Description: This mod adds a metal collar with some glowing magic circles that move around it. The circle actually emits light, too (and in even more detail if you use ENB). It doesn't do anything else at the moment - this mod is mostly intended to be used as an asset for people to make replacers for collars in other mods, as a resource for people who want to replicate the effect for their own mods, or as a standalone version for people who just like magic collars.   How to obtain:
