[XCL] [Supseded] Machine Breakdown Mod 0.17a

Incorporated within the BR Pill Mod.

Adds an option where sometimes the New U Machine at the mall breaks down with varying likelihoods. When it does that might affect supply and price of pills at the pharmacy. If the reliable option is chosen then there will be no change to the game.

Should not conflict with any other mods. Has some slight additional content if installed with McLurkington's Pharmacist Deals Mod.

At the moment in the mod, after the first week, if the unreliable option is chosen, there is a 10%/25%/50% chance per day that the New U machine will break down, forcing the character to consider other options. If the machine breaks it will stay broken until Friday when there will be a 75% chance it will be fixed - there will then again be a 10%/25%/50% chance per day that the machine will break down again. I would welcome any feedback. If you change the mod options they should take effect the next day.
