Edition. I thought it included Immersive creatures but it did not. My mistake lol. Lost in confusion in so many threads. Still working.

 

Fourth Progress Edit: Bad Dog himself told me he is working on another mod at current time but will work on Immersive creatures again maybe around fall. So that is cool. However Bad Dog's Immersive creatures Special Edition for sexlab will have to be redone by scratch because of all the old esp's needed to get the old one working as they are all needed as master files and dependent on others. Bad Dog has given me permission to continue to but if I am not successful he will get to it himself.

I'm talking about Bad dogs Immersive creatures for Immersive creatures SE. It hasn't been ported yet.

Sounds like a right hard long headache. :|

I'm still trying though. I got the old .esp's and trying to run creation kit, it keeps stopping me from loading it up cause to many master files are used.

It's like this mod doesn't want to be updated at all.

Have you added:

 

bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1

 

in the [general] section of creationkit.ini?

Thank you very much! Finally can get stuff done!

I never used creation kit before. So I am a newbie at it. But I am a very experienced modder and worked on games with EA, Talewords and the like. So I am learning as I go with all these new programs.

Glad I could help, I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out what to do when I ran into that issue with the CK the first time I tried to load up a mod.

The help is much appreciated! I think Bad Dog himself should update this mod cause there's so much that he has done and knows where everything is within his own stuff. He knows exactly what needs to be updated and how to go about it. I think he is though so I will halt all of this if he is.

Okay so I uninstalled all the old packs and now I am running those two mods Hentai creatures and the other one with immersive creatures in it itself? Or do i have to install also Immersive creatures Special Edition as well? Cause it does not say that. When I made a new game immersive creatures did not show up. I'm guessing you have to install immersive creatures SE first?

Okay so I still don't see the little wolves "pups" show their junk. Those are the ones I am trying to fix in my game overall. Are they even supported? They were in oldrim. Their junk still isn't showing for me. Something is wrong. I also do not see them in Creature framework.

theoretically that could have been considered to be child pornography, so it may have been removed, or my edits to MNC may have done something to stop them from being registered.

A lot of the junk for many characters don't show like the spriggan giant. So it's not just the wolfpups.

Does the More Nasty Critters 11.1.G and Hentai Creatures for MNC include MNC itself? That is what I am asking.

MNCSE is the full mod, Hentai Creatures is a addon for it.

Okay. Do you install immersive creatures first I am guessing? I still have not been able to get them to work. Though I talked to Bad Dog and he will get to Immersive creatures around fall. He has to start from scratch again cause of all the dependencies and esps used in the old one. I'm glad he has plans to get it up and running again. I do believe this is because of Creature framework not having certain creatures in it's pages like wolfpup and giant spriggans? I know the oldrim version had them.

Ah! Yes the JSON files for creature framework. Yeah that would do it.
 

Skyrim Immersive Creatures, both files. That is the old Immersive creatures you are talking about right? They work in Special Edition?

not a clue, but it would probably be easier to convert the old IC to SSE then it would be to update BDIC for the new IC.

Immersive creatures is already updated to Special Edition? Or do you mean just using that and adding all the meshes and whatever from BD's mod? Cause my game doesn't even start up with the old Immersive creatures .esp's.

How is this mod going? curious to know if the add on for Immersive Creatures is going well or hit  a brick wall. It definately sounds like it has been a challenge. lol

 

If its still being worked on, then good luck and look forward to seeing its progress .
