Democracy? My ass it is!

Before I go to the main point of this diary, let me briefly explain the background of my Prince’s reaction yesterday. His father grew in the orphanage during the reign of communist leader and Yugoslavian president, Tito (Josip Broz). The police in that time was called milicija (militia) and according to his story to his son, my Prince, they were very rough and cruel. People were afraid of them because they had ultimate power and they could do whatever they want without consequences. The police beat Prince’s father several times when he was orphan and they, using force (beating) made him confess several criminal acts that he didn’t commit, but since they couldn’t find the real offenders, orphans mostly served as “sacrificial lambs”. No one cared about orphans and beside the police, teachers in the school also beat them often because they were unprotected. They had no one to complain to. Now, after the civil war we (allegedly) live in democratic society. Situation is even worse: corruption in every sediment of society and powerful people do as they like because the police who serves them protect them.

Now, what has happened yesterday? My Prince and Ivy didn’t have other obligations in the Hotel and after going through the program for Christmas with entertaining team they wanted to visit Ena and Luka. But, both were in the school. On their way home, they were passing by the police station where “our” policeman, Antonio’s guy is working. They decided to stop shortly and buy him a drink and thanked him for the help in two private matters although they did it before. So, they called him and he said he’ll be with them in 15 minutes when he complete certain task and to wait for him at the reception. Coming to the reception they saw old lady speaking/complaining to the policewoman at her neighbor who keeps two big dogs in front yard that barks all day and night. She talked to them but they ignored her. The old lady was very polite and she asked them for help because she is ill and she needs rest. Now, according to our law that my Prince studied some parts in detail, police force is obligated to intervene on such complain and talk to the dog owner(s) to keep his dog quiet. In the case that the dog is not trained to not to bark without reason, they MUST take the dog inside the house. Instead of being nice and civilized, the police women was very rude to old lady speaking lies that police is not obligated to intervene on such report. LIE: THEY MUST! Poor lady cried saying that she is on the emotional and mental edge and that she will break if someone doesn’t help her. When the policewoman told her: “Why didn’t you call them first before you came here to submit silly complaint.” my Prince went mad. He approached to the reception and politely said to the policewoman:

- Pardon me, but according to the Police rules and regulations about noise and public disturbance from the January this year, paragraph 6, that includes uncontrollable dog barking, you are obligated to intervene on appeal and talk to the dog owner.

Policewoman (to my Prince): Sir, nobody asked you for your opinion! In addition, who gives you right to interrupt official conversation? Return to your seat and behave.

Prince: You suppose to protect and to serve, but you behave exactly the same as your predecessors; like despots. You have no right to insult old woman and lie to her because either you don’t know the law or you purposely bypassing it for you don’t want to do your job.

Policewoman: Watch your tongue, sir. One more word and I will have you arrested for insulting police officer.

Prince: Than do you job and help this poor woman.

Policewoman (angrily): I will warn you no more. Step back and be silent!

Prince: I demand to speak to your superior. I want to submit complaint about your arrogant behaving.

Now, according to the Police rules and regulations, policewoman was obligated to call her supervisor, but she didn’t. She called her colleague and told him to arrest my Prince for public insulation of official person. My Ivy protested, but my Prince told her to calm down. They took my Prince into interrogation room to question him and write the report. He confirmed all he said, but the policewomen added her interpretation of the incident saying the things my Prince didn’t say and her colleague added them into his report. When “our” policeman arrived my Ivy told him what happened. He immediately went to interrogation room and she heard them quarrel. Our policeman demanded Prince’s release for he was right, but she wanted him to pay the penalty for insulting her. My Prince insisted to talk to her supervisor. So, when he came and after listening the both sides, he took her side and said that my Prince will be charged for public insult of the representative of the law. My Prince said he will hire the lawyer and will press charges against them for lying, neglecting their duties, insulting the old lady and behaving like a tyrant. When our policeman said to his supervisor that my Prince knows very influential and powerful people and that he means it, the supervisor proposed the compromise. He said that they would withdraw the penalty if he doesn’t sue them. My Prince said that he will not sue them if the policewomen apologize to old lady and send someone to the dog owner’s house. Oh, my, he started the war. The supervisor accepted the second one but not the first request saying that if she apologize to old lady it will be as equal as confessing being unprofessional and old lady might sue them. That wasn’t acceptable. Yes, my Prince was stubborn as the herd of jackasses. So, they called their lawyer and my Prince called the Hotel lawyer. Guess who won? My Prince.

Departing from police station the policewoman threatened to him whispered on his ear:

- You gonna regret this, dickhead.

My Ivy told me that my Prince turned to her, smiled and said to her:

- Be my guest, stupid bitch! I’m gonna fuck you up so hard that you will end up on the street before you realize what happened to you.

When they were driving home, Ivy wanted to call Antonio. My Prince asked her not to until she tries to do something against him. However, she said to him that she will not let stinking fucking bitch to threaten her husband. So she called him and Antonio said he will pull his connections and make that bitch lose her job. Then they came home. I simply couldn’t believe in what country we are living. When the son of some politician drive over a pedestrian and kill her because he was drunk as ass, he walks free because police protects him. But when old, poor and ordinary people needs help and protection, police mostly do not care and drive them away. Is today’s police better than militia in ex-Yugoslavia? In some insignificant aspects, but mentality is the same: "I wear the uniform and therefore I’m the law and I have the power!" Hypocrites; they are full of “democracy” and “democratic society” terms in their speeches. Democracy, my ass. This country mentally still live in communism regime and our governmental representatives behave like gods.

Anyway, I was happy that all ended up well for my Prince. As you can see, my Prince can’t stand idle and do nothing on injustice. It’s stronger then him. I’m glad he is like that for it is a sign that he is on the right path.

Eva you make my country shit police actually good wtf? I mean they are somewhat reliable.

I'm pretty sure policewoman did great blowjobbing on the superiors, as trash person she is, yeah doable.

Also Eva despite the motto, they are not protecting us, just enforcing the state orders.

I know that there is no perfect society but only countries with less and those with more corruption and despotism. Unfortunately, Slavic nations will always be ones whop will make the problem where there is no problem. Somebody once said that Balkan  is the are in which two people are split in three sides ;)
