BIAC changes Bindings Quest "Only The Strong" to start from Acheron Defeat event instead of Bindings own system. In Acheron MCM you in Events -> Hostile/Follower you will see BIAC option these will control how likely when you are defeated BIAC activates. Hostile has a chance to activate when you get defeated and all of your followers are defeated. Follower activates only if you still have a follower who hasnt been defeated.
