This mod gives the male vampire lord genitalia. Creature Framework is required, as well as Vampire Lord Retexture. I literally just spliced the genitals from the Creature Features werewolf, since I wanted it to be more realistic than the Creature Features vampire lord. I've always thought the vanilla vampire lord textures were bloody (heh) awful, and have always used the retexture mod above. The result is fairly solid, IMO, and animation alignment is still fine.
