Your player walks around the Skyrim world, and NPCs that are aroused past a certain threshold decide to rape you. You can never feel safe around other people.   Basically, it is a very simple mod that uses SexLab Aroused to scan for aroused NPCs near you and determines their arousal level and if certain criteria are met, it causes them to attack you.
