Basically I want to do what More Variation did in LE: actual and realistic weight variance. The body is easy to do with Bodyslide, but I think that a thin face in a chub body looks unrealistic, and that's been the hard part for me. I did go ahead and scuplt myself a weighted head part (see image below), and made it into a slider inside Outfit Studio, but thing is, my game CTD's when I open RaceMenu and change gender to female. Surprisingly it didn't take me just deleting Overwrite from BS to fix the game, and it took me forever to find the file that was crashing, which in fact was coming from Expressive Facegen Morphs. Ugh. Is there any other optimal way to do it?

Found this really cool armor set from the game Nier:Automata but it just doesn't seem to be possible to get working for me... For one, the website you download it from is in Russian. So I had to download Chrome just to figure out what everything said because firefox extensions don't work for translating it for some reason and I don't speak Russian. I next had to create an account which took longer than it should have. I finally got the files and proceeded to pound my head on the wall because the instructions to download on the website were so vague. I scrolled through the comments under the mod and found NOTHING helpful (it didn't help that google translate sucks so everyone is speaking in engrish). I eventually just winged it and installed the files best I could manually... I placed them in the body slide folders and ran body slide... But the outfits didn't come with sliders so I then had to look up how to make them myself. I opened outfit studio and created a new project. Selected the outfit I want to edit and I also selected the corresponding texture. However the texture proceeded to wrap itself around the entire body instead of just the outfit so I had agonize on exactly what I was doing wrong while looking up tutorials for three hours. After sifting through several tutorials and watching YouTube videos that don't help my dilemma for this long I've begun asking myself: Is this really worth the effort? I then proceeded to give up. Sadly; it just wasn't meant to be. Side note: after I launched the game the fits didn't show up anyway so that whole thing was pointless since I installed the files incorrectly in first place.

I have a FG Body, that changes the lower part of the og. FG. When the MC isn't wearing any outfits, that have their own body, everything works fine. But as soon as I equip on of those outfits, it will use the standard FG. I've build the "FusionGirl-2vag_14" Body with all the Groups in BodySlide but it just doesn't work. I had it working once, but I really can't remember how i did it.

I'm opening up this topic as solved. I had a little issue with certain vertexes refusing to conform as expected in Outfit Studio. Someone else might have a similar issue, so I'd like to leave my fix on the record. I've put together a quick guide here. The TL,DR is, I used a copy of the mesh in question as reference when conforming, instead of the base body.

Hello, I have trouble converting some armors to TBPP ones. What I did was following the guide 3 of this page. I managed to do it for several outfits, but everytime I copy bone weights from my body meshes(UNPb TBBP) to daedric armor and seducer armor from Coldharbour Resummoned(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69574/) and check them out in my skyrim, my game CTD instantly. Just adding NPC belly seem to cause this problem and I don't know why. I also converted the flame atronach armor from this mod(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/88380) and got the same result. ALL other armors I converted are working fine, but just copying bone weights for these three armors make my game crash. I will attach sample of my work regarding that daedric armor. All I did was fixing clipping issues and "copy selected weights" from my reference body so that it would have NPC Belly. Can anybody tell me what is wrong? Thank you. Daedric.7z

I am attempting to add new sliders to a body with physics using Outfit studio, looking up tutorials about it and following them perfectly. In Bodyslide I see no change, the sliders are there but they do not change the body. But in Outfit Studio they do change I saw in a video to uncheck copy reference shape into output, but when I do that the body doesn't show up anymore Can someone tell me how to work this? Unless I am way out of my league and not understanding Outfit studio at all.

Hello hope yall doin well I'm trying to edit "Eli's Utility Jumpsuits" to only have the fanny pack as a wearable addon to my character like an armor piece, I edit it using Outfit Studio I deleted all the pieces but the fanny pack, used xEdit to change the slot so it is not the Body slot and added a Fortify carry weight enchant to it, changed the weight and armor rating so it make sense, but every time I try to wear it my game insta crash. Even thou I did the same thing to "Another Combat Armor" and now I have it as fanny pack, but when i do the same to "Eli's Utility Jumpsuits" it keep crashing the second i wear it the only difference between the 2 armor mods is that "Eli's Utility Jumpsuits" have "(AWKCR)" as requirement could it be the reason? or is there something different between the 2 mods for example like in the nif? Please if u know why please help me to know why and if can how to fix it Edit: btw this is for personal use as i do not own any of the mods Combat armor Fanny up Elis Fanny pack Down

So I'm using the CBBE reference suite for uniboob effects in BodySlide to adjust some of my outfits to not have my cleavage eat my clothes. It works pretty much 99% of the time, but every now and then, this happens: The body explodes. Looks fine in Outfit Studio after I've done the conversion, but once I load it up in BodySlide, it ends up like this. Now like I said, it works 99% of the time. I've done many outfits with no issues whatsoever and they came out just fine. But every now and then, I get one of them that does this. This happened with TheKite's Handmaiden outfits, and just now with Snakel101's Garuda Gothic outfit. No idea why it does this with only a few outfits and not all of them, as I've never had these issues before until just recently. So, anyone have any idea why this happens to just some and not all? Thanks ahead of time for any insight you guys can provide.

So I added a few custom sliders to CBBE in outfitstudio but I can't figure out how to save them to use with all the cbbe body types. when I save it it makes it its own separate body. I know this is probably something super simple that I missed but I cant figure it out.

Hi guys, hope you all r doing well. I was converting some outfits to work with FusionGirl and they all seem to work fine when they're on the body slot (33), but when I change them to another slot, they change my character's body. It's like if the outfits in another slot were showing another body over the original body. I deleted the reference from the .NIF, I exported it with the FG slides, I exported the outfit without slides, and nothing works. I cannot figure out why it just happens when I change the slots as if the NIF itself were modified. Here are 2 (NSFW) pics I took to show you the problem, one with and one without the outfit. In that pic, the apron is assigned to the Ring slot (51) in both Armor Addon and Armor sections. Notice how the body change a bit, which doesn't happen when it's assigned to body slot (33). What I need is that apron to keep the original body in other slots. Any help would be very very appreciated!

Hello ! So i messed around in bodyslide, trying to create a new preset until i stumbled upon an outfit by Nisetanaka (Dovakini) of which a chap made a 3ba conversion of it. I scroll to see the morphs into the outfit studio, and i see a lot of new sliders, some of which i would like to get on other outfits. I noticed that i can use (in-game) morph altering mods, such as milkmod+morpheditor, to add or remove them as will, and that the racemenu saves of the character are keeping all the changed done via those mods. Handy enough, but those changes only affect that one particular outfit. And as a mod addict, i of course needed more. So here is my question: Being a not particularely bright person at messing around with the files of the game without absolutely breaking it beyond belief, wondering why on earth have i touched my finally (Somewhat) stable build and holding back tears as i try to reverse engineer my absolute lack of competence on the matter, i wondered if i could delete the armor parts of the outfit and just keep the body as some sort of reference to add those sliders to my existing outfits, maybe as a conversion reference or something. Considering the bodyshape is the exact same as the basic 3BA bodyshape, could i just replace the current body with this one as a reference, copy and conform it and it may do the trick ? If so, making it a template reference would probably be my best bet, but i have absolutely no clue as to how you can do that from anything i can produce from bodyslide and outfit studio. My many thanks to the loverslab wizards out there who probably suffered many minor strokes trying to comprehend what i mean. I'm trying my best.

I am trying to make something like a candy cane sticking out the mouth of the player, but whenever I try to add the head bone and then export it, the bone disappears. If screenshots are needed I will gladly send some!

I have this weird issue with BD's armor replacer where parts of some outfits are missing. I can not figure out what is wrong. In the outfit studio the shapes are shown on the list on the the right, but the outfit is missing the parts. This is how the outfit looks in bodyslide and in game But this is how it is supposed to look according to the .nif As you can see the arm/leg rings, panties and shoulderstraps are missing. This outfit has the most visible issues but some others also have minor issues. I have tried removing and reinstalling the mod, i tried a load order with only this mod and the requirements. i tried the .bsa version (I also tried unpacking the bsa with an extractor) and the loose files. I don't know what else I can try Does anyone have an idea for how to fix this?

I've been trying to remove some parts of outfits/armor sets in Outfit Studio and Bodyslide. Having quickly run into trouble when trying to delete vertices, I moved on to try zap sliders. They seem way less permanent/destructive and gets around the problem of having to conform everything again. I read/watched through some online tutorials and it seems easy enough in theory: 1. Open outfit in Outfit Studio. 2. Mask the vertices you want to remove. 3. Go and create a new zap slider while the vertices are masked. 4. Save project. 5. Tick box in Bodyslide and the vertices are "gone". The only problem I've been having is that once I reach step 5, the new zap sliders aren't working. I am 99.999% confident that I am setting up the zap sliders in Outfit Studio correctly, but somewhere in the process of getting everything over to Bodyslide it seems to lose the masked vertices. The slider works correctly when I'm in OS, all the vertices are shifting forward when I move the slider so I know it's affecting them. I can even deselect all vertices, go into edit mode on the new zap slider, and hit the "Mask Affected Vertices" button in the Slider drop-down menu up top, and it will go and mask all the vertices I wanted removed just like normal. It really seems to be working just fine. I then go and hit Save As, save as a new project with a different name so it's not overriding the base outfits (don't want to cause irreparable harm), and open up Bodyslide to the new outfit. The tick box for the new slider is even there! Except when I check the box... nothing happens. None of the masked vertices disappear. If I then go and use the button to open up the outfit from Bodyslide into OS, the slider is still there - but none of the vertices are masked anymore. Somewhere in the process of saving the outfit and opening it up in Bodyslide it appears to me to be unmasking the vertices for the new zap slider, rendering it useless. Any thoughts?

Could someone please explain how to both apply and remove weight painting to/from an outfit? I'm having trouble with loose fitting parts of outfits like dresses and coats or any parts of an outfit that extend too far away from the body. I have only ever copied bone weights from the reference body in Outfit Studio and sometimes loose fitting outfits turn out to be a mess! Also how does cloth physics work- like the rustling of a skirt or cape- and how might I apply it to an outfit? I'm just looking for a general outline of the process and what is involved- not a painfully detailed description unless you want to.

Hey Loverslab I'm trying to merge two pieces of clothing from two different mods (for personal use) in outfit studio so I can use both at the same time in game but I don't really know how to or if there's an easier method altogether (like changing what slots these pieces use). Is it possible to merge the mesh file for a pair of boots (HN66s' EasyGirl) with the bodygen of the barefoot Modular Vault suit mod? I've seen videos that do something similar for Vanilla outfits but I get clipping and no sliders when I open my botched project from outfit studio in BodySlide. I also tried using FO4edit to change what slot one clothing piece is using but Shoes and Full outfits both use slot 33-BODY and changing to another slot causes clipping. Also, how do I get my bodyslide preset to transition with a project when I open it up in outfit studio? When I open the nif mesh from HN66s' mod in OS it has my preset but opening the Vault Suit from bodyslide to OS gets me a basic cbbe body. Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi all, I added 4 piercings into my body mesh and everything looked fine in outfit studio (see attachment below). I also ran the 4 piercings i used in bodyslider couple of times but 3 out of the 4 piercings just wont show in game. While the one that does work (naval piercing) have a purple texture. The biggest problem i have is unsure of where to store the CBBE hdt piercing (output) files generated from bodyslider. My bodyslider have a custom folder where all my output file goes but for this mod i dont know where to put them. I tried thrown them back into ModOrganizer\user\mods\CBBE hdt piercing sets\meshes but it had no effect. Can someone please instruct where do we put the CBBE hdt piercing files generated from bodyslider? I suppose i could just keep trial & error but I have been modding the game for almost a week straight and i am just simply burned out. Please send help... Best.
