In an attempt to make a more grimdark Skyrim, the guards will now choose a prisoner at random from the dungeons and publicly execute them.   -Includes all hold capitols except DLC and Winterhold -Can include the player if they are in jail  -Can include NPCs put into the jail as long as they aren't a guard.
