  1. Azuras Club

Azura's Club! Maras Club in Riften is coming this week
    ----------------
3.0 Build Made general adjustments and fixed all the bugs
    Introduction:
Ever think that Skyrim could use more exotic & unique clubs with custom music, and custom paintings, as well as people looking like their actually having a good time. In Azura's Club everyone likes to party hard, almost everyone is drunk, some people are passed out in the floor, and there is even a VIP room.

    Description:
Azura's Club is a new private club. Raafi Sabir Ishlak & Maria built the club from the ground up, guards are trying to shut them down, and they do a good job, keeping outsiders out, as they are dealing and trafficking skooma and other products.
How do I get to the club:
It's North East of Whiterun. It's on the same road as Battleborn Farm, just keep going up the road, you can't miss it.

    Features
    New exotic club
    3 new songs
    New paintings
    New Merchant
    New Quest and much more
    New Book "The Forbidden Island"

    Quest
    1. Azura's Club
A guard is really butthurt that the bouncer of Azura's Club didn't let him inside the club, he was once a friend of Maria owner and Raafi the bouncer, but when he became a guard. The owners of the club, Raafi and Maria became very distant. Mr. Johnson is now very upset and angry, he decided to report the club and shut them down, you can't get inside the club, because the bouncer keeps outsiders out, but as you convince the bouncer to let you inside, he offers you a deal to take out the guard, and promises to give you access to the club and a key to the VIP room.

    Authors Note

  2. Better Boss Loot (SSE and SLE)

    Dear Bethesda,

Fuck you and your leveled lists.

    Sincerely, everyone.

Archive contains files for both SSE and SLE. Pleas only use the version that corresponds with your own game version. Built with an old ass initial release version of the SSE CK so should be version backwards compatible.

Here's a list of what was modified. Dawnguard and Dragonborn required.

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed on this mod, from feedback to positive encouragement, to bug testing, cleaning and adding clutter, and to those who donated, some of you way too much. On behalf of the silent ass VA's (I KNOW YOU WILL READ THIS YOU LURKING ASS GIRLS) thank you all as well, and if they don't ever respond someone make a sex mod version of them as punishment plz. So merry Christmas everyone and look forward to more crazy adventures in 2014.

One of the scenes gets very very vocal.. NSFW vocal so watch speaker volume.. had it on the bose once. neighbors probably weren't impressed.

    INSTALLATION
3 FIles, a BSA and a ESM and ESP, extract both to DATA folder or use with NMM (I think, someone confirm or deny all my shits fucked up atm)

    KNOWN ISSUES (None gamebreaking)
Some ENB's and graphic cards are having trouble with the strange cave load in. Screen goes black or white or blotchy upon load in. If it happens save game, drop to main menu and reload apparently fixes it. Looking into it tonight as its been reported by multiple people. FIXED
0 From Any Official DLC (So far)

Some bitches wont start combat with you, kill them anyway you are evil right?
The girls like to leave combat in the middle of it, they start right away again but it leads to some funny shit FIXED
Inside solitude Bar Allune takes a few seconds to start the scene, pathing navmesh issue, always resolved in under 10 seconds
Dhalia likes to teleport herself in said inn, was a failsafe that is only needed 2% of the time but meh better safe than sorry

Sometimes allune starts the mod naked... enjoy, should be fixed but if it happens you're welcome

The girls are off normal follower frameworks but some follower overhaul mods COULD cause conflict, let me know if you run into any
(The former would be due to those mods invasively changing tons of shit and scripts and packages not anything I did so don't expect me to break my back trying to make them work together if it happens)

Favor dialogue initiation has been removed, they still have all favor agree disagree and end states but for some reason it breaks them even when I do the "akspeaker.setdoingfavor(false)" AND reset the follow quest paramaters and set them back to 20 which should trigger their follower packageFor now it will be disabled, if anyone has a idea throw it at me.Will release the source scripts soon

As much as I would prefer to not re-direct anyone to the nexus page, my dropbox cannot handle more than 150 d/l a day at this file size before it is shut off.

What I would like to ask is anyone visiting here for the mod for the love of god show your displeasure at the way modders are treated as cash cows on the nexus sites. Be it in forum posts or pm's or just do it on my comment page fuck it. They insta ban with no warning or communication and their admins tend to be pariahs that break the same rules they enforce so ruthlessly on those who actually get people to visit the site. Free of corporate interests be damned, at least a corporation wouldn't bite the hand that feeds them so stupidly.

    REQUIRES DRAGON BREAK EPISODE 1

    http://www.loverslab.com/topic/23859-dragon-break-episode-1-bad-wolf/

Quest begins with a dialogue option from Allune AFTER DB1 is completed and only when Allune and Dhalia are in the same zone

    Current Known Issues

1: Lhor has no dialogue options, waiting on audio and will do a update as soon as we get it, will not cause any issue with a game in progress or finished

2: The door to Thollins house will hit you in the face, I left it due to al the bitching about the doors in episode 1,

3: Boo didn't summon for me the whole run through, someone let me know if he works for you, he works after so meh

4: Some banter will pause for a quest scene then pick up after, not sure how to fix this right now

5: Lack of clutter, the guy doing the clutter is having RL issues and shit so some of the zones are a little bleak, will fix in a future patch

    Enjoy

  6. Escape the Cell - Live Another Life and Skyrim Unbound Mini addons

Version 7.0 - Non Dragonborn storyline expanded (almost done!)

    Mod Description
I enjoy Live Another Life and Skyrim Unbound, but after talking to the statue and then activating the bed or pressing "begin", it always feels a little jarring to just suddenly be standing somewhere with no real context.

That's where this mod comes in. It will add a very simple story to each of the scenarios and, for the LAL stories, find a way to point you in the direction of Helgen (where you otherwise have no contextual reason to visit except for LAL's generic "you heard rumors about Helgen").

The other thing that I felt was needed was a storyline that gave the player a reason to start the main quest, so now all beginnings will start a short quest that will lead you to Bleak Falls.

New in version 5.xx - An epic* NON-Dragonborn storyline! Once you get to the cabin where your parents are supposed to be, you will have the choice between continuing the Vanilla storyline or beginning a new quest that assumes you wouldn't know a Dragon shout from a peal of thunder.

The scenarios that have something at this point:
Altered Beginning (and any other version of the Vanilla start)
    - All versions of the Vanilla start. (Note: the EtC quest giver is down the road where the paths from Helgen's front gate and the path to the cave meet. This is to ensure compatibility with mods that start you in Helgen versus those that have you go through the cave.

    LIve Another LIfe
    - "I want to escape this cell"

    - "I've Been Shipwrecked!" -To start the quest on this option, escape the boat. There is another survivor on one of the ice flows on the far side of the nearest iceberg. Find him and talk to him.

    - "I was attacked and left for dead!" (Gate to Morrowind location)

    - "I was attacked and left for dead!" (Steamcrag location)

    - "I am a warlock's thrall" - warning: this one might be immersion breaking for some. Following fanuilh1's fantastic idea, this one is a "pulled from the real world" scenario. Also, it contains bad language.

    - "I am a vampire in a secluded lair"

    - The Bee and Barb Inn - Speak to Mianne

    - "I own property in one of the Holds" (Shoal's Rest Farm)

    - "I own property in one of the Holds" (All player homes)

    Skyrim Unbound

    - The Burned Cabin under the "Wilderness" tab. If you want the shortcut to the non-Dragonborn storyline, use this beginning.

    - The Bee and Barb Inn - Speak to Mianne

    _____________________________________________________________________________________________
Anyway, that's it. Just a little extra story to go along with one of the options in LAL and SU.

This doesn't require Live Another Life or Skyrim Unbound anything else. It does not use anything from LAL or Skyrim Unbound. If you download it without either, all the npc's will be there. This just adds a pinch of flavor to one of the choices.

If you do not see the "escape from this cell" option, you probably need to update your LaL.

    * Getting more epic by the day!

  7. Extensible Alternate Start

Extensible Alternate Start - for Skyrim LE
    Alternate Start?

Yes, another contender in alternate start mods has arrived. Start out naked and customize your character in the Dream of Signs.
Pick up some starting equipment, standing stone and shrine blessings there, then follow your quest marker to the Dream of Doors to pick a starting location.

    Extensible?

Yes, using SKSE mod event hooks, you can hook in your mod's rooms between the Dream of Signs and the Dream of Doors, add new containers to the Dream of Signs, or new doors to the Dream of Doors.

See "XAS for Modders" in the archive or the forum post for details.

    Load order?

Load at bottom of load order. Override any other mod's edits to MQ101.

    Main quest?

Visit Dragonsreach and talk to Jarl Balgruuf to start it.

    Civil war?

Should work normally. The Dream of Doors includes two special doors that will skip you to just before taking the Imperial or Stormcloak oaths.

    Lore notes?

This mods assumes the vanilla intro happens up until Alduin hits you with unrelenting force. Where, when and why you wake up from that is up to you.

    Pre-requisites?

Latest Skyrim LE and SKSE are required. No official DLCs are needed.

  8. F### the Thieves Guild

    F### the Thieves Guild
    Made By MadMansGun
    ----------------------------------------------------------
its best to start a new game if:
    1. A Chance Arrangement has been completed
    2. civil war has been completed
    ----------------------------------------------------------

this mod lets you kill Brynjolf instead of framing Brand-shei, so you can skip The Thieves Guild + some other things:

killing Brynjolf before "A Chance Arrangement" (TG00) starts/ends will unlock:
    Brinewater Grotto
    Thieves Guild headquarters
    Goldenglow Estate
    Honningbrew Meadery
    Snow Veil Sanctum
    Calcelmo's lab
    Irkngthand
    Mercers house(shoot the ramp)
and most of the Twilight Sepulcher (the last door is locked because you would get stuck if it was unlocked)
extra: Nightingale Easter egg hunt (not a quest, just look in TG quest locations for armor, weapons, and the key)

the Stone's of Barenziah are disabled until "Loud and Clear" (TG02) is set to stage 30, therefore making the quests TGCrownMisc and TGCrown unable to start before joining the guild.

the Silver Mold in Pinewatch is disabled until you join the guild, so it wont get stuck in your inventory.

a different Objective is given in "A Cornered Rat" (MQ202) instead of asking Brynjolf (sorry no quest marker, just go to riften and ask Keerava and/or Vekel...or you can skip the bullshit and just go straight to Esbern)

Arondil's Journals are disabled until the quest FreeformRiften21 starts (because how would you know Vekel wants them if he never asked you for them?)

the following NPCs become killable immediately after killing Brynjolf:
    Brand-shei
    Madesi
    Bersi
    Haelga
    Keerava
    GulumEi
    Olfrid Battle Born
    Endon
    Torsten
    Niranye
    Mallus
    Risaad
    Mercer Frey
    Vekel
    Tonilia
    Vex
    Dorian
    Sabine Nytte

warning some NPCs remain essential until certain quests are done:

    Enthir is killable after completing:
    "Onmund's Request" (MGRAppOnmund01)
    and
    "Arniel's Endeavor" (MGRArniel04)
    and
killing Brynjolf before "A Chance Arrangement" (TG00) starts/ends or completing "Under New Management" (TGLeadership)

Delvin Mallory is killable after completing:
killing Brynjolf before "A Chance Arrangement" (TG00) starts/ends
    and
completing "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!" (DBDestroy) or "Where You Hang Your Enemy's Head" (DarkBrotherhoodSanctuaryRepair)

Black-Briar family is killabele after completing:
completeing the Civil War on the Stormcloaks side
    and
killing Brynjolf before "A Chance Arrangement" (TG00) starts/ends or completing "Under New Management" (TGLeadership)

    ----------------------------------------------------------
    extra stuff:

you can "fail" the paarthurnax quest by killing the blades (but you need to kill Alduin first)
    or
you can kill the greybeards after completing the quest........(YOUR DEAD TO ME)
note: if the kill paarthurnax quest is already running when you installed this mod open the console and type "setstage mqpaarthurnax 35" to make the blades killabe (but only if Alduin is dead first)

killing Grelka will allow Madesi to move into the Bunkhouse (Grelka hates Madesi and that's why he sleeps in the rat way)

fixed Madesi's broken dialogue branch about his name (the uskp only fixed half of it)

Wujeeta is essential until her quest is done (so you can become thane in the rift)

multiple dialogue condition changes to stop immersion braking conversations (like talking about dead npc as if they were alive)

Dawnstar Sanctuary is a little bigger

the jarls, staff and officers of the losing side of the civil war are killable after the war
warning some NPCs remain essential until certain quests are done:

Faleen or Yngvar are Essential until "The Book of Love" is done

Balgruuf is only killable after The Whispering Door quest is done

  9. Favor Return Overhaul

    Description

Welcome to Favor Return Overhaul. This little mod changes some vanilla behavior to radiant quest givers. Normally, if you sell firewood, vegetables or gift a coin to a beggar you immediately are friendly with him. This mod changes this.

Now they are not befriending you immediately. You will have to sell more firewood, more vegetables, spend more money to get their friendship.

This mod is currently available in the following languages:
    _
Please be aware that the new dialogue options for the beggar are only voiced in German.

    Requirements

Needs APPS - Framework Version 1.1.5b or higher and its dependencies.

    Installation

Just install this mod and let it overwrite all scripts. This mod has incorporated the latest USKP 2.1.0 patch. If you are using Mod Organizer, drag this mod at the end in the left pane.

If you get the symbol that it is overwriting other files, check under conflicts which mods will be overwritten. Please report any mod, apart from the vanilla plugins and the USKP, which will be overwritten. I then can check and see if I can create a compatibility patch.

    Configuration

When you install the mod, under SKSE\Plugins\StorageUtilData\ you'll find a FavorReturnOverhaul.json file. Open it up with an editor of your choice and edit the values of your choice.

    Quest changes

Chop Wood now requires you to sell more than just 1 firewood to befriend with the quest giver
Gather Wheat requires you to sell more than just 1 vegetable to befriend with the quest giver
Mine Ore requires you to sell more than just 1 ore to befriend with the quest giver
Quest all Beggars Have requires to spend more than 1 septim to befriend with the beggar Additionally you can now spend 5 or 25 septims
Changed the buff duration the beggar is giving you depending how much money you have given him (25 gold would give you the vanilla buff)

[*]Quest all Drunk Have requires you to give more than one time a mead to befriend with the drunk
Pay attention that the amount of mead is not counting toward the relationship, only how many times you have given him one (or more)

  10. Grelod Is Crazy - Dark Brotherhood Self Defense Start

Adds a dialogue to Grelod that ends up in her attacking you, so you can claim self defense and can start the Dark Brotherhood questline in a different way than being a complete psycho that kills old ladies on behalf of random kids just for fun. XD

  11. Hel Rising - Norse Dungeon Quest and Follower Mod LE

“I may be on the side of the angels but don’t think for one second that I am one of them.”

It all started so simple: locate some bandits, clean out their hideout, collect the bounty... a normal day in a hero's life.
But then you stumbled upon an ancient ruin buried deep in the mountains. There a cult of the old Nords once worshipped a now long forgotten goddess and guarded the secret to an eternal life.
What reward could be higher than to live forever? Surely the undead lurking in the derelict ruins won't stop you, neither the deadly traps and tricky puzzles. But beware, some dangers can't be faced with sword or spell, and one misstep might be enough and the Goddess of the Dead claims your mortal soul forever...

Hel Rising is a quest mod spanning multiple dungeons and locations. Also there is Hel as a potential follower available for you at the end of the quest line with a custom voice created by editing vanilla voice files, and some other cool features. She is based on the Norse goddess of the Underworld with a story of my own added in, and a very unique visual appearance and personality.

    How to start the quest:

Travel to the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar and ask the innkeeper if he heard anything interestingly of late. He will give you a bounty letter which will start the quest line.
In case the innkeeper and their replacements are already dead in your playthrough, you have to pickpocket the bounty letter from the current Jarl.

    What awaits you:

A three-part quest line as the main story with three major locations. There are also some miscellaneous mini-quests, some old school RPG-style puzzles, and a good bunch of secrets / hidden areas for you too find. The dungeons are designed to be less linear than vanilla dungeons and will give you some room to explore and discover both interesting stuff and story.
One of the locations can be used as a player base after finishing the quest line, and of course Hel will be available as an interesting and rather distinct follower.

    Requirements:

    Latest version of Skyrim
    Dawnguard DLC
    Dragonborn DLC
    Hearthfire DLC
Optional: XP32 Skeleton, but the installer includes an outfit option that does not require the xp32 skeleton.

    Installation:

Use your favourite mod manager that can handle a FOMOD installer, simple as that.

    Uninstallation:

Uninstalling a mod midgame is never really a good idea, but if you have no other choice:
Dismiss any follower you have from this mod
Go to a location which is definetely not part of this mod (e.g. Riverwood)
Open the console and type: setstage N78TrueHelDLG 1000 (This action can't be reverted)
    Wait for 24 in-game hours
Save game and uninstall the mod with your mod manager

    About Hel

    Character & Personality:

Hel is described to met those who lived a good life with warmth and friendliness, while traitors and murderers were faced with cruelty and harshness. So her personality switches between these two sides: while one is dominant, the other gets in the background.
During gameplay Hel will change her active personality every few days. How long such a phase is and how often she changes will be decided by some of your actions during the quest. Everyone gets their own personal Hel.
Neither of her sides is simply good or evil, and as a being from a different plane of existence she has her own mind on some things in the mortal world. But generally her light side is nicer and more helpful than her dark side.

    Voice:

Depending on her currently dominant personality Hel will switch between two voices. Her dark side will use the FemaleElfHaughty voice while her light side is based on FemaleYoungEager.
All her dialogue is heavily edited with Audacity to create a unique sound, and she has numerous new lines which doesn't exist in the vanilla game.

    Player Base:

After finishing the quest line and recruiting her, you can obtain a certain location as a base for storing loot and offering the usual crafting stations. To get there simply talk to Hel, she will show you the way ?

    Race:

    Norse Goddess (Custom Race)

    Marriage:

No, she isn't available for marriage

    Location:

She will remain in the location where the quest line ends, and will wait there for you to be recruited. She also returns there if dismissed.

    Combat Style:

    One-handed / Heavy armour.

    Perks:

Heavy Armor: Juggernaut (Rank 1), Well Fitted Block: Shield Wall (Rank 1) Archery: Overdraw (Rank 1) Sneak: Stealth (Rank 4), Muffled Movement, Light Foot, Silent Roll
    Abilities:

At the start of combat Hel will summon a soul to aid in battle. Depending on her active personality, this will either be a Tormented Soul which fights as a close-combat focused tank, or a Benevolent Soul which prefers ranged combat and has the ability to heal both Hel and the player.
You can tell Hel to not use her summons in combat if you want.

    Level:

Hel levels with the player at a rate of 95%, her minimum level is 5

    Protection:

Hel is set to Essential, she can't be killed by NPCs or the player

    Body Type:

    CBBE
Her default outfit version is standalone, so you can have a different body installed. The lore friendly outfit version will use your installed meshes. Her skin textures will work with any CBBE-type body that uses the same UV mapping.

    Height: 1.02
    Weight: 80

    Technical Stuff

    Change Log:

    v1.10
Complete overhaul of Hel (looks, combat style, perks, race, rideable horse, etc.) Added a new section to Helheim Minor tweaks to quests Minor improvements to dungeon design Minor bug fixes
Do NOT install v1.10 if you already started a game with an older version installed. Use v1.10 only if you are starting a new game, or never used an older version of Hel Rising in your current save game.
If you ignore this advice you have to deal with the mess yourself, you have been warned! ?
For those who want the old v1.00 of Hel Rising, it's available as a separate download.

    Compatibility:

Hel has her own follower system. This means while she won't conflict with any mod regarding followers, she will be ignored by them and their respective special features. It's not recommended to use any force recruit / manage features from other mods on her as this certainly will mess up things.
To put it simply, she will follow you when you ask her to, and do so until you dismiss her. Through dialogue you will be able to manage her outfit, toggle her summon spell, and while she is your follower you will gain a Lesser Power to summon her to your side.

If you're using Path of Sorcery, there is a compatibility patch available. Use it when you have a crash when drinking from the fountain.

    Console:

Hel's BaseID is xx000D64, her RefID is xx017B15 (xx depends on your load order)

    Questions & Answers

I'm stuck in the quest, how do I advance?

Some parts of the quest are designed to be non-linear, so if you're stuck you are maybe just in the wrong place right now or missing an item or hint laying around somewhere else. Look around and explore everywhere.
Unlike vanilla Skyrim the quest markers and log will occasionally be more of a guide than pointing you exactly to the next step.
If you still have problems, ask away.

I don't like follower mods, what should I do?

You can still enjoy the quest part of this mod (which by the way makes the biggest part of the mod). While Hel plays an integral part to the story, she is at no point forced to you as a follower. If you want, you can simply ignore her after the quest.

    Will you release her preset?

No, her look wouldn't work on the player character without some modding work. Also I don't really like the idea, sorry.

Is this thing really lore friendly?

Technically not of course xD But it's definitely thematically fitting and the story told isn't too far off. If you have concerns about Hel's outfit you can simply install the lore friendly one.

I get nasty crashes when meeting Hel for the first time, what do I do?

Either install / reinstall the xp32 Maximum Skeleton or switch to Hel's lore friendly outfit during install.

Will you make a version with a "normal" appearance?

No, this would ruin the character.

  12. Heritage (2023)

You died, and now you continue playing the game as your child. Your skills will be passed on, with a debuff, along with the quests and homes. Playing as your child, you can take final revenge against your killer.

This mod redefines the concept of death in Skyrim. When the player dies, instead of being forced to reload an old save game, he will be brought to a random place where he will start the creation of his son/daughter (even if the text for books/quests still has to be made dynamic). From that point, the player will play as him, and so on.

The last player's character, son/daughter, will have stats similar to the father/mother but debuffed and kept his father/mother's properties (houses, horses, etc..) and quests. All the items of the father will be lost, but if someone killed him, the son/daughter would be contacted by a courier with a letter that will start the REVENGE quest; if the player is killed not by an NPC but in an accident or similar the courier will still come, but no search will start. On this quest, the son/daughter can kill (if not essential) his father/mother's killer and take from his body the weapon the father/mother had equipped when he died (if he had one), now renamed "Mother/Father's heritage" and the gold the father/mother had at the moment of death.

Quest items won't be removed from the player (to avoid breaking the quests since I have found no solution yet), but all the other things will be put in a chest in the Whiterun Guard House (as explained in the courier letter). This idea will happen no matter what. So even if you don't have to do the revenge quest, you can always recover your items.

The player debuff process concerns the player level, which might be slightly decreased (max five levels), and a maximum of 10 points might reduce all the player skills that are higher than 20. These numbers might change, but for now, it works like this.

As for every mod in its early stage, mainly because we are dealing with the death mechanic, I strongly recommend starting a new game.

  13. Interesting Generic NPCs - Custom Voiced

Please consider supporting us on Patreon!
    https://www.patreon.com/anbeegod

Add over 100 custom-voiced NPCs with randomized personality and voice to the world of Skyrim. Each of them has their own opinions about Skyrim's events and people.

    Who are these NPCs?
Simple civilians residing in Skyrim's cities and villages
Wander from town to town, villages to villages, as their daily routine
Populating Skyrim greatly without severely affecting the game's performance.

As a teaser to Death Consumes All, the upcoming DLC quest mod,
these NPCs' dialogues will give hints to Death Consumes All's story and lore,
particularly those related to the Empire and the Thalmor.

They have randomized profession, personality, political views. To name a few:

    Professions:
    Alchemists
    Hunters
    Bards
    Mages
    Vigilants of Stendarr
    Laborers
    Healers
    Missionaries
    Travelers

    Personalities:
    Happy
    Unhappy
    Greedy
    Funny
    Good
    Brave
    Faithful/religious
    Unreasonable/violent
    Lazy

    Political views:
    Empire
    Stormcloak
    Thalmor
    Neutral
    Apolitical

Professions, personalities, political views, positioning in the world altogether may create some combo dialogues, unique to one NPC!
A laborer in Solitude who dislikes the Empire may complain about the East Empire Company, and even reward you for killing Vittoria Vici - his greedy boss.
A lazy traveler who likes the Thalmor may want Skyrim to install some portals to spare him all that walking.

    Q&A:

    1. Some lines are repetitive, why?
Those lines are available to all NPCs of all professions and personalities.

    2. Why are the Thalmor socialists who want world revolution in this mod? Weren't they supposed to be racists?
The Thalmor's position has been altered for a better narrative, since there's no depth to the original cartoon-villain Nazi Thalmor.

    3. What do these NPCs have to do with Death Consumes All?
They will be involved in the quests.

    4. Why do some NPCs refer to "a plague", "a riot in Dawnstar"? They didn't happen in this mod.
They are teasers to Death Consumes All.

    5. Is this mod a reference to the recent political events and COVID-19?
Believe it or not, this mod's story was already conceptualized back before COVID-19 became a thing. The casting call was posted in December 2019. https://www.castingcall.club/projects/skyrim-dlc-quest-mod-death-consumes-all

This mod is a part of the Shezarrine Mod Universe, using its lore, characters, and factions.

    About Death Consumes All:

Death Consumes All is a DLC-sized quest mod for Skyrim to be released in Summer 2020.

Death Consumes All revolves around a mysterious plague that kills everyone in Skyrim and bring them back as undead.

Livia Salvian, the daughter of the High Chancellor, is determined to solve this plague and bring honor to her family. Recognizing your fame, she has decided to enlist your help to stop the plague.

This mod introduces a semi-non-linear questline, where you can decide which quests you want to do and which you don't. Different quests you complete offer you different rewards, and will directly affect the final battle. The order of which you complete the quests, the decision of whether or not you would complete a quest, might change the whole story. Every quest builds up to the final event of the story, and out of over 10 main quests, you can choose not to do a single one to begin the final quest - if you're smart enough to find out how to stop the plague already!

The plague is bound to kill every living being of Tamriel, and if you don't stop it in time, you will be left with nothing but a world of the dead... and undead.

Death Consumes All is developed at the same time as Shezarrine - The Fate of Tamriel. This mod is considered to be the prequel and a simpler version of the completed Shezarrine. Meanwhile, we are continuing to recruit level designers, scripters, and 3D artists for Shezarrine.

  14. Maelstrom - Norse Dungeon Quest Mod LE

A strange island has risen from the depths of the sea, an expedition to uncover its mystery is already on its way. You are just a little too late to the party, and following the expedition's footsteps you uncover a tale of treachery, madness and forgotten secrets before you self are drawn into the Maelstrom...

Maelstrom is a dungeon quest mod inspired by Norse mythology and spans a large dungeon complex and other locations filled with puzzles, enemies, secret areas and more!

    How to start the quest:

Talk to the innkeeper of the Winking Skeever in Solitude, and ask if he knows about some work for you. Alternatively you can find a new location along the coastline which also leads to starting the quest.

    What awaits you:

A multipart dungeon questline with three possible outcomes Lots of old-school RPG style puzzles New enemy variants, equipment, lore and flavour texts and a lot more A fully voice acted NPC and potential follower (voiced by Simone Mountain) A secondary vanilla voice follower with some custom dialogue New dialogue created by editing vanilla voice assets
    Requirements:

    Latest version of Skyrim
    Dawnguard DLC
    Dragonborn DLC

    Video Reviews:

Playthrough by Zero Period Productions (contains spoilers, but useful for hints):

    Changelog for v1.03:

Added a third way to complete the quest Rán can now ride her own horse as a follower (you can disable it via dialogue option) Fix for a rare CTD when fighting drowned enemies Minor clarifications, fixes and enemy tweaks
    Installation:

Use your favourite mod manager that can handle a FOMOD installer, simple as that. Manual installation is also possible by dropping the .esp and .bsa files from the archive into Skyrim's Data folder.

    Uninstallation:

Uninstalling a mod midgame is never really a good idea, but if you have no other choice:

Dismiss any followers you might get from this mod and go to a location which is definitely not part of this mod (e.g. Riverwood) Wait for 24 ingame hours Save game and uninstall the mod with your mod manager or delete the files you've installed manually from the Data folder.
      Compatibility:

Both followers have their own follower system and they will follow you regardless of any other followers you might have. They won't conflict with any mods regarding followers, but they also will be ignored by them and their respective special features. It's not recommended to use any force recruit / manage features from other mods on them as this certainly will mess up things.

The vanilla voice follower will switch to Skyrim's vanilla follower AFTER the questline is completed, then she can be managed by any mod you like.

    Install Options:

A few of the NPCs are nude by default. If you don't like this, the FOMOD installer gives you the option to give the respective NPCs a basic set of underwear.

    Conflict Potential:

This mod makes no changes to any vanilla records except adding two new locations to the worldmap by editing the cells 00000D74, 00003DBE and 0000B478. Only new objects are placed, existing objects are left untouched.

    Description

    ________________________________

Maids II: Deception (M2) is a sequel to Maids I: Euphoria for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Originally intended to be a simple mod that would add a single maid to a player house for dress-up, the series has evolved to feature a questline. M2 aims to expand upon where M1 left off, this time with an emphasis on story.

Quest Start: The quest should be added to the Miscellaneous section of the quest journal upon loading the game with SMSkyrim.esp activated. The quest will instruct you to travel to the town of Jonestead.

    The Story So Far

During the Oblivion Crisis, an organization of mages and alchemists known as Project Purity sought to rule Tamriel by first enslaving its women through the use of a corrupted Hist tree's sap that, when ingested, provoked an insatiable frenzy that made female victims vulnerable to submission. At the request of two maids who were cursed with the sap's effects, the Champion of Cyrodiil put a stop to Purity's plans and saved the women held captive in the palace of the Argonian warlord Desann.

The descendants of the two maids - the Pinder family - would face persecution by a resurgent Purity as retaliation for their defeat. Over time, this rivalry escalated to the point where in order to survive, the family had to form a clandestine group of mercenaries whose only purpose was to put an end to Purity once and for all.

200 years later, only two family members remain in a small underground town in Skyrim. The reasons for how and why the rivalry started have long been forgotten by both sides of the conflict. Yet the mercenary group founded by the family remains strong and has undergone drastic transformations. Now composed entirely of female warriors and assassins that rival the Dark Brotherhood in terms of secrecy and skill, the conflict has reached a standstill with both sides waiting for the other to resurface for one last showdown. With the province under siege by dragons and the civil war, Purity is bound to use this distraction as an advantage and unleash their final plan to eradicate the Pinder family and reveal their most devastating weapon yet, all in the name of saving the world from the enigmatic woman known as Matari.

    Features

79 voice actors voicing 116 characters

M2 is a script-intensive mod with 2,072 scripts. It's highly recommended that M2 is started on a new, clean save (new character/game) with as few script-intensive mods activated as possible. It's suggested that this save be kept aside for M2 updates.

If playing on an existing save, it's important to make a backup of the save prior to installing and activating M2. If M2 is ever deactivated and uninstalled, script data will be left over in the save which may affect the stability of the save and other mods that add scripts (such as quest mods). This problem is due to Skyrim's scripting and save system which causes scripts from uninstalled mods to "stick" to a save long after it has been uninstalled.

The following issues encountered in M2 are signs that a save game may be experiencing the negative effects of this left over data:

    Quest advancement issues
Scene/NPC-to-NPC conversation stalls (NPCs will appear with the "This person is busy." message when activated and their conversations will never progress)
Crashes to Desktop (CTDs) or frozen loading screens

Use a save game cleaner, such as Save Game Script Cleaner or SkyrimTools, as a measure of last resort to repair bloated saves.

Please read the FAQs for additional suggestions on what to do when problems are encountered.

    Requirements & Recommendations

    ________________________________

    Required

    Official DLC

    Dawnguard
         Hearthfire
         Dragonborn

    Semi-Required

These are only required for certain installations and optional features.

Fores New Idles in Skyrim (FNIS)
            * Installing - custom animations will be added for certain characters.
            * Not Installing - characters will stand in place when these animations are requested.
            * IMPORTANT - remember to run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe after M2 has been installed so that the new animations will function. Read the FNIS readme for detailed instructions.

         Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE)
            * SKSE is a prerequisite for SkyUI.
            * NOTE - SKSE features a built-in mechanic that removes references to OnUpdate() in Papyrus logs called by scripts of uninstalled mods. This is useful in preventing certain CTDs.
            * NOTE - SKSE v1.7 improves memory handling and may prevent CTDs for certain systems.

         SkyUI
            * Installing - SkyUI implements the MCM menu system for M2, which includes portable maid management, settings, and uninstallation.
            * Not Installing - disables the M2 MCM menu; players required to go to the Pinder House in Jonestead and use the Notepad to access the settings through in-game menus.
            * NOTE - SkyUI-Away can be installed, in addition to SkyUI, to retain the vanilla UI while still installing the MCM system.
            * NOTE - A known issue with MCM causes plug-ins placed after the 128th slot in the load order (form ID 7F) to have script issues. Place SMSkyrim.esp at a higher position.
            * NOTE - if the MCM menu for M2 is not added when loading the mod for the first time, enter the following into the console:
             SetStage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1

    Recommended

These are suggested optional utilities and mods that only serve to enhance features.

    Dimonized UNP Body
            * While any body type, including vanilla, is compatible with M2, most of the added clothing and armors were only designed for UNP by their original creators. Seams may show for non-UNP body types.

         Sexlab Patch
            * Integrates special scenes using the SexLab framework where a fade-to-black transition would normally be used.

    Pre-Installation

Install the latest version of Skyrim from Steam (v1.9). Older versions and unauthorized copies of Skyrim may be incompatible with M2 at a system level.

If updating from a pre-v4.0 install of M2, complete all quests before installing the latest version to ensure a stable playthrough of the original quests.

Make a backup save before starting the game with M2 activated. This is a precaution that should always be done before beginning any quest mod.

Install any semi-required and recommended mods that are intended to be used before starting the game with M2 activated. If previously installed, ensure that they are fully updated.

Uninstall all M2 packages prior to updating from a pre-v4.0 installation. The new SMSkyrim.esp plug-in is flagged as an .esm despite having the .esp extension. Treat it as a master file and keep it grouped with other .esm files.

    Compatibility Patches

Download the "Mod Patches" package from the downloads for a collection of patches for other mods and body replacers.

    Incompatible

The following mods have been confirmed to be incompatible with M2.

Any follower management mod that affects M2 NPCs may cause unexpected quest issues. Avoid using to follower management mod for maids in M2.
    KEY
YELLOW --- moderate incompatibility; usually aesthetic. New locations overlap each other, but quest progress can continue. Console commands such as ToggleCollision (tcl) may need to be used.
RED --- major incompatibility; M2 is rendered unplayable.

  16. Minimalist Alternate Start

    Description:
This is an extension of Arthmoor's Alternate Start - Live Another Life mod from the Nexus. It provides a particularly minimal alternate start that requires the player to live off of the land for a short period of time before engaging in civilized activities. This is because a high bounty has been placed against them. By completing the quest that runs with this alternate start, the player can eventually have their name cleared. Alternatively, the player can just serve their time in each hold if they're feeling particularly guilty about a crime they didn't commit.

    Requirements:

This mod has two requirements apart from the latest version of Skyrim itself:

-Dragonborn DLC (There will not be a non-DLC mod)
-Alternate Start - Live Another Life by Arthmoor (Found on the Nexus) - Version 2.5.4 or later

    Recommended Mods:

This mod was made to work alongside a number of other mods and is highly recommended (but not required) to be running:

    From the Nexus:
    -Frostfall (or similar hypothermia mod)
-Basic needs mods (such as iNeed or Realistic Needs and Diseases)

    From Lover's Lab:

    -Prison Overhaul

Additional combat difficulty mods and such are also recommended but everyone uses something different. I wanted a greater starting challenge and I'm sharing it with those who might be interested.

    How to start:
At the statue of Mara in the Alternate Start cell, select the option "I was kidnapped by crazed cultists." Use the bed when prompted to.

    The Quest:

    Installation:

Use a mod manager like NMM or MO.

    Uninstallation:

Use a mod manager like NMM or MO. Obviously, you don't want to be on the quest before uninstalling or you risk breaking your save.

    Known Issues:

It is technically possible to get yourself an infinite number of lockpicks while in the cage at the beginning. I need some guidance on how to detect if there's loose lockpicks sitting around NOT in the player's inventory.

    Additional Notes:
I don't intend to add much more to this mod other than to address the issues above in the future:

This was originally for a different mod of mine but ended up turning into this for the following reasons:
-I wanted a highly minimalistic start. The default "escape the cell" scenario had a dagger, a woodcutter's axe, a few imperial swords and bows and a dungeon full of free goodies and armor to stock up with.

-I wanted to try and implement somewhat of a background pertaining to the PC's dragonblood (hence the Dragonborn requirement).

Finally, while this is an adult modding website, this is not a mod containing adult content on its own, neither does it require any adult mods to function. With that said, there is an option to start completely naked or to have a simple Roughspun Tunic on your person. You'll be presented with the option after using the bed in the Alternate Start cell.

    Bonus Plugin (OPTIONAL):
There is another plugin available for download here (kzy_DisableResistArrest). It is a very small plugin that removes the option to resist arrest ("I'd rather die than go to prison!") and defaults to submitting to arrest if TAB is pressed instead. You can still pay your bounty and bribe the guards, etc and go on your way still.

It does not require the main mod to function and is completely optional. You could even run it alone if you so desired. In my eyes it's not significant enough to warrant a separate upload.
You might want to drop this below mods that change the affected dialogues. I haven't seen any conflicts with it yet, but I'm just one person. I use guard dialogue overhaul and it seems to play nice.

    Possible Questions:

All the containers in the dungeon are empty!
-Yes, it was looted before you could get to anything.

How do I get out of the cage?
-Use the chair to get a lockpick (if you don't have one already).

How do I open the gates in the first room?

Where's the puzzle solution for the pillars?

    Soooo... where are the cultists?

If you're too lazy to figure out what happened to you and your captors, have a look at the spoiler below.

Why is this here and not on the Nexus?
The community on the Nexus is not something I totally enjoy the company of. For now, it's here. I may one day give the Nexus another go.

  18. Nessie - The Tale of 350

Nessie - The Tale of 350

    by Arron Dominion

    Mod Trailer

    Short Description:

Need a little more adventure in your life?  Do you want to know about the story of a Nord named Kenny, and how he was heckled by an Argonian named Nessie?  Look no further!  This mod offers a short quest in which an Argonian asks for 350 gold, and the player was warned by a Nord named Kenny.  After the conclusion of your adventure, you can hear the tale from a traveling bard. And it all starts in Whiterun.

    Detailed Description:

This mod is a lore-friendly parody mod based off of South Park's Lochness Monster joke.  Playing the role of the Lochness Monster is an Argonian named Nessie.  Nessie has been bugging a Nord named Kenny for 350 gold at every turn.  It is now the player's turn to be harassed.  You start out near the well in Whiterun.  You encounter Nessie for the first time in Whiterun.  Where you see Nessie next depends on what cities you go to 24hrs+ after the first meeting.

Eventually, depending on your decisions, you will fight Nessie.  This fight can occur in any of the 5 main towns, depending on the choices you have made.  Remember the rules of three.

    Features:
    -A quest
    -Some humor!
-Your choices drive the quest's direction
-A traveling bard to tell your tale, with a random chance for where he will show up

    None at this time

    Known Quirks:
-When you are near the Whiterun well for the first time, I highly recommend not having auto-run enabled.  You will keep running without the ability to stop.
-The cities will fight Nessie with you.  There is a probable chance of some citizens being killed by Nessie depending on your time of day
-Nessie can be large, so think about that when you are fighting Nessie

  19. No more "Fugitive and Hunter" event.

A very simple mod I made that completely disables that insufferable "Take this and hold on to it..."  fugitive/hunter event that randomly occurs. Anyone who's played a ton of Skyrim knows just how often the game will spam this event over and over, especially if you don't progress the main quest. Or the even more irritating fact this prick has no qualms sneaking up and locking you into a conversation with him in the middle of an epic battle or other life-or-death situations. Moments later the jerkoff he robbed shows up to interrupt you again

So yeah, install this mod and they both will be replaced with deer while the quest that spawns them has been completely gutted which will prevent them from ever spawning or speaking to you in the first place. Then profit knowing he can take that item he pilfered and shove it up his ass for good

Being how simple this mod is it might be Special Edition compatible. Not sure.

  22. Pneuma Manor

A random thought came up, why not have a house within the Soul Cairn. This mod will add Pneuma Manor, currently the only player home within the Soul Cairn. Good friend Morven will sell you this home for a sizeable bounty of Soul Husks.

There are three levels of this home, the main level, the cellar, and the upper level. Upon entering the upper level, you notice that you are not the only ones living in the house. Meet the Necronn family, consisting of a mother, a daughter, a son, and a dog. To find out why they are in the house and resemble most of the current Cairn residents, explore this upper level for any clues.

The father, he left behind quite the legacy. Various books found near his desk will reveal the legacy he has left, and some for the worse. In the process of discovering the past, you will wake up the past. This past will eventually lead to new recipes, a new spell, a new enchantment, and several other followers or residents of Pneuma Manor.

This house will serve you and your adventures in the Soul Cairn well, being the only calm place within the bleak landscape.

    What is Added:
-Three story home in the Soul Cairn, purchased via Soul Husks
-4 Mannequins, 2 Weapon Racks, 3 Weapon Display Plaques, 1 Weapon Display Case, 2 Bookshelves with 90 book capacity.
-Alchemy table, Enchanter table, Forge, Tanning Rack, Workbench, Sharpening Wheel, Smelter
-Storage in the cellar, Dresser, Safe, several Barrels near Mage Station.
-Thane, Bard, Soul family (step-daughter, step-son, dog, wife?), Assassin follower
-Soul Husk Extract recipe, Absorb health/soul trap spell, Absorb health/soul trap weapon enchantment, Absorb health/soul trap poison
-5 Books, 5 journals for backstory
-3 Quests for backstory and acquiring thane/bard/assassin, without direct quest markers.
-Spells to transport to Pneuma Manor and to College of Winterhold

    Requires: DAWNGUARD

    Revision History:
    v1.2:
-Added new quest to clear up lore conflicts
-Added a new book and several supporting items for the new quest.
    -Corrected dog's voice.
    v1.1:
    -Added new book
-Added two new spells, one for transport to Pneuma Manor, one for transport to College of Winterhold

    Known Quirks:
-If you have dialogue issues, try saving-reloading in order to fix. This issue should not prop up, but might since there is (technically) custom dialogue included.
-Ushugob does not have a voice for the Thane dialogue. Guess this is due to no Orcs as Thanes in Skyrim.

    Note:

I am making a massive update for this mod, but it won't be released for some time.  It will be including the other expansions, and I will be leaving this upload at version 1.2.  The regular Skyrim version of the new update will be called Definitive Edition, and it will just be Pneuma Manor when I port it over to Special Edition.

  25. Shezarrine - The Fate of Tamriel

How to start? Find Onmund in the College of Winterhold.
What to expect? A very extensively written follower and tremendously enriched lore background, with quests that have heavy story elements.

    Continuous recruitment:
We still need more level designers, modelers, texture artists, scripters for the next part of this mod. Please contact me if you are interested. If you have the skill and you are anxious to see the next part, please do not hesitate to tell us!

    Features:
    0. You will be directly involved in a Thalmor plot. In the full story's ending, you will decide the fate of Tamriel, and the Thalmor.
    1. Extensively rewritten Onmund, making him a character with 4000 lines of dialogues and one who is extremely relevant to the story. Onmund can be befriended, romanced, or antagonized. (Indeed, you can antagonize your follower, make him hate you)
    2. Greatly enriched the world, history and lore of Elder Scrolls.
    3. Unique and beautiful lands.
    4. New items.
    5. New quests.
    6. All lines fully-voiced.
    7. Intelligent design: Onmund remembers what you say and knows what to do with it. Onmund is one of the first characters to have a sense of humor, as he will know if you are simply being sarcastic or serious about what you say. You are free to mock or make fun of him as long as you do not cross the line, and depending on how you interacted with him, he will interact with you responsively.
    8. Interactive design: Onmund will interact with the vanilla world - including vanilla quests. He will actively participate in vanilla quests such as Alduin main quest, College of Winterhold, Dark Brotherhood, and even DLC storylines.

    Details:

The theme of this story is generally dark, grim, and mysterious, and there would be a great deal of freedom provided to the player regarding dialogues and choices in quests. In this mod, you can roleplay to your liking, and interact with the characters however you desire.

I have written a certain extent of philosophy and ideology in the story, however, players who find that boring can definitely ignore them, while the players who are interested can discuss and even debate that with the characters, and that's one of the keypoints of my mod - freedom.
This is only the prologue of the true story. Before you begin your final journey to save or destroy the world, you will make the final preparation.

Onmund will definitely reshape your vanilla questing experience.

    Hard requirements:
    1. You must NOT have started the quest "Revealing the Unseen".
    2. You MUST install Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Patch.
    3. You MUST have all the DLCs.

    Soft requirements:
    1. You SHOULD start a new game.
    2. You SHOULD bring Onmund with you throughout your whole game, unless the game needs you to go alone.
    3. You MIGHT want to install a mod to change Onmund's face, so that he looks more aesthetically pleasing than his vanilla self.

    Q&A:
    1. Where can I find Onmund? What is his class? Can I romance him?
    College of Winterhold. Mage. Yes.

    2. Why do you rewrite Onmund instead of writing a new character?
My original idea is to rewrite the plain vanilla characters into life-like people with depth, but I changed the goal into creating a unique, linear story centering a character; by then, I have already invested too much time and effort into Onmund that it was only logical to continue going with him.

    3. Will we get to decide the world's fate in the prologue, as you promised?
You can decide various characters and factions' fate in the prologue, but the world-shaking events will only take place after the next part.

    4. I do not like the new Onmund.
I didn't write him to appease everyone. He has own views and ideals, and that is the point of this character. As for things other than his personality and dialogues, those are all parts of this character, and the experience my team designed for you.

    5. How to romance Onmund? Can male characters romance him? Can I marry him?
Flirt with him, do not antagonize him in a hostile way, show him you care about him, give him gifts. You can romance Onmund as either gender, his dialogues will be responsive to your character's gender. You can marry him at the very end of your romance plot.

    6. This mod is not lore-friendly, it adds too many lore.
I've checked that the lore I added is mostly in no way contradictory to established canon. To a large extent, I write the lore where Bethesda did not.

    7. There are too many words, too few actions.
The action part is covered in your adventures with Onmund.

    8. Why is a mod with over 4000 lines only several hundred mbs large?
I compressed the audio files into fuz files, which will reduce file size tremendously. Before I compress the files, the whole prologue alone is over 2gb large.

    9. Where should I put spoilers-related comments or questions?
