This damsel was made independent of other Damsels in Distress iterations so as to not bog them down with unnecessary mod requirements. Rayva is a Snow Elf and requires the mod True Snow Elf Race. She has a simple quest where you first need to rescue her and escort her to her supply cache, then she will become available to be a follower.
