This is the 2.3 version of my sexy follower mod.   This mod adds 12 women into Skyrim, all of which need to be found and saved from sexual slavery. All these girls are potential followers when rescued, and can even be married if you fancy any of them. Each of them level with the player and have their own set fighting styles and preferences.   Please note that there are features that are not thoroughly tested, so if you encounter any issues please report them back to me.
