This is my first hero mod for TWW3.   The hero spawns on turn 1 for Lokhir Fellhart's faction "The Blessed Dread".   I was heavily inspired by a model from the Kingdom Under Fire series.   Done my best to balance the character but any suggestions are welcome.   Thanks to Gooboo for the base elf body used from Dark Elf Debaucheries.
