As any of you who use PW and simultaneously do not have Devious Cursed Loot installed will have noticed, the fetters in PW come without a texture in SE and VR. This isn't actually a bug of PW, but rather that of ZAZ and DD, which both have paths pointing to textures in DCL in the corresponding NIFs.
