i fixed the old umbreon api that bugged out all over the place.   i got tired of waiting so i took it into my own hands, turns out its was not as hard at i thought.   note : it was working on my end, if my fix is still broken on your end let me know so i can fix it, or remove this note if its not broken. note  : you  also need to have the original as well for it to work.  the original by darkninjawolf64. so i was an idiot and forgot to put it in a zip im sorry
