Rune's Story Part 1 - 4 This story takes place some years after Verra's story. This also concludes the Family Tree story set. A New Adventure Background: Hi, my name is Rune. Used to be Runa, but that was before I really lived. After my mom, Verra, killed the dragonborn and set me free, we moved from camp to camp. My life has been great so far. We stayed with some orcs for awhile. Mom wanted to stay though. She met an orc who likes it as rough as she does. I really can't stay though. I need to get out on my own for awhile and make a name for myself. Mom is known as the Angel of Death in several holds. That's what I need, a name of my own. So, I'm heading out to see the world. I've been feeling drawn to this one old ruin in the mountains near Falkreath. I almost missed it the other day. All I can see is a door in the rock but tomorrow I'm going to see what's inside. I entered the doorway and was amazed at what I saw. Raw magic was coursing through the air and the whole place felt alive. My mom and I have seen our share of magic in our travels but this was something totally different. I stood there in awe and that's when I heard her. Her voice echoed in my mind. "Greetings child, I am Azura. You have found your way here because I deemed you must. It is time you know the truth. Your grandmother came here, by my will, many years ago. She had been altered by old magic and tortured by an insane mage. Your mother, Verra would have suffered a similar fate had she not escaped." Rune was in disbelief that Azura was speaking to her but managed to stammer out a question. "My lady, where am I?" She thought she heard Azura laugh. "This room is a gateway between this pocket of Oblivion and the real Skyrim. This entire world you know is actually called The Echo, a pocket of Oblivion, it was meant to be a copy of Skyrim but things did not turn out as planned. "A pocket? Oblivion? Not really Skyrim?" Rune was trying to wrap her head around it but having difficulty. "Let me assure you child, you are you but there is another version of yourself on the other side of that portal. Simply walk down the stairs and you will be in the real Skyrim." Rune was thinking it over. "This will be the adventure of a lifetime...I can't pass this up. But what about mom?" she thought. "Do not worry for your mother. She will come here in time too," Azura said. "Well, then. Let the adventure begin." Rune lept in to the magic field. To her surprise, it made her entire body timgle. She landed suddenly, barely able to catch herself. Azura's voice echoed throught the chamber, "Now go my child. Leave The Echo and enter the real world. As a small gift, you come from a world much warmer than this one. I will let you take that warmth with you. Even thought it may be cold, you will still feel warm the warmth of your home. Being from The Echo, you will recieve a magical sign on your skin when you leave. NOW GO." Rune stared at the doorway. It was different than the one on the other side. This room had slight differences. "What have I gotten myself into?" she thought. Then she opened the door and found herself standing by a logging camp and a small village. "Is this...Riverwood?" Rune sat on the bank while she got her bearings. She could see that things were cool but like Azura said, she felt warm. Rune eventually made her way to Whiterun and saw that it was similar to the one in The Echo. She decided to spend some time helping people in the city. It seemed the fastest way to get some gold. After all, she needed a place to stay and food to eat. Only a month had passed since Rune had come to Whiterun. She was being made a thane and buying a home. "They'll make anyone a Thane," she thought. Being a Thane, she also received a housecarl named Lydia. "I only asked her about current events....I wish she'd shutup," Rune thought. Lydia was telling her about how the dragonborn defeated Alduin but never returned from Sovenguard and the strange moon in the sky that appeared shortly after. Then she droned on and on about anything she could think of. After listening to Lydia go on for hours, Rune was exhausted. She went to her room and her head had barely hit the bed before she fell asleep. A Wrong Turn Lydia peeked in from the doorway and thought, "Wow, look at her. For once could my Thane be someone I could relate to? It's not to much to ask." Then she left the house for a drink. "Every now and then, I wake up and Lydia is just sitting in a chair in my room. I have no clue why she does that, but tonight it was just too creepy. So I went for a walk. A long walk out past Riverwood. That's when I found the door. It's like the one I found in The Echo, the one that led me here." Rune touched the crystal by the door and was instanly teleported inside. It happened so fast it took her breath away. The large crystal object in the center of the room pulsed and crackled with energy. Rune could hear voices the closer she got to it. She noticed the woman next to it and called out to her. "Hey! Who are you! What is this place?" The woman replied, "This is the chamber of The Echo, the great daedric experiment." As Rune stood next to it, she could hear her mother. The attendant said, "Yes, you hear your mother. All those who lived in The Echo can hear those closet to them when they stand here." Rune reached out to touch the crystal. She realized too late that she had made a mistake. Rune was pulled into the crystal. She couldn't move or even speak. The attendant laughed and said, "Oh my dear, that was so much fun to watch. I should thank you for attuning yourself to crystal in this end." Rune struggled in vain to move. The attendant simply laughed harder. "I am an agent of Lord Sanguine. He has plans for you. Ohohoho, this will be fun." The attendant vanished and Rune's vision started to fade. Rune found herself on a rock, in the middle of a stream. "What the hell was that?!" she screamed. Rune decided to make her way back to Whiterun. She was only about a few hours travel from Whiterun but it was getting dark quickly. She found an abandoned camp as night approached. She placed her clothes in a large pot near the fire and laid down nude. Thanks to the spell cast by Azura, she felt warm even now. Rune drifted off into restful slumber. Rune woke up with a dull pain on the back of her head. Her vision was hazy as she tried to make sense of her surroundings. "What..clothes? When did...how?" She must have been captured in her sleep! "Well, look whose awake," said a gruff male voice. Rune tried to speak but magic engulfed her, silencing her. She struggled for most of the day, unable to free herself. When exhaustion took hold, she collapsed. She woke in a nightmarish grove with even more restraints than before. "What is this place? Am I in oblivion?" She turned a corner and saw several people, men and women, chained up in various stages of torture. The horror caused Rune to scream out. "By the nine! What is this?" A deep male voice from behind said, "Not the Nine, just the one. Me. Sanguine. Welcome back to my grove. It's no fun if your story ends where you were. I have so many plans, so many ideas." Rune's eyes reflected the terror she was feeling. In her current state, she was completely at the whim of this Daedric lord. "Oh my dear, I don't like the way those eyes are looking at me, let me fix that," Sanguine waved his hand and she felt some kind of magic race across her face, "There, those eyes are much more suited to you. Now my dear, enjoy your stay in my realm. I'll send you back in a few days. Over the next few days, Rune endured countless humiliations and was defiled by monsterous creatures. "Well my dear, this is starting to not be fun. Go back to Nirn, freshen up. I'll see you later," Sanguine gave a mocking gesture and aimed a spell at her. The thought of returning to this place made Rune shudder. The spell washed over her and she was disoriented briefly. She found herself in her home, nude, the magical energy still swirling around her, and the collar still locked in place. She got Lydia to unlock it and told her what happened. She thought she heard Lydia chuckle. Rune had seen what Sanguine did to her eyes and the markings on her face. They reminded her of how a daedra looks but what was most unsettling was her skin color. "I guess the longer I'm in that realm, the more I change. I'll have to try to avoid that place in the future if possible," she thought to herself. Nightmares "Oh gods! Help me! I'm back here again! This place is horrible! This is the 5th or maybe the 4th time I've been here this month." She pulled at the harness bit couldn't get if off. "I'm going to go crazy if this keeps up." Rune broke down into tears over the hoplessness of her situation. Through her sobs, she heard a muffled, weak, female voice, "He..lp me....ple..as.e..." Rune stood up and saw the woman strapped to a torture device. "Who are you," Rune asked. "I don't know anymore," she said. Her following words were just gibberish. She had clearly gone insane, either from her torture or this realm. All around her, she could hear the disembodyed screams of pain, the moans of pleasure, the scent of sex, and the stench of death. All of them mixed together, around her and in her mind. The effect it had on Rune was overwhelming. The pain building in her head was like a spike being driven through it. She grabbed her head and tried to scream out but the gag made her scream muffled. Rune heard a dark laugh and it was getting closer. She looked up and saw Sanguine approaching. "Oh gods! No! Not him!" She didn't have anywhere to run as he appproached. "Come now. This is my realm, there is no one here that you can hide," he said. "I will do whatever I like with you until I decide I'm done." He walked up to her, forcefully grabbed her, and pinned her to the ground. In a mocking tone, he said, "Dragonborn. Ha! Just another stupid mortal. But you are special my dear, and that means you get extra attention." He rammed his cock into Rune so hard she felt like she would split open. She screamed loudly but it only seemed to encourage her nightmarish master. Rune had lost track of time. With the constant fucking from Sanguine, she had lost count of the number of orgasms she had already experienced. Sanguine's cum had obviously filled her long ago. What was left was a sticky, runny mess down her legs and onto the ground. After such rough treatment, her mind was clouded and her body almost broken. The only sound escaping her lips were weak moans in time with Sanguine's thrusts. Sensing his pet's strength and willpower gone, he came one last time and released her. She fell to the ground with a wet thump. Sanguine towered over her body, "See you soon my pet. Oh, and enjoy your newest addition." There was a flash of light and Rune started to see the ceiling of her home slowly fade into view. She laid there, wishing it was a dream but knowing from the fluids and blood covering her body, that it was very real. She shifted uncomfortably. "What is this itch?" she reached to her back but couldn't feel anything. She washed herself off and went downstairs. She was exausted, but after being in the nightmare realm, she couldn't fall asleep. She sat by the fire. A sudden bolt of pain in her back caused her to lurch out of the chair and onto the floor. After a few moments of intense agony, she recovered to a sitting position on the floor. "So this is the addition." She was shocked but thankful the "addition" had not altered her gender or changed her into some kind of beast. How will I ever explain these to anyone?" The Plan *Game save got messed up. Here is the summary of the last chapter.* Rune explains the wings as part of an illusion spell to sneak past dragons. She tells people the spell went wrong and she is working to fix it. Rune decided to trick lydia into recieving her mark causing Lydia to be sent to the dreamworld instead of her. She discovers an old ritual that will pass the mark to Lydia. She has Lydia perform the ritual with her but doesn't tell her what it is really for. The mark leaves Rune's face and appears on Lydia's. Lydia disappears and is never heard from again.

Verra’s Story This takes place after Elsa's story. Verra has been wandering through Skyrim for weeks, if not months by this point. Family Her first memory was walking through the forest. It was dark and cold. She remembered her mother's name, Elsa, and her name Verra. An insane mage had kept them prisoner but she got away. She had been stumbling through the forest for the better part of a day when she came across a house. Verra collapsed at the doorstep. Sometime later she came to and went inside." Verra found a bed and fell asleep for hours. She woke to the sound of someone standing over her! He was a mountain of a man and he seemed just as shocked to see a kid sleeping in his bed as she was to see him. His shock turned to rage,"Who the hell are you!" he said as he came at Verra with his axe! He hit her once with the flat edge and she crumpled to the floor, begging for her life. "I'm sorry please don't kill me! I have no one! I was tired, cold," Verra whimpered. The bandit sighed as his rage passed. "Well this is no fun. I can't just kill a kid. I'll take you to the others, well find something for you to do." Over the years, the bandits taught Verra how to kill. They would often pit her against other bandits they had captured or sometimes Draugr from the tombs. She savored every kill. The blade piercing the heart of her enemy gave her a warm fuzzy feeling inside. It wasn't so much THAT she killed them, it was HOW. She like to watch the light flicker from their eyes as they realized they were dying. Loss Life with my family is pretty good. Our leader, Orisev, is a gruff orc but he makes sure everyone gets an even take. His sister Rishka, is the closet thing I've had to a mother growing up. She always looks out for me. Two of the newest members are run aways from the Stormcloaks. One of them, Tomen, a Brenton, lousy fighter but great thief. Some days there was nothing to do and the arguements got on her nerves. Verra sighed, "Come on guys...what does it matter whose sweetroll it was?" Everyday she sparred with Orisev. He was helping her learn to use 2 handed weapons. Verra burst in the door full of energy. "Hey guys! Look at this stuff! I killed off a caravan and they had all kinds of stuff.Um...guys...?" She walked downstairs and realized the hideout was empty. She waited for what felt like a long time. "Okay, that's it. I'm tired of waiting." Verra read the note next to the door. She was filled with worry. The note said that everyone else went to an abandoned tower to deal with some rival bandits, but that was many hours ago. They should be back by now. "I need to go check on them." She went to the tower in the note. On the way, she came across Tomen's body. He was slumped against a tree. When she got to the base of the tower, she saw Orisev laying on the ground. "Orisev! What happened?!" He looked at her and said, "dragonborn..." then his eyes closed and he was gone. "My entire family...killed...no, slaughtered." Verra wept for her family but mostly for Orisev. Her pain shifted to anger. "If the dragonborn did this, then he will pay." Verra followed the tracks away from tower. They led her to a large camp. The scene was that of a massive battle, dozens of forsworn dead. even the hagraven had been killed. "Could one man really be this powerful?" she thought. Verra made her way past the corpses. She found her way to an open cave and discovered a man inside. He was looting bodies and was absorbed by his task. Verra snuck up and disarmed him. At the same time, she used a fear scroll on him. "Where is the dragonborn! Tell me and I'll let you live!" In a startled voice, he said, "He went back to Whiterun! It's where he lives, with his family." "Thank you," Verra said with a sly smile. "Now runaway you coward." He took off running. Verra started counting, "30,31,32..." She wanted to wait for the moment the fear spell expired. "Well, that should be long enough," she thought. She quickly caught up with the idiot. She let him made it outside, until the sight of escape gave him hope. Then she ran her blade through his back. All he managed to do was let out a muffled yell ,"Nooo." She smiled devlishly, "Time to visit Whitrun." Arrival Verra arrived in Whiterun late at night. She bribed a guard to get in and so far was not impressed with the city. "THIS is a center of trade? It looks so dull." Verra found the dragonborn's house very quickly. She stealthily scaled the roof and looked for a good vantage point. "Hmm I can only see this one room from here." She looked down onto the dragonborn and his dragonbitch. "He's so vulnerable...but not yet...I will take everything from him. He will suffer and then he will die." She decided to poke around the city and see what she could find out. She made her way into the Bannered Mare and put on a sad face the moment she entered the door. She spotted the owner and got to work. As soon as Verra sat down, Helda introduced herself. "Hi, I was wondering if you know of any work around here?" Verra said in a pitiful voice. Helda looked down and for the first time paid her attention."Oh my, what happened dear?" Verra told her about the death of her family, leaving out that they were bandits or that the dragonborn killed them. She also asked about any work around the city. "Well dear, the dragonborn has taken care of all the odd jobs I have, but you can use the room for tonight. It's the best I can do right now." Verra smiled weakly, "Thank you, I'll go there now." The next morning, she went to Belethor's shop. From what she gathered, he was the go to guy for most valuables in Whitrun. She very sweetly asked about the dragonborn's kid but Belethor saw through her act. "Listen girl, I'll tell you what you want to know, but first you're going to try on these clothes and tell me what you think." Verra was slightly stunned, "Clothes? That's...it. Just try on these clothes?" "Yeah, now hurry up. I haven't got all day," he said. "Ummm, I don't know," Verra said. "This is a bit tight." "Mmm, you're telling me," Belethor said. The horny bastard was practically drooling. Verra grinned, "Oh I see how it is. Fine, take a good look." He had a certain hunger in his eyes. "Now what can you tell me about the dragonborn's kid?" Verra said. Belethor leaned forward and in a hushed tone said, "Okay. Fine. She's from an orphanage and...." Having gotten her information, Verra departed the shop and spent the rest of the day observing the locals. Corruption Verra had come to the Bannered Mare to learn more about her enemy but as luck would have it, she ran into his daughter. "This could work out nicely," she thought to herself. Verra put on her sweetest smile, "You look a bit young to be out so late." Runa looked up, "Oh, it's okay. My parents are never in the city anyway, they could care less." Her saddness was evident by her expression. "Hey, listen kid, I have some time to burn, why don't you talk about it. It helps." she told Runa. "Thanks. Maybe I will. And the name's Runa. What's yours?" "Oh, I'm Verra." Runa told Verra about her parents being gone weeks at time and lack of any love in the house. She sighed and said, "I thought it would different when I was adopted but I don't really have parents. I have people that stay in the house for awhile and then leave. This dress is the only nice thing they've ever given me. It's the only clothing I really have." "You know," Runa said, "the dragonborn walked into the orphanage, killed Grelod, and then came pack a week later and adopted me. It was like he killed her just for me. But he treats me more like a possession than a person. We never play tag when he's home. He just eats and goes to bed. Verra looked up at Runa and whispered, "I'll kill for you. You deserve some nice things and it's not that hard." Runa whispered back, "I'll believe it when I see it." The two of them got up and started to leave. "I'll see you back here in a few days then. Same table." Verra said. "Okay, sure. I'm used to disapointment. I'll be her around 10." Runa said. A few nights later, the two met as the inn was closing. Verra dropped a sac of gold, an emerald, and a book onto the table. "I told you I'd do it. These are all for you." Runa couldn't believe it! "You actually killed someone for this stuff?" "Yep," Verra beamed. "Some bandits, at least...I think they were bandits." She laughed quietly. "Well, it doesn't matter what they were now. Do you like you things?" "Like them? I love them!" Runa was about to cry she was so happy. "Sometimes I wish the dragonborn would just have an accident, then I could go back to the orphanage. "But...maybe you could be my mom if an accident happened." Verra grinned. Her plan was going very well. "Well you know the funny thing about accidents?" Verra leaned in closer. "They happen all the time." Several days passed before the dragonborn returned to the city. He had only been back for hours before going to the inn for a drink. He was stumbling back to his house after drinking. Verra turned him into a pin cushion as soon as he neared his house. "Ah man! I missed his other eye!" "So...there was an accident?" Runa asked. Verra was grinning ear to ear, "Oh yeah! That's why they wouldn't let you go home yet." What about your mom?" Runa held back some tears, "She says I'm cursed. She disowned me. Told me to go back to the orphanage." Verra stared at the ceiling and said, "So...I heard they are going to need someone to take you back to Riften. I told them I'll do it." Runa sat in silence. "Who said we have to actually get there?" Verra pondered. "Now get some sleep. Long day tommorow. Runa cracked a smile. "Okay, see you in the morning Verra. "So, all ready for our trip?" Verra asked. "Yeah, but where are we really going Verra?" "I know these really amazing ruins. We're going to stay there for awhile. But first, we'll stop on the way and get you some new clothes. I can't really stand those stupid doll clothes." "Oh thank goodness!" Runa said. "I'm so tired of these. Verra chuckled, "We're going to have a great time living in the wilderness. You'll love it. I'll even tech you to use a sword." "Awesome," Runa beamed. "Two things though." "Sure, what is it?" Verra asked. "First, call me Rune. Second..." Rune shot a sideways glance to Verra."Are we there yet?" Verra laughed loudly, "Haha, don't start that crap this soon." Verra was happy, really happy for the first time in a long time. The dragonborn was dead, his memory would become a joke, his daughter was now her's, and her family was avenged. Runa and Verra left the city to begin their new lives.

Elsa’s Story – Part 1 – 4 Where Am I? My name is Elsa. My memory is still a bit fuzzy but let's start at the begining. I woke up in a very strange room, just a locked door and a talking statue. I remember trying to sneak across the border into Skyrim and then a strange light. Next thing I knew I was here. So apparently the food sitting on the empty table belonged to someone. I mean, it was an inn and no one was there. How was I supposed to know not to take that sweet roll?! They are threatening to throw me in the dungeon for a night if I don't pay, but I don't have any gold! I begged the Jarl for mercy. He seemed to have pity on my situation. The way he looked at me was a bit unnerving. After that mess with the sweetroll, I decided to get some air. As I was relaxing, I heard some people talking in the house behind me. As I listened to them talk, images flooded my mind. A man and a woman, smells of food, hugs, and happiness. By the 9! My parents! How could I forget them? Suddenly sadness crept in. What happened to them and why can't I remember? I heard about this horrible woman running an orphanage and a part of me has to do something about it. I headed to Riften and ran into a corrupt guard at the gate. He demanded I pay a "fee" to enter the city, called it a "privilage." "Hey sweetie, come over here and I'll show you privilage," I told him. I swear, it doesn't take much to get what you want in Riften. "HAHAHAHAHA! I just walked in there and slit her throat with my axe! It was so easy. I even left the axe laying there when I ran out. The whole city is talking about the "Black Death" that entered the city and slaughtered a woman in broad daylight! Did I used to do this in the past?" Elsa heard that Farengar had a job for an adventurer. It sounded to her like easy money. As she entered, she was distracted by a bright light in the corner. As she walked closer, the light lifted her into the air. "Oh gods no! The light is pulling me in! It won't let me down! It's doing something! It hurts!" Elsa screamed out but Farengar just watched in amusement. "I...can't...die. Not...here....not...now...I..." Elsa passed out in the floor. Her body twitching and crackling with energy. Transformation Elsa started to come to. "I had the strangest dream. I was...! Wait! Why am I naked?! Where am I?! Is this the inn? "Oh gods, my head!" Wait? My ears...they're...pointed? What happened to me? I need to find the owner of this inn, I think her name is Hulda. Maybe she can tell me what happened." Elsa searched for her clothing and something on the dresser. "Where are my clothes? Well, at least they left me something to wear." "Helga, thank you for helping me out." Helga: "Oh you're welcome dear but it wasn't me. Farengar had a guard carry you here." "Oh...I see. So I had clothes on before I uh...well..before whatever happened in Farengar's lab happened. Where are they?" Helga: "Oh he gave them to me to pay your bill. You've been out of it for about a day now. He also said he wanted to get a closer look at your transformation." "What?! That creepy pervert. "Listen, not that I don’t appreciate the clothes that were left for me, but I want mine back." Helga: "I'm sorry dear, they are already gone. Sold to some adventurer that was passing through." "Grrrr!" Helga: "I'm sorry dear, there is really nothing I can do. Maybe one of the guards knows who bought them. Give them this." Helga jotted down a description of the woman that bought my clothes and handed it to Elsa. I arrived at the prison and was about to speak to the guard when I noticed a woman wearing some of MY clothes. woman: "You! You there!" She was looking at me. "Who? Me?" Woman: "Yes! Please! Tell them I'm not the Black Death! They think I killed that lady in Riften!" "I don't have a clue who you are. Why would I go to the guards? Now that you mention it, the Black Death wore those same clothes. If you're not the Black Death, how do you have them?" Woman: "Because I stole these from the inn while you were sleeping. You and I both know that you are the Black Death." "Well, that is an interesting theory you have." Woman: To Oblivion with you! You would let me die?" "Better you than me. You should really be careful who you steal things from." As I left, she was screaming curses at me. I wonder if I'll be in Riften during her execution? "As I stood outside in the cool night air, I couldn't help but laugh. This whole situation is very amusing. In about 2 days time, I have had a transformation into some kind of elf, gotten these new robes, and stumbled onto a scape goat for the murder I committed. Hahaha! By the 9, this has been a good day after all." Elsa finally managed to get around to the job Farengar needed. He wanted her to go to Bleak Falls Barrow and get a stone for him. He agreed to tell Elsa what he learned about her transformation once she returned with the stone. "So far, I've checked every stone with writting on it. The idiot neglected to tell me what it looks like," Elsa mumbled under her breath. Elsa was starting to enjoy slaughtering the draugr she was encountering. "Killing draugr is so much fun! It feels so empty though. "So lets recap. Farengar sends me to a crypt with the walking dead, a giant spider, bandits, and a hrasting skeleton with a Thu'um! That old pervert can wait until morning. I'm going to bed." Elsa woke up in a strange place and with her had been a member of the Dark Brotherhood. She had given her the option of kill or be killed. "I seem to have passed the test but to be honest, I just picked the one with the biggest mouth," she mused to herself. But what really gets me is that it felt really good! Killing draugr was so empty but this kill felt "filling." I think I want to do this again. *stomach growl* "Gods, I'm so hungry. I'll have to head somewhere and get something to eat. I wonder where I am?" Betrayal Farengar had asked Elsa to retrieve something from a bandit camp but it didn't go as planned, they were waiting for her. Once they defeated her, they passed her around the camp for the rest of the evening. Elsa awoke in a cell the next morning. She sat in that cell for days before some thugs came amd stuffed her into a crate. They cast a muffle spell on it and took her by wagon. No matter how hard she yelled, no one could hear her. "I was eventually delivered to Whiterun, I think. I awoke in Farengar's lab. He wanted to "study" my transformation. That bastard had his way with me for hours before doing anything that seemed like a test." Farengar sent me up to the Jarl's quarters...to service him.. He also gave me a little "present for resisting him." Elsa winced at the pain from her new scar. Farengar threw Elsa into a secret room. He cut her hair and took her clothes. The room was four solid walls but when Farengar came, a door would appear. Elsa spent days beating on the hard stone wall, "Help me...someone...please." But no one ever came. Farengar had been making "visits" to Elsa every night. Elsa decided one last time to resist with everything she had but he beat her senseless and left her crumpled on the bed. "I'll never leave...he won't let me go," she sobbed. "Farengar's constant visits have ended in this. I am pregnant. He barely gives me anything I need to take care of myself, I am scared to think of how he'll treat my child. He is the only person I have seen for months. I can't believe that no one asked about me. Come to think of it, maybe they did. He could say almost anything and be believed." I had a daughter and named her Verra. She appears normal enough and Farengar even brought things for her to play with but he won't let either of us leave. But when he wants to use me, he ties her up outside of the room. I'm going to teach her a simple flame spell. If I can't get out, at least my daughter will have a chance. As Verra snuck out of the castle, she heard the dying scream or her mother. She prayed to the gods for help and felt a darkness wash over her, then a shadow fell on her. When it passed, she was outside of the city walls. "What happened?" Verra thought. She couldn't remember anything about where she was or how she got there. She set off in a direction and began walking.
