All posters are 18+ petite/small breasted girls.    Located in the build menu: Decorations - Wall Decorations - Lore Friendly Posters   This mod is an altered version of Lore Friendly Posters from Nexus Mods I am not savvy with FO4 mods, so I don't know how to change the name in game.
