Our prince has found a princess, but now has an entire kingdom to save. Will he be able to defeat the plans of the infamous Serdayn ? And will Stranger manage to lay Malicia ? Find out, today, in Dragon Ball Z Endeavors of the Prince !

Previous chapter is a highly recommended read if you wanna understand something of what's going on.
Paperbacks are smaller stories happening beside the chronicles. If your need to refresh your mind about the chronicles' events or characters, you'll find a summary here.
More stories, from other authors can be found in Malicia's small library.

Likes and comments are welcome and keep me motivated, so if you want to see more chronicles you know what to do ! :classic_wink:

I'm glad you liked the fight with music, it was the part that took the most effort, and the sync between the two wasn't a given.

As for the bird, I thought there were some ready for use but none had exactly the pose I had in mind. I had a lot of fun designing it though. Plus one can never have enough of goofy cartoosn in an adult comic, I'm sure Alter will be particularly fond of it. ^^

Regarding the goldfish, it was a last minut idea of Malicia. The funny thing here is that I was delayed by the forum's embedding not working anymore, and so when I finally got a workaround and published, it wasn't march the 31th anymore, but the first of April passed by 1 minut. :classic_biggrin:

Hahahahaha, Trilog. Excellent episode. My favorite scene was fired arrow and Serana who thought she was planned target. He also got kicked. Tradition continues :D Excellent episode Trilog.

This one made me laugh hard:

Wow, with that kind of embellishment on actual events, Malicia could have wrote the bible!

The story was interesting, and the pics and poses were well thought out and arranged.

As always I'm a huge fan of the effects! ?

The blurring was excellent,

and the fight scene overall was really well done. That flying kick especially!!

You broke the immersion a little for me with the Bond and Homer references, although I appreciate the humor ?

Things learned today.

Serana has developed good taste in alcohol.

Prince has not developed his skills at women.

There was a raven at Winterhold, where Malicia lives. COINCIDENCE??

Serana knows who Odesseus is but not who was sat on the Solitude throne last week.

Triloque has sorta good taste in music.

Goldfish at the local bar are always flashing at me.

Side note. Serana rides a skeletal horse. a horse with it's flesh missing probably counts as half a horse. Where are the other two?

Every spoiler contained some funny scene. Had a good laugh. The song she sung in the wizard's courtyard was funny ... to bad we "heard" only the last part.

I died laughing at the scene with the arrow and the bird's eyes.

I can't believe Stranger was so patient to get laid. In Ivy's stories it happened in the same episode, not after third or fourth or who-knows-which. LOL. But I see it as an virtue. My Prince doesn't like pushy girls or ones that force sex. Glad Malicija isn't like that. ;)

All in all: 11/10 fro the story Trilog although you "lied". You said it will be 2 episodes and then you turned it into saga. ;):P

Well, Stranger's interests haven't changed, do they ? :classic_biggrin: And yeah, Serana tends to be overzealous in her way to search for hidden plots, let's say it's a family inheritance. :classic_ph34r:

Yeah, the fight was the part that took the most time to shoot (and reshoot, as there were always some small details that bothered me) ; but it's one of the most "percussive" I've made so far, as I didn't had the chance to show some hand to hand before, specially not with at this level of power.

I'm glad you appreciate the effects, coming from the master in that domain, it means a lot ! I've took some ideas of you, with the temporal blur on Serana arrow catching scene, and her reflection in Stranger's eyes, though I aimed for a bit less defined/more subtle effects.

Regarding James Bond, Malicia is a modern girl, so she can't help herself using modern references sometimes. And her take over Molag Bal is quite personal as well, built from testimonies gathered here and here. ^^

It's not exactly the same sign though, otherwise I might ask Jagermeister to do some advertising for them. :classic_biggrin:

? and I didn't know that Serana was that good in unarmed unmagic'ed close combat. Impressive! :classic_ohmy::classic_happy:

It might not be very noticeable in the game due to leveled lists and her being turned at a relatively young age, but Serana is actually way older than one would think. Her actual age is unknown and lore adepts do still debate over it, but the most conservative hypothesis would make her more than a thousand years old. Most of that time being spent sleeping in her underground box, she would still be less powerful than Harkon or Valerica, but she still has a the skills one could expect of a vampire that ancient. And as re-establishing power levels is a thing storytelling allows us to do, I used the occasion. She's among the fastest characters in my setting.

It's not an unmagic'ed close-combat though, if you look closely at her kick, upon contact, there are some residues of the dark magic she used to increase the power of her kick. At another hand, that's her spontaneous vampire speed (and Stranger is slightly faster than what most humans would be, though he may seem slow in comparison).

Oh dear, I got so engrossed in your story that it felt like reading a book which got me very confused when it ended - " But there's still so much unknown! The fight! The tale of the old Sphinx! The fate of everyone in the castle! Ah...right...it's a comic...need to wait for the next episode..." ☺️

I loved it from the first picture to the last (my oh my, what a naughty goldfish you have there). The scene with the bird and a passing arrow was hilariously perfect.  Your Malicia is as inquisitive and delightful as ever, the prince is courageous and nimble and the dragon is surprisingly fully clothed ? ( seriously- props for having Serana actually wear something, it's a rarity on LL).

P.S. While your goldfish is certainly sassy, I have to point out that Aunt Nimhe is all au naturel. It's just that most people prefer to run away screaming rather than admire her long, shapely legs or stare into her deep, beckoning eyes. ?

Thanks  Crw. We're all learners in matters of effects, and finding one's own balance on that can be a never really ending challenge. I'm flattered you liked Serana's ninja jump over the ledge, and it's true  I liked that sunset view. But at the same time, it makes me wonder if I couldn't have used another way than the movement bars to give a direction to the move. Sure they bring clarity, but the image would be more movie-like without them. And this while I managed to get my effects clear enough not to need them during the fight. Questions, questions ! ?

Thanks for the good words Devianna ! Coming from Kiki's mischievous and wacky author, I appreciate it ! I hope you didn't take Malicia's reference to her too seriously btw. She's kinda straightforward in her observations, but the end message was "do what you want".  :classic_tongue:

I'm very fond of the bird too, didn't have one matching what I had in mind, so he was my first attempt as a toon character.

As for Serana, there are so many customized Serana's that having a clothed close to vanilla one actually is the uncommon thing indeed. ? Mine has been durably affected by the trauma of her turning, and you'll see in the previous episode that this affected her relationship towards men.

And regarding aunt Nimhe, it's certainly her huggy nature that gets misunderstood. :classic_biggrin:

And they are perfectly fine without sex or nudity, especially when the narrative and presentation is that entertaining.

It's learning ;)

Tbh, I just learned in your answer that this was supposed to be Serana. I wondered while reading what that thing was... there wasn't even the shape of a human recognizable.

I think the author of the Serana's armor was just looking for symbols that would fit Skyrim well... but yeah, I had some bad memories creeping up when I saw that symbol. ;)

Nora: It's Baroness Karlov, and of course you're dearest invited Serana. But... don't feel forced to come, meetings with pure blood vampires can be pretty... one sided.

By the way, shooting an arrow in the heart of a vampire, now that's actually 'meany'.

Her movement is actually too fast for her to be recognizable during it, so the lack of shape is intended. It's just like with ninja jumping into trees in Naruto, you see moves but not shapes.

But yeah, always learning. Clarity despite minimal intervention, the graal of special effects ! :D

I know I have built a reputation for some very sex heavy entries, but in the last year since Chapter 5 over 40 % of them are sex free (believe it or not). Maybe you should rethink that (H) rating again ;)... or.... maybe not.

Nonetheless following upvotes some of them are the highest rated of my blog (not by views though). I think the audience does appreciate good stories without sexual content :) .

From what I observed the upvotes are linked to the content quality, whether it is NSFW or not. However, views and followers could tell a different story. For example one user that followed for the 2nd episode (with Malicia's bathing scene) might have left upon finding this entry didn't feature any NSFW content. I was at 38 followers previously, and now it's 37. ?

There's mostly a small core audience that's responsible for the upvotes and it's linked to the size of that core audience and the quality.

For example C5S5 is SFW and mostly exposition and dialogue and has a lot more upvotes then C5S8 (the panther episode, which I think is of higher quality). But the panther episode has 1000 views more so these have to be mostly returning viewers, as you don't know the content beforehand, which might be related to the NSFW content.

Anyway caring too much about these numbers doesn't get you anywhere anyway. If you don't enjoy creating this content it's all for nothing.

It sure does. But on one hand, that's the problem with blogs featuring different types of content. I've got the library, Tabrielle's Chronicles, Malicia's entries, SFW and NSFW content. All of those being rather different from each other.

On another hand, those who quit tend to be part of the followers who never like/nor comment ; and heck, can't please everyone I guess. ?

Or maybe Malicia's goldfish simply wasn't his type ? :classic_biggrin:

Btw, it's interesting for you to show now that Alter asked for his H rating to be reconsidered. cupra.gif

@Tirloque and @Alter Native

- I don't want to be misunderstood by saying this:

I like short good stories that contain humor and at least some nice romantic, erotic or sex scenes. Plain killing, torturing and dramatic scenes doesn't interest me. Long stories that takes ages to open makes me nervous and I'm not open them at all. I'm also very rigorous when it comes to sex scenes: NO BDSM, NO rape, NO torturing and beating women and NO bestiality.  That's why I like stories like Trilog's, SpyvsPie, Wanobi's and some other I can't remember the names. I prefer stories that contains all mentioned in my first sentence. Sex and nudity always have priority over other type of the stories. :)

By the way, Trilog: didn't understand how scene with James Bond fit into he story. There was nothing to imply how the kids came up with his name or I missed something?
