And don't worry about wiggling out of them: All devices lock in place, and only the correct key can open the locks! And these devices don't just look restrictive, they ARE! These shackles really lock your hands on your back and make you unable to fight. Running in leg irons? No way! And yes, wearing a gag will make you speak gibberish! Escape system: Nobody likes to be tied up. At least not against their will! Try to escape your bindings by attempting to struggle out from them, cut them, or pick the locks! You might succeed! Or you will just tighten your restraints, or break your lockpicks. If you are really unlucky, you will jam the lock and be unable to unlock yourself even if you have the key, unless you manage to repair the lock. Framework: Want to create your own bondage mod? Kinky quests? Custom restraints? DD is providing all needed functionality for that, so you don't have to! Want to create custom bondage items? Just make your item use the DD scripts and customize dozens of properties to your taste and create your own toys without writing one line of code! Items with custom keys? No problem! Multiple locks? For sure! Timed locks? You bet! Cuttable material? Yep, got that, too! Impossible to struggle out from? Check! Items that cannot be removed as long as another is locked on? Yes, even that! And if all of that isn't enough, override the item behavior with a custom script. If you think it can't be done, think again! Devious Effects: Unique and devious effects to tantalize, titillate, and torment the Dragonborn and her companions! Whether it's inflatable, vibrating, or simply impossible to remove, you'll find something different with each item! All plugs increase stimulation, and do so at different rates based on what you do; sitting down or riding a horse is much more intense than just walking around! The inflatable plugs can be squeezed manually for more stimulation, or by accident as you travel around Skyrim! Want something more intense? Try the vibrating soulgem plugs! Some are activated by magic, others will have a mind of their own and activate randomly or after building up for a good strong burst of vibrations. But watch out, there are some plugs out there that are much more devious: the victim will be driven to the edge by these relentless plugs, but never allowed sweet release... Full NPC Support: All devious devices are capable of being worn by NPCs, and most devious effects will function on them as well! Show your companion who's in charge, or teach that annoying bitch in the shop a lesson! Intuitive Interfaces: No need to use spells, shouts, or other quirky methods to enjoy these devices! Just click them in your inventory and choose what you want to do with them via the easy to use interaction menu! Sexlab Support: While in a chastity belt, the Dragonborn's (or any NPC's) most intimate of intimates will be off limits! The actors will be unable to use any sex scenes involving the "Vaginal", "Anal", "Masturbation", or "Fisting" tags. In most cases, the scene will be replaced by a chastity-friendly scene, including Oral, Blowjobs, Handjobs, Boobjobs, and whatever else may be available. While wearing gags, the Oral animations will be off limits as well, unless it happens to be a ring gag. Sexlab Aroused Support: Being locked away in cold steel may not seem so bad at first, but the longer the Dragonborn is locked away, the more she'll crave that sweet release! Animations, on-screen messages, and even sounds will change depending upon arousal level; same with NPCs! COMPATIBILITY AND CONFLICTS General remark: The point of this mod is locking the player in restraints hard to remove. This feature might cause issues with other mods not expecting the character to wear unremovable items. Known issues will be listed in this section. Feel free to report incompatibilities in the support thread. Frostfall: While wearing restraints the player might be unable to keep herself warm. Player Succubus Quest: Transformation will wipe restraints from your character, so this function is generally incompatible with DD. Disable Transformation if you want to use this mod with and DD mod. Trapped in Rubber: is using custom restraints not compatible with DD in general. Solution: Make sure you're not wearing any DD items before you start the quest and suspend any mod that might equip DD items on you while playing TiR. SPERG: Works fine, but set Hand to Hand combat to "Manual" in its MCM to avoid annoying clicking sounds when wearing wrist restraints. Play Random Idle - can break custom idles used by our restraints. REQUIREMENTS Devious Devices - Assets Version 3 SexLab 1.6+ SexLab Aroused Redux Bodyslide and Outfit Studio UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS Version 4.2: No new game required when updating from any 4.x version. INSTALLATION 1. Install ALL requirements listed above using your favorite mod manager, including THEIR respective requirements. 2. Install this mod. 3. Run FNIS when done 4. Start up Skyrim, and either create a New Game, or load your Save. 5. Save the game, and then load the save you just created (DD will not register Animations / Events until you load a save after it has been installed). 6. Install all three DD mods with your mod manager of choice. 7. And don't forget to use Bodyslide to build the assets. Half of all user support requests root in them not running Bodyslide. RUN BODYSLIDE!!!! IF THE DEVICES ARE INVISIBLE IN GAME, YOU FORGOT TO RUN BODYSLIDE AND BATCH BUILD THE DEVICES!!! KNOWN ISSUES The 'equipped' indicator for the belt may not update immediately following player interaction. This can be solved easily by closing and reopening the inventory or selecting another item (It is simply a display quirk). Attempting to interact with a specific device while having multiple instances of it in your inventory is ill-advised, due to a limitation with Skyrim. Doing so will unpredictably cause Skyrim to not send the Papyrus events that the devices require to function (OnUnequipped / OnEquipped), leading to a device visually being equipped, despite being unequipped in your inventory. If you encounter this issue, remove all but one copy of the problem-device from your inventory, then re-equip said device. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: How to best report any issues with Devious Devices? A: Post your issue in the support thread and describe what happened, and how. In enough detail that we might have a chance to understand what went wrong there. Oh, and post a Papyrus log if you can. While we might be able to guess the cause of your problem every now and then, chances are that we will never find out what went wrong unless you provide me with the log. DO NOT PM THE DD TEAM WITH SUPPORT REQUESTS!!! Q: I have this and that problem with an older version of Devious Devices. A: Please don't ask about older versions. Ever. We release patches for a reason. Use them! Some of them even might have fixed the exact bug you're reporting to occur in your ancient version of this mod. Only the newest version is supported at any time. Don't post any questions in the support thread unless you're running the -newest- version of this mod AND all of its requirements. Q: I have a support question and wonder if I should PM it to you. A: Please, PLEASE do NOT use PMs for support issues and bug reports. There are conversions for male characters available on LoversLab. YMMV. Q: Why are the bundled items changing my body when equipped? Why are some items invisible? Why is everything so messed up??? A: Use Bodyslide, Luke! It's listed in the requirements for a reason. You need to actually build the assets with Bodyslide! Q: Is this mod compatible with <obscure mod you found in a remote corner of the internet and nobody else but you ever seems to use>? A: Ummm...I dunno.. You tell me! We list all known incompatibilities in this ReadMe, but there are really a lot of mods out there, and we can't possibly test them all. Q: Why don't you add <items from this and that other restraint mod available on LL> to DD's item library? A: If the other mod has been out on LL for more than a couple months and we haven't added the items, chances are that we don't like them enough and/or their creators didn't give permission. Q: Can I translate your mod? A: Yes. But please re-post only the files needed for the actual translation, as a patch with a link to the offical mod! Do NOT re-distribute the entire mod. If you want to post the translated files outsides of LL, please ask for permission first. Q: I found this awesome model that would be a perfect fit for a DD item. Will you include it? A: We will not put in anything in DD that doesn't support both CBBE Bodyslide and UUNP. The model AND the sliders obviously also need to come with permissions to freely include and distribute it in 3rd party mods. If it does, feel free to suggest it! Q: Where can I get the items in game? A: DD itself won't equip anything on you. It is a library of bondage items and mechanics related to them. You will need mods actually using the framework, such as Captured Dreams, Shout Like a Virgin, or Deviously Cursed Loot. Q: Will this mod ever support another body than CBBE Bodyslide or UUNP? A: That's very extremely unlikely. Unless another body completely takes over the market in the future, we will not even think about it. CBBE and UUNP are good enough and support pretty much any imaginable body shape through Bodyslide. There is zero reason for more body mods, really. Q: I unequipped an item, but it's still visually on my character! A: See the "Known Issues" section. Devious Heatrise SE + LE (Updated 1/18/2021) View File Devious Heatrise (DHr) is a Devious Device content mod themed around temperature-controlled plugs. Main Content 18 unique, individually unlockable, temperature-controlled plugs. (All plugs can only be used by the player character.) A replayable training quest with 35 different trials (punishments) wearing an advanced chastity belt. A progression system allowing the player to level up temperature tolerance skills. (Yes this will increase fire/frost resistance in combat.) I don't want to spoil the content. You should give it a try, if you are interested in plugs and/or training wearing chastity belts. Requirements Skyrim Special Edition or Skyrim Legendary Edition* *Regarding LE compatibility: I have not done any testing on LE. However as informed by HexBolt8 (who has performed some preliminary tests), after some minor tweaking (which I already did), this mod should work on LE as is. Nevetheless, please let me know if anything goes wrong. Devious Device 5.0 and its requirements (4.3 or lower will NOT work) Updating from Devious Device 4.3 is not officially supported by Devious Device. It may or may not cause problems. Someone with a save file which was made with Devious Device 4.3 encountered issues (training gear not being equipped properly) after updating to Devious Device 5.0 and starting to use Devious Heatrise. They also noted that a clean save file works as intended. (However, at this point, no one really knows if this issue is caused by updating Devious Device. This may very well be caused by a bug with Devious Heatrise.) (Optionally) Frostfall SE (with its unofficial SE patch) or Frostfall LE If Installed, wearing a heating plug can warm you up, while wearing a cooling plug will, unfortunately, cool you down How to Start You need go to Whiterun and talk to Arcadia. If this mod is installed correctly, she should have an dialogue option "(Devious Heatrise) Can you train my body's temperature tolerance?" This will get you started with Devious Heatrise's training quest. At the end of the training, one of the 18 plugs will be gifted (and unlocked). The training quest is designed to take a long time (at minimum 10 in game days, though adjustable in MCM) without demanding too much from the player. It is advised to play the training quest while doing other regular quests. At the same time, it is also possible to register the plugs from Devious Heatrise into Devious Device's item library using the option available in MCM (they will be added to related LevedItems entries). In that case, if you have mods that equip the player character with devices from that library, plugs from Devious Heatrise will appear as well. However, if a plug has never been gifted by Arcadia (a.k.a. not unlocked), it will disappear once you take it out of your body. This way, registering Devious Device's plugs will not break the regular progression with the training quest. FAQ How do I use degree Fahrenheit instead of degree Celsius? You can change the unit in the MCM menu. It is the first option in the "Common" tab. Why are the units displayed as "C"/"F" instead of properly as "°C"/"°F"? Because Skyrim apparently does not have the "°" symbol. If I put that character in, it will just display gibberish instead. How do I terminate the training quest? You can forcefully terminate the quest by going to MCM menu. It is located in the "Training Quest" tab. Alternatively, you can use the "Terminate DD quests" in the "Debug" tab of Devious Device's MCM. Devious Heatrise listens for the termination signal and will stop the quest correctly. (It might report a couple errors regarding not able to find some devices. If so, it is normal, as Devious Device has already removed those.) Something something LORE something something Yeah whatever. I don't know any lore of Skyrim. I didn't even finish the game. I came for the adult content, and stayed for the adult content. How do I check my temperature tolerance skills' levels? For now, the only way to check them is to go to MCM. They are listed in the "Skills" tab. I just scratched my head and came up with these. Why did you implement the transcend functionality for those temperature tolerance skills? Well, the reason is that I played a lot of Devious Training. However, I noticed, it is always that at one point, my levels are so high, that the buffs from those devices rendered me almost invincible. I don't like that. I want those devices to punish me, instead of making me stronger. With that mindset, I implemented the transcend functionality, so it provides an incentive for the players to zero out their skills and relive the days when the plugs are still torturous to them. Why do I keep lose stamina/health/magicka when wearing those temperature-controlled plugs? When the temperature of the plugs are too high/too low for you, you will start to lose stamina/health/magicka. The amount to lose can be configured in the MCM menu under the "Advanced" tab. Why do those plugs constantly drain my stamina/health/magicka, instead of just apply a debuff? Because I want the effect of those plugs to feel strong. Constantly draining stamina/health/magicka will keep on reminding the player that those incredibly uncomfortable plugs exist. Why do those plugs only work with the player character? It is mainly due to technical limitations. I have not figured out a way to effectively store and update a large amount of temperature controlled plugs. What if other mods equip some NPCs with Devious Heatrise's plugs? If my script works correctly, those plugs should disappear immediately when they are equipped. Why is Devious Device 5.0 required? Because Devious Device 5.0 fixed a bunch of bugs. I don't want to support a version with bugs that will never be fixed. How heavy is Devious Heatrise, script-wise? It should not be that heavy. As an added bonus, it will put itself to sleep if no device from Devious Heatrise is worn. What should I do if I accidently exited out the checkup dialogue? You can talk to Arcadia again and choose the "(Devious Heatrise) I came for the checkup." It should resume the checkup from where you left off. Why do two vibration events sometimes start simultaneously? Since Devious Heatrise requires finer control over the vibrations of the plugs (Vibrate until orgasm, for example), it is not possible to use Devious Device's VibrateEffect. Therefore, Devious Heatrise uses its own vibration controller. That said, Devious Heatrise tries really hard to work with Devious Device, so that Devious Device's vibrations and Devious Heatrise's vibrations will not start at the same time. To prevent Devious Device from starting a vibration event when Devious Heatrise' vibrations are going, Devious Heatrise tricks Devious Device into thinking a vibration of its own is currently running. However, it is still possible that, under some super rare circumstances, Devious Device will "untrick" itself and therefore start a vibration event despite the one from Devious Heatrise is still in process. View File The Quest: Angrim's Apprentice is a quest mod for SexLab. As the name suggests, it is designed for early-game use (though there's nothing to prevent an Archmage from using it). This is not a dungeon quest, but rather an ongoing interaction with a new NPC (Angrim) that is meant to be played in parallel with regular questing. Angrim can be found holed up in an abandoned basement, beneath the ruined farmhouse between Whiterun's Western Watchtower and Fort Greymoor; there's a trapdoor just outside the ruined house. The quest mostly progresses by periodic interactions with Angrim. There are also tie-ins to several quests from the base game. These side quests are optional - they can affect your later choices, but they are not required to advance the main quest. There are at least three different 'endings' to the quest; two are easy to find, but the third is a bit tricky (hint: you need a certain spell, and divine aid). The quest is written with a female player character in mind, and is primarily intended for mages. Not to exclude the guys, but that would be a different quest. However, there are no gender checks enforced. There are several sex magic spells included, most of which may be learned and cast by the player character. The Spells: Almost all of the new spells involve sexual triggers; you cast them on yourself before sex, and the sex act empowers them. Most of them act as temporary bonuses for various attributes or skills (Health, Magicka, Speech, Illusion). Hi there, I did some hacking and I'd like to ask those who actually know what they are doing, if I broke something or not. I have DD 5.1 SE. The Chastity Belt is on slot 49. I also have a couple of armor mods which also use the slot 49 (skirts mostly). So instead of editing all the armors, I made an .esl patch in SSEEdit for DD Assets to use the belts (iron, padded, paddedopen) on slot 60. I also modified the .nifs of the belts so they point to slot 60. The belts seem to work fine in game, but I simply don't have the knowledge if my hack made something bad. I also know that I have to make patches for mods which has their own CB versions, like Laura's shop for example. So, should this hack work? Peace, M

If the character is wearing a Chastity Belt, these pieces can't be equipped, making the armor look very bad. So I moved all these armor/clothing pieces to slot 60 (instead of 49). Warnings I may have missed some pieces. In that case the armor/clothing piece in question will be invisible. Report it and I will try to fix it. I did not change the armor/clothing geometry, so if the device hider in DD doesn't hide the CB, it will be clipping. Baka Aroused Keywords patch Add BakaFactory's SexLab Aroused keywords to [SunJeong]Ninirim Collection armors. Other mods may react to these. This time I made a video about the armors in the showroom so I could see each piece. This way I could add pretty accurate keywords to the armor/clothing pieces. A massive roast boar stuffed with venison, plums, apples and snowberries and then followed by rabbit, pheasant, chicken, roast pork and sucking piglets. For drinks to wash down all that rich food there was Colovian Brandy, Surilie Brothers wines, Tamika wine, ales, beers and the finest meads and strongest spirits that the Nords could produce. With their stomachs full and the guests singing happily in song...if slurring a little bit, Darena's father Herleif decided now was the perfect time to unveil the gifts that he had made for his daughter and new daughter-in-law. The weapons were heavily enchanted the battle-axe with the power to cause horrible lightning burns, electrocuting and Magicka damage and the greatsword could burn with divine fire anything it sliced. And Skyforge steel, as the Nords knew could slice open anything they hit, even severely damage Daedric armor. Langwen's father Archanar gave his daughter and new daughter in-law a set of matching novice robes and hood and a set of blue mage robes, the kind worn by mages at the court of the local city nobility and when they needed to travel without attracting attention to their high rank. The newlyweds also got steel plated and Nordic steel cuffed boots and gauntlets, which were enchanted to enhance their combat and magical prowess, making Langwen and Darena a lethal couple indeed, a perfect combination of arcane scholar and warriors. The rich food and strong drink really did take a toll and so Langwen and Darena excused themselves from the table and decided to retire early, before too much food...and too much drink made them incapable of consummating their wedding. Once back in the Archmage's chamber, Langwen was pleased to see the beautiful High Elf/Altmer Carahil, her golden skin and fierce reddish hair glowing. Langwen made it clear no mercy would be shown and this increased the people love and respect of the new Arch-Mage. With that, Langwen herself started to undress and went to follow Darena to the baths and steams rooms...which were located below the Arch-Mage's tower and used Ayleid magic and Dwemer/Dwarven technology to soak herself inn before going to make love for the first time to her new bride. Their are first and foremost neck, ankle, wrist and upper arm bracers made out of solid gold and each about three fingers in height and about a thumb in width. None of them have any locking mechanism or clasp of any kind and therefore they cannot be removed...except by amputating the limb. Neck Collar/Torc Necklace: It has been compared to a very expensive slave collar by the thick, dull and ignorant but that is not so. The neck collar is perfectly forged thick gold band capped at the top and bottom with a flared design resembling an exquisitely braided ponytail. In the actual gold band itself, there are embedded 9 elliptical shaped blood-red diamonds, one for each of the nine Divines at a perfect 40 degree angle until they complete the loop. The flared braided Torc designs at the top and bottom have what looks like 4 very small coins placed on them which when hit by a breeze of wind produce a melodious, heart-warming sound. The neck collar allows Langwen to breathe underwater, and enhances her already powerful enchanting and alchemy skills. Leg Bracers: The leg bracers themselves have absolutely no jewelry whatsoever but are instead ornately and massively carved with the symbols for Athletics and Acrobatics, giving Langwen 2.55 the speed and leaping ability of even the best in Tamriel, a skill needed when facing a battle against long odds and retreat becomes necessary. It has been observed it takes Langwen less than an hour to swim from the Ayleid ruin Vilverin to the Ayleid ruin Culotte, both located on the eastern coast of the massive body of water known respectively Lake Rumare and the Upper Niben Bay. Wrist Bracers/Cuffs: The wrist bracers are the thickness of a large thumb and shaped in the unmistakable patters of a crenellated fort battlements. Both have a bas-relief carving of a snake and a massive snow-capped mountain with are the symbols of Endurance and Agility. They give Langwen the ability to persevere where others would drop exhausted. These bracers also have the Reflect Spell and Reflect Damage Enchantment, causing half the spells cast against Langwen to return against those who cast it in the first place, especially conjurers and necromancers. Shoulder Bracers: These are shaped with the Symbols of Personality, intelligence and willpower and enhance these attributes greatly. In addition they absorb damaging spells cast against Langwen. Rings: Langwen wears the following rings on her fingers and toes, all of which are heavily enchanted to enhance her already potent and lethal skills. Let us start with the finger rings: Ring of Treachery: Also known as the ring of Traitors this allows Langwen an increase of 10 points in her Speech craft, Mercantile, light armor, Sneak and Security Skills. Worn on her left hand index-finger and appears as a solid black ebony band without any markings or carvings. Ring of Wizardry: This ring gives Langwen a 10 point boost in her arcane skills of: Alchemy, Illusion, Restoration, Conjuration, Destruction, Mysticism and Alteration. Appears as a jade band with a blood red ruby rhomboid in the center and is worn on her left hand ring-finger. Sorcerer's Ring: This ring gives Langwen edge is a battle between sorcerers as it gives Langwen a 25 point boost in her reserves of mystical energy know as Magicka and absorb 25% of the impact of negative spells cast against her. Worn on the ring finger of her right hand it appears as a simple jade band with a red ruby gemstone rhomboid. Ring of War: Worn on her left pinkie, this simple brass ring allows Langwen a 10 point increase in armory skills, heavy armor skills with bladed and blunt weapons, athletics and acrobatics and is a definite must when outnumbered by vicious bandits. Ring of the Iron Fist: Another seemingly cheap brass ring worn on her right pinkie, this one Reflects Damage by one third back at her attackers and gives her 25 points of extra Hand to Hand combat skills. Ring of Thieves: worn on her left middle finger, the Ring of Thieves is must for stealthy situation as it allows Langwen to see the very life essence of foes up to 25 feet, even through the thickest walls plus an additional 10 points to Security and 15 pts to Sneaking skills. Appears as a simple silver band. Elemental Ring: Another silver band worn on her right middle finger this seemingly simple ring gives Langwen a 20% increase in resistance to Destruction magic, specifically Frost, Shock/lightning and Fire spells. Ring of Vitality: A simple gold band which Langwen wears on her right index finger, this ring gives her 100% Immunity against Disease, Paralysis and Poison which is a must when fighting vampires, necromancers and foes with poisoned blades or arrows. Ring of Skimming: Worn on her left thumb, this ring gives Langwen the ability to...literally...walk on water and an additional 20 points increase each to speed and to athletics. Appears as a simple gold band. Ring of Perfection: A simple gold band worn on her right thumb, this ring fortifies ALL ATTRIBUTES by 10 points in addition to all other enchantments. Now let us conclude with the toe rings: Mundane Ring: A simple gold band worn on Langwen's left big toe, this ring has the enchantments of 50percent increase in magic Resistance and 33% in Reflecting Spells back on her attackers. Ring of Stamina: A simple gold band worn on her right big toe, this ring fortifies Langwen's Fatigue limits and health by 25 points and is very useful in the bedroom as well as on the battlefield. Ring of Sun Fire: this golden ring is worn by Langwen on her left index toe and was given to her as a gift by the Order of Virtuous Blood, a society of Vampire hunters. as its name implies, when Langwen is attacked by a vampire...or any other undead, the ring will cause a sunburst flash which is extremely lethal in addition to 35 Disease Resistance and 25 % Spell Reflection. Appears as a gold ring with a flaming sun in the center emanating rays. Weatherward Circlet: An ornate gold ring worn by Langwen on her right index toe as a gift from a fellow Bosmer named Thoronir. This ring gives 35% increased resistance to Fire and Frost. Ring of Eidolon's Edge: A gift to Langwen form an Imperial woman named Rosentia Gallenus as a reward for ridding her of an unwanted Daedric staff. The ring is worn on the left middle toe and appears as an antique copper ring with a fanged mouth holding in place the gemstone in the center. Ring of the Viper Eye: A silver emerald ring worn by Langwen on her left fourth toe, this ring gives her an added strength against magic attacks and fortifies agility and reflexes. Circlet of Omnipotence: Won on the right middle toe, this gold emerald ring was an added bonus that Langwen found in a forgotten valley near Pale Pass when she discovered the long forgotten ruins of Fort Pale Pass. This ring give a 3 point boost to Speed, Strength, Agility, Endurance and Willpower.
