Solitude Men's Club Expanded (by ffabris) View File Another port of a ffabris mod. This time it is the merged version of Solitude Men's Club, which I therefore renamed Solitude Mens Club Expanded, cos multiple clubs. See what I did there? Anyway, this mod adds (gay) men's clubs in Solitude, Windhelm and Riften for you to soak your weary achy bones in the pools after dancing with dragons, combating nirnroot and swatting bees, in the company of handsome men. So what did I do to the mod: - converted the files wit Cathedral Asset Optimizer - converted the esp to form 44 - nordified the men (ffabris likes his men "crispy") - added a tiny bit of diversity to the Riften club by adding some "beast races" - ironed the towels, swept the floors, cleaned the windows and made dinner (or rather: general clean-up of the files) Requirements: USSEP SkyUI KS Hairdos SSE (male hair) SexLab SexLab Aroused Redux But... what does this mod do?! I had killed to regain my freedom and I had shown mercy to the one who stole it from me. I tried to ease my mind, to become someone better, even if it meant leaving a slaver in the wild. She had suffered enough, as much as I had, when I landed in the Commonwealth. "Come on, Calista, stop thinking about it! You made the right decision. No fear of Isabel showing up for revenge. Focus on the bright side!" I came back from a twilight stroll. I had asked Fahrenheit for a little favor, that she find and bring me a gift here at home. I had no doubts about her ability to deliver. Her partner Arnold, my former colleague at Nuka World, was waiting for me on the mansion steps. "Hey Arnold! Sorry to keep you waiting, I was out doing some shore walking. Whiterun Brothel Redux View File Whiterun Brothel Redux, is a remake of the superb, but undervalued work of t.ara, who have all the credits about it, I only removed a bunch of scripts, a bunch of ZAZ, removed dependencies and modified some behaviors, I suggest to have KShaidos and SG Hair installed. It is my favorite player home at the moment, is huge but simple. I suggest to use it with PAS home sweet home, cause the basement is perfect to train slaves and the main floor is perfect to make them work for you . All these gorgeus NPC's can be follower, even if i did not work with their AI, only added to follower faction. Conflict: Sephina the huntress home is very near, maybe too much, but is only an aestetic problem. It's not perfect, you know, is more difficult to modify something existing than make it from scratch, and I am not very skilled with CK, but i hope you will like it. Been modding for a while now, ironically seeing Starfield flop made me hanker to really get into modding Skyrim like never before. Especially happy with the bimbo mod here. Regardless, I've been trying to find some really sexy/sexually themed homes to have for my char. Currently I've got the Lair of Succubi and The Grand Bathhouse SE homes that fit the bill somewhat. I'm wondering if anyone know any other great ones out there I might've missed. Digging for them can be hard to do. I especially would like to know if there are any homes that are also strip clubs, bathhouses, and/or brothels/whore houses. Will admit not too into sex dungeons/bdsm aesthetic, but hey, I'm interested to see whatever.

View File House - White hydrogena (this is an old creation by me, originally published in TFM forum (Simsasylum) into the "Benmc60" user there) This not so little house (20x20 terrain size) can house a familly of four sims. You'll find an open room (with kitchen corner, living and dining corner) and the only bathroom. The first floor will propose one main bedroom and two other empty rooms. The basement will have an open room with another utility/laundry room inside. I've build this room to acomodate a couple of fairies. Normal humans will love it too. Cubman's Container Home View File Here's the third in my Container series - I've got the Mods, Brice Hewitt (Sim) to live in it, and now this is the LOT. I wanted to create a container home, with an industrial vibe to it. It's a full functional space with an open plan ground floor (kitchen, living and dining areas), an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower combo, a study/bedroom with desk and bed. Outside is an undercover gym, washing line and tub, and a rooftop garden. Fits in to a 20X15 lot Costs 61,078 (definitely not a starter home lol) Use bb.moveobjects cheat before placing! Included is all the CC items you'll need. You'll also need the industrial kit and I've used items from most of the Sims expansion, stuff and game packs. Cubman Industrial Living - CC & Lot View File So I originally created the CC stuff and the actual lot for my own personal use - I wanted an industrial-style home for my Sim. After some persuasion from Deganwolf, I decided to post it up on here for anyone that may want it. There are 2 files, you'll only need to download one of them: CC only - contains some new creations (10 items in total - the pack requirements are in the title of the item) CC & Lot - contains the new creations, as well as some stuff from my other packs. I've tried to keep other CC to a minimum, but have included it anyway. The lot sits on a 20X15 lot space, with a galley-style kitchen, full dining area, a "hidden" lounge/man cave, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an outdoor recreation/fitness area, and some office space. Make sure you've got bb.moveobjects on BEFORE placing the lot to ensure it works correctly. It'll cost a pretty $89,000 - sorry, but it was worth it lol All items can be found in the catalogue by searching "IndustrialLiving" or "Cubman" Fully tested in game with the latest patch. I've currently got a bunch of my favourite NPC's using Lakeview Manor as a home thanks to Extensible Follower Framework (EFF). The problem is that if I tell the NPC to use the interior cell of Lakeview, they'll stay there and never use the surrounding garden. If I tell them the garden is their home, they'll never go inside. Does anyone know of a mod where I can specify multiple cells for an NPC to use as a home?

This is a mod I started for myself mostly. I used many many resources from many many authors. I included a readme file if you'd like to see all the sources. I tried to stick to modders resources and mods that allow for using content. The idea behind the home is that your father left the house to you. He died from X thing and you find this safe place. Nothing dangerous can spawn around the home or even get close to it (except dragons, they clip through everything in Skyrim). I'm not sure how friendly it is to kids and spouses, I have not fully tested that yet, however there are 2 children's beds in the house. The rooms are a bit bare. I am still working on this. Most items are static although some do have uses. I plan to come back to this at a later date. The file is quite large. About 133MB compressed so I included a link to it. -

My first attempt at a player home, which I shall dub Stynja Watch. It's on the Western shores of Lake Ilinalta, just northwest of Half-Moon Mill and near the Captured Dreams shop (if you have it installed, it is not required). This player home features: A quick travel marker! Navmeshes! A bed! A shrine of Dibella! A mannequin! 5 usable bookshelves holding about 25 books each! 3 weapon plaques! 6 weapon displays (2 look like a table, 3 are for daggers, and 1 is for long weapons)! 2 weapon racks! Lots of storage! Full crafting except smelter! A downstairs dungeon/prison with beds for 10 "guests"! A rooftop with a breakfast table and 2 cages! Zaz furniture placed throughout the home, with the main floor being fairly inconspicuous! Cleverly placed vanilla clutter... but I may be biased! Balance considerations: The house contains two ebony greatswords, an ebony shield, a whole lot of black soul gems, a bunch of steel ingots, a few alchemy materials, a few rare alcohols and a handful of potions. If you leave the ebony items in the coat of arms and you don't take the basket of black soul gems, you shouldn't have any balance problems! Required and recommended mods: Required - Zaz Animation Pack 6.0 or later. Recommended - Paradise Halls SLExtension for taking, training, and using slaves. I recommend this the most for immersion. Alternative recommended mod - I'll Take The Display Model for taking and displaying prisoners. This lets you have an infinte amount of prisoners, but they can only be used for display purposes or to freeze them in a jail cell - no interaction nor immersion. Alternative recommended mod - Puppet Master for taking, using, and displaying prisoners. Limited number of puppets, no immersion at all, but it can do a little of everything if you want an alternative to PHSLE and don't want to go through the "trouble" of training slaves and slaves running away. It's basically PHSLE god-mode with a little of ITTDM thrown in too. Compatibility: Deviously Cursed Loot - the containers inside the home do not spawn cursed loot. Mammoth Manor - It's just to the south/south-east of the manor, maybe 50 meters away. It's close enough that if you go on the roof of Stynja, the spiders from a fresh install of Mammoth Manor will aggro you. But it's far enough that there isn't any problems. FollowerTEST: Description: The Dungeon is a Milk Maid/Follower home. It Can be used as a player home also. It is accessed via a hatch underneath the drawbridge just outside Whiterun. The key is on the floor in front of it. It was intentionally left mostly bare so players can customize it with their own decorations/furniture. Milk produced in The Dungeon counts towards Whiterun economy. Blackthorn - A Gay Hamlet Note: Other than bug fixes (if any), this patch is now finished. This is a patch for the amazing buildable town called Blackthorn. I love this mod, and have been using it as a player home pretty much since it was initially released. But over time, I thought it might be fun, and a good learning experience, to customize it to my own liking. I am releasing what I have done thus far, in case anyone else might enjoy it. What Is Different? So, how does this patch change the original? Many ways... The entire town is now prebuilt; you don't have to build it yourself. While that is fun and "immersive", after doing it 20 times, I got tired of it. Plus changing it to being "pre built" served as a learning experience for me - and gave me a whole new respect for all the work that goes into making a structure or town buildable. All NPCs are now adult males (luckily the original had no child AI, as such, just some child play markers which I removed, though they were ignored anyway, once the NPC was turned into an adult). Many NPCs are are pretty much naked other than boots ... good eye candy. The guards now wear orcish armor, which looks great if using the SOS revealing armor. Using SexLab Aroused Redux, all NPCs are flagged as preferring males, and exhibitionist. Some have relationship rank increased, up to lover, some are related to each other (and some are both, though no mod currently does much with the incest concept). The Manor was themed to the Thieves' Guild. Since I never play that, I decided to change it. I do play Stormcloak (I love Ralof's dialog!). So I stuck a statue of Talos in the town, ripped out the TG display in the manor, and replaced the TG banner with a Stormcloak one. Tons of mannequins with armor lag my game to death, so I never used the mannequins. Which led me to decide to just remove most of them. Thus the large area in the basement has been converted to a rock pool, of sorts. I don't do the adoption thing either. Plus this is now an adult town. So the kids room has been converted into a sauna. The Edgewater Tavern is renamed to Stonewall Tavern. There was a problem with guards getting stuck on the idle markers inside the jail cells. The author of the original mod has mitigated this somewhat but there is no way to completely fix it. So I ripped out the markers altogether, along with the prisoner. This makes the jail basically useless, but I preferred to have the guard earn their high salaries by protecting the town, rather than hanging out in a jail. (As for the prisoner NPC, I may repurpose him at some point.) Added insects outdoors. Replaced many of the aspen trees with pines. Expanded NPCs' AI to make them more active, while still respecting their various jobs in town. This affects most, but not all. I left the 2 innkeppers alone, and miners, guards and inn guests. So, don't be surprised if, for example, you see a couple of guys idling on the dock, enjoying a romantic evening together. The groundskeeper now has a dog. Something unexpected was discovered in a little visited part of town. It has been tidied up and made available to the townsfolk. (Special "Deco" in this area is initially disabled; it can be toggled via a switch near the entrance.) Tons of exterior navmesh fixes. Hopefully, NPCs and animals won't be running into buildings or walls anymore. Requirements Blackthorn 1.6 (won't work with 1.5) Apachii hair - Full and Male KS Hairdos Renewal SexLab SexLab Aroused Redux (and all dependencies) Recommended Grimoas Almighty Talos Statue Replacer Sexlab Eager NPCs Coat of Paint - Riften - improves the look of the town (since it uses mainly Riften parts) Undress for Bed Installation Install all the requirements above first. then this patch. The patch must be below Blackthorn in your load order. Removal Remove the patch from your game. Reinstall Blackthorn - or remove that as well. Quirks Blackthorn has an issue with NPCs apparently not starting their routines until you enter their homes. This is, I believe, actually a Skyrim problem. I've noticed exactly the same issue in Falkreath, many times. Many NPCs seem to start out in the Dead Man's Drink, and stay there till you enter the building for the first time. FAQ General note: Crashes can often be due to other mods which bloat the game. There are some mods I have tried that increase my crash rate significantly, including (but not limited to) SexLab Random Sex, SexLab Aroused Creatures, Legacy of the Dragonborn. So if you're crashing, first make sure to test on a new game as opposed to a game in progress - especially if you are upgrading from an older version of the patch. Next, try disabling memory hungry mods, like those mentioned above, and see if that helps. I crash when I install this patch. The most likely cause is that you are missing a required mod, or have them in the wrong order. Process your load order with TES5Edit and correct any problems it reports. Released as non-floppy only; all other versions are yanked. 5.0 This version is much like 4.x except that I stripped out all the Zaz stuff, and all the sex acts, along with some minor "effects" like falling pine needles. The aim was to produce a version that was less "laggy". No other significant changes. 4.1a Fixed missing textures in compressed files. Sorry about that. 4.1 Bug fix: the "toy" in the manor basement was only delivering on first use. 4.0 This version now adds ZAZ as a requirement. Expanded deco in the new area. Added deco to the manor, inn and jail, and a couple (!) outdoors; these also all default to being disabled. Added a "toy" in the manor basement (this is always enabled). Deco activators are now in the manor, in the closet to the left of the master bed. 3.1 Tweaked position of one of the "deco items". Extended range of NPCs in the new area. Added paintings on walls there. Fixed connection to new area (misalighned objects) Added more idle markers. 3.0 Moved followers from Guest House to Followers Barracks. So the Guest House remains empty ... possible future uses, or ... remove it? Comments on that? Added COC markers to some spots, including the manor exterior. It is possible to fast travel from inside the manor (actually, I did this a few versions back, just forgot to document it). Removed cheat chest from the manor and placed it .... elsewhere. You'll have to find it if you want what's in it. NPCs now strip when going into the Manor sauna. Something unexpected was discovered in a little visited part of town. More navmesh edits (I know I've said it before but I hate navmesh!) 2.2 Fixed a few mis-matched factions. Removed all edited navmeshes outside of the town walls. Cleaned up sex trigger script. Fixed the end of the wall walkway near the farm: another wall bounding box was blocking it. FloppySOS: Removed piercings from cheat chest (saves me time when making the nonSOS version). More NPC AI tweaks. 2.1 Fix to the "trysts" between two pairs of guards. I got them muddled when I set it up. Hopefully fixed the crash problem some have been having near town gates (crossing fingers'n'toes!) by removing special effects triggers that were near the town gates, and covering most of the town itself. 2.0 Enabled a few more odds'n'ends that I had forgotten to enable. Tested with latest KS Hairdos (13 Sept 0215); no issues. Removed most of the insect spawners; let's see if that helps those who are crashing. Implemented my "secret project": NPCs will now have sex when they meet up. This is done in a targeted way: sex will trigger between specific NPCs at specific times and places. So there is nothing constantly polling for nearby NPCs, bogging down the game. Moved the fast travel arrival spot from in front of the manor, to near the inn. Might reduce some of the heavy initial load. I also renamed the map marker to "Blackthorn Gay Hamlet". 1.4 Reworked followers' schedules Enabled chickens, finally More exterior navmesh fixes, around town walls (I think I mentioned that I hate navmesh, right?) Fixed a lopsided canis root, removed buried vegetables, and unburied a forest prey. Horse no longer gets involved in combat. The groundskeeper has a pet dog, called Dog, a husky. He will follow the groundskeeper around sometimes, or just do his own thing. He's friendly to all, and will engage in combat, but is essential. Oh, he cannot become a follower... he belongs to the groundskeeper, after all. 1.3a Hotfix release; fixes crash bug... hopefully 1.3 Forgot, from the very beginning, to enable the street lights [facepalm] Removed the manor key from one of the followers (not sure why he ever had a key, as it is never used) Cleaned up a ton of crap underground... 1.2 Made Anthony Tucker a redguard (A'tor) Removed a few bits of "standard" grass. A player home in Reach hold, just north up the road from Old Hroldan. The intent of the home is to have it look immersive, not be overpowered (no collection of shrines and stones for example), and only subtly sexy themed with a cellar for serious sexlab fun. It's cozy, yet big enough that there are a few areas that I just couldn't figure out how to clutter up. My revamp for the (as always) amazing patch that @ffabris made for the also awesome mod Blackthorn (a buildable town). Like ffabris' original patch, it changes the NPCs in the town to all (sexy) males. My changes are purely cosmetic (more vanilla based). This mod adds a veritable herd of NPCs, so I will not be providing screenshots this time. Things I changed: - NPC's are dressed in vanilla outfits - NPC's are more Nord looking (get the original patch if you prefer sunkissed sexy men) - NPC's use vanilla hair (maleimperial and maleredguard) - NPC's are no longer exhibitionists, but still prefer men (SLAR functionality) Read the description of the original Patch for more information. Same rules apply for this revamp. Requires: Skyrim Legendary Edition (so ALL DLC) Blackthorn version 1.6 SexLab Aroused Redux (+ dependencies) Recommended: Undress for bed The Manipulator SexTalk (gay) Fine Face Textures for Men by Ushi (+ Black subsurface maps for Face and Body + Vampire Patch) Smooth Male Body (SOS) This revamp, as well as the original patch by ffabris, were made with a gay audience in mind. This is my rework of @ffabris' most excellent The Scarlett Gay Patch. Like ffabris' original patch, it adds a much better-looking crew for The Scarlett. My changes are purely cosmetic. This is the pre war version of the player's home that replaces the post apocalyptic version. This also replaces everything inside so loot the run down house before you activate this mod. I tried my best to make it perfect but it has a few issues. Known issues: A small post war dresser in the master bedroom keeps showing up. It should be scrappable though. Crib mobile doesn't spin. Many items non interactable. (this will be fixed later) Important: Do not run this mod until AFTER you find Sanctuary. I'm not sure what will happen if you try to use it with a new game. Maybe nothing. Please let me know of any problems but please be specific, not "the car did a wierd thing." I will fix it as I go. -
