How can I get the photos? It says:

• Click on Photo Studio object to 'Take Erotic Photo'. After the photoshoot you can get your photos by 'Ask for Photos'. You can take just one photo at a time. 

But where do I find that option? Did not find it on the photographer, nor the receptionist or the photo studio object

The "ask for Photos" dialog is on the photographer.  I don't know why you aren't seeing it.

One can actually take up to 5 photos at a time, but only the first one counts towards the quest.  So you must do more photo sessions for more photos to finish the quest.

where you able to complete the event task after accepting the call? there's never staff for me to do anything there

If there's never staff on the lot, make sure you have all the requirements met.  I had to add the Styling Station to get it to work.

yes there is. I'm using her photo & co lot, but there is no staff working. did i need to make the npc's work there some how?

No, you probably just need to place the Styling Station (from Get Famous EP).  Staff should work there automatically after that.

Hi there!

I've also run into the issue with the photo studio not working properly and did some testing of my own.

 

It seems like there's a problem with the photo studio receptionist.

There are no "reception" interactions (like paying for a session) and the front desk is not even part of the lot requirements in Build mode. A receptionist shows up, sits at the desk and does reception things, but interactions are limited to standard social stuff (and WW sex on the desk itself).

Required objects like the styling chair work as they would on any lot (you can ask to be styled and offer your skills to someone else), but neither the objects nor Sims working there as stylists etc. offer any studio specific interactions (probably because the receptionist would have to enable them).

Tested with a brand new save and only AEP 4.3.2b + venue list in my Mods folder on game version 1.69 (Windows) after performing a game repair. The rest of the mod (cam shows, AEP career, sex tapes) works fine.

Hi! This mod isn't working properly for me. Whenever it's time for my sim to go to work, she just disappears in a rabbit hole. 

I have the RedAppleNet mod as well and from what I understand, installing the mod works the same way. Just putting the .package and .script files in the mods folder and the tray files in the tray folder. I only have the venue list from RedAppleNet, and I've tried deleting the thumbcache file as well. 

The RedAppleNet mod works fine, I was able to follow my sim to work and do all the tasks and level all the way up. Now when I wanted her to start working at AEP instead, she just goes into the rabbit hole. Does anybody know what the issue could be? Thanks.

You need to DL and place the AEP lot in the game, then change the lot type to AEP photo studio.

Well, AEP Pornography is rabbithole career, so there is no follow option like Red Apple Net career.

you downloaded AEP_Pornography 4.3.2b.zip and  Photo&Co - NO CC.zip right?  The first one goes into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods and can only be put into 1 folder. The other has to go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

Need help, I had a call to go in for a photoshoot but it wont let me ask for sexy outfit or to be styled and I don't know who to talk to about "best pose" No one I spoke to had that option.  I spoke to the receptionist and I did look through this thread for a solution. I saw others also had this problem so I don't know what to do.  I am going to hope that maybe it was just something wrong with the first call and that if I get a second it will work out.

Does the latest version of the mod not work with 1.68 and requires 1.69? I have all the buttons from the mod, but they don't have any of the words on them, so I don't know what I'm clicking on them half of the time.

As for the best pose, the photographer is where you find that. Just talk to him/her.

Found a bug (I think?) with the "Chat with Subs" command on the PC in that for some reason it's not starting. After selecting the command, it's immediately cancelled when the sim tries to start it. Interestingly, it's only that command that's not working; "Stream Live Show" and "VIP Show" work fine.

 

I've narrowed it down to having something to do with clutter within the PC's "box" (the green box when placing it), but haven't been able to figure out much more than that. For example, this does work, while this does NOT work. Note that none of those items are actually placed on the desk - they're actually floated up from the ground then the desk was placed under them, which I think is important because this DOES work - where all the items were snapped to the desk - while this does NOT work - where all the items were floated up from the ground.

Sorry, I'm new to all this so hopefully I installed it correctly - everything seems to be working except there is no option to buy a personal video studio through the phone or computer. Am I missing something? Does something need to be placed in the neighborhood for this to work? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I've confirmed that two package files are preventing the Haunted House Residential from appearing as a lot type in my game:
Ksuihuh_Venue List.package

or

Basemental-Venue-List.package

 

After re-reading the front page of this mod, I realize I shouldn't have had both of these in my game at the same time, but neither work with the Paranormal pack; together or individually.

 

As another test, I did successfully use the venue list from LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues mod, which didn't block the Haunted House Residential lot type.

These are the only 3 mods that I use that add venue lists. Again, I tested all three together, and individually, to make sure I knew exactly which ones cause the issue.

 

On a side note, since I saw previous posts about this a couple weeks ago. I thought I'd suggest adding a specific step to your instructions on adding the photo studio lot to a map in a game. While, yes, I tried and failed to add it correctly even with "bb.moveobjects on", I wasn't aware until recently that have to add the photo lot while in the build mode of the lot with moveobjects on. It doesn't work when you just try to plop the photo studio down from within the neighborhood view with the moveobjects on.  I hope that helps anyone else who ran into trouble with this.
