Skyrim Audio Converter

method : 

In any location on your PC, create a folder named Skyrim Sound . Go to Skyrim Data and , with BSA Browser extract the BSA Skyrim Sound inside the previously created folder . This step will help you locate both the correct folders and the audio files to be renamed

Go to Skyrim Data and if it is absent, create a folder named Music . Within this folder, create a new one called Dungeon , within the latter, create a folder named Cave.

Choose your favorite MP3 / MP4, and convert it to Wave without making any changes .

Name the newly converted file mus_dungeon_cave_01. There are 3 files in total. If you want only one sound, make a copy and then rename them in mus_dungeon_cave_02 and mus_dungeon_cave_03 . If you want alternative sounds, just repeat the process with other audios and rename them mus_dungeon_cave_02 and mus_dungeon_cave_03

Launch Skyrim Audio Converter and convert Wave files to XWM . At this point there is nothing left to do but copy / paste the audio files into Skyrim data / Music / Dungeon/Cave

Here, the files are a greater number and, as in the Custom Dungeon Music description, vary the audio files if you want to have different sounds, or use one if you want a single sound 

In Skyrim / data / music, create within it a folder renamed explore . Proceed with creating the XWM files as described in Custom Dungeon Music .
