works up to....., I don't know, could only test it to level 50 bandit leader, as my char is not higher leveled.

Enemies hit with this bow will fight each other for 30 sec.

Just stay far away enough

btw, if you kill someone with it, you will not get a bounty. Suitable for Dark Brotherhood quest.
