Did u also downloaded andrew's crafting enabler? It is required to enable custom crafting menus.

There are links for craft enabler mod and author of this mod, in 2 places: description and under "requires". Included file in download section is just if for some reason u don't want to login or create account on that site, but since i got no permission i will take that file down.
